Fort Wayne FC responded to last weekend's loss to New York Cosmos with a 3-1 road victory over Greenville Triumph.

Ryan Becher scored twice, Michael Rempel helped create the opening goal and Bernd Schipmann made several important saves as Fort Wayne held off a Greenville side that generated plenty of pressure.

The match was interrupted by a roughly 45-minute weather delay at halftime, pushing the second-half restart to 8:45 p.m. Greenville continued to attack after the restart, but Becher's second goal in the 58th minute gave Fort Wayne the cushion it needed.
