Lauren Brandon is a pro long course triathlete currently based in Park City Colorado. She recently had an impressive performance at the PTO US Open, with a dominant swim leg! This is currently her thirteenth season racing professionally, so she certainly has some great perspective on the sport.

In our conversation with her, she told us all about her training and racing this season, including what it was like for her to do a "shorter" race in Milwaukee as a primarily ironman distance racer. Beyond that, we got to here about how she preps for hot races like Kona while living in an often snowy area, and so much more about how she races and trains!!
