The Montauk Project intersects with the Philadelphia Experiment and the Phoenix Project where a continuation of the “Time Tunnels” projects were active between 1943 and 1983. Al along with Duncan Cameron (Al Bielek’s brother in both scenarios were transferred through the Time-Space Continuum in order to complete a plan that has never been revealed before.
