The Price Wasn’t Right?
So now we’ve got a former model from The Price Is Right pulling back the curtain on the The Price Is Right during the Bob Barker era… and let’s just say it’s not the clean, wholesome game show a lot of people remember.
New claims and old lawsuits are resurfacing — everything from uncomfortable workplace behavior to allegations of pressure and retaliation behind the scenes.
Now here’s the thing… this was “come on down!” America. Family TV. Smiles, prizes, and apparently a whole lot going on off camera that nobody saw at the time.

From Baseball to Statehood?
Fresh off Venezuela beating Team USA in the World Baseball Classic, the conversation took a turn when Donald Trump made comments that raised a few eyebrows — joking (or not) about Venezuela and U.S. statehood.
Now… that’s one way to react to a loss.
Instead of breaking down pitching and defense, we’ve jumped straight into geopolitical curveballs. And of course, the internet did what it does — instantly turning a baseball game into a political debate.

Smile… You’re on Camera
Over in Richmond, officials voted to expand the use of Flock license plate cameras, and not everyone’s thrilled about it.
Supporters say it helps fight crime. Critics say it’s another step toward a surveillance state where everything you do, everywhere you go, is tracked.
And here’s the tension — people want safety… but they also want privacy.
The problem is, those two don’t always coexist.

Cesar Chavez
And finally, the Bay Area is once again debating locations named after Cesar Chavez.
For some, Chavez represents civil rights, labor reform, and cultural pride. For others, there are growing conversations about parts of his legacy that deserve a closer look.
It’s another example of something we’re seeing everywhere — revisiting history through a modern lens.
