Power of intuition when you HAVE to do things?

We all have those HAVE to do things in our lives, so can intuition guide you through your HAVE to do's in simpler, less stressful ways?

I say YES! Here is why.

• Intuition is the key to efficiency and productivity.
• Intuition clarifies for better, more concise decisions.
• Intuition simplifies through bringing things together in unexpected ways, synchronicity.
• All of the above leads to less stress and more joy!

Key Points:

• When you are feeling pressured to get things done by the outside or by yourself, take a moment to step away, do something to relax your mind.
• Open your relaxed mind to possibilities to do things simpler more efficiently.
• Give yourself 15, 30 even an hour to take a break, do something to relax: Take a walk, time with plants, watch a video, listen to music, color, work on something else, do something completely different, call a friend.
• Ask intuition to guide you to a fresh approach or inspire you.

When something we feel is a HAVE to do, it becomes a burden, and we fall into the bog. Sure, you can convince yourself that you GET to do this, but sometimes that doesn't get the job done. So instead of procrastinating to avoid the job or going about it in the most challenging manner, trust your intuition to clear the way and get a little joy of a job done efficiently and with simplicity! That always leads to joy!
