Today, I have an excerpt from an interview with Linda Beneke from our Lipedema Worldwide Summit that was held in 2016. Linda is a lipedema lady from the US. Her journey started when she discovered about lipedema and then was dismissed as fat by her doctor of 20 years. Later, she was able to form a powerful collaboration with Dr. Carmody and she learned to be an advocate for her health.
