Assist them to develop a habit of using positive self-talk to counter negative thoughts and worry.

POSITIVITY

Help them to develop a positive attitude and mindset, and encourage them to reframe negative thoughts into more positive ones.

FEEDBACK

Provide them with regular feedback and support to help them build their confidence and self-esteem.

GOALS

Support them to set realistic goals and expectations for themselves, and provide them with the tools and resources they need to achieve them.
