Speaker B:

You know, it's like unrehearsed.

Speaker B:

And, you know.

Speaker A:

And if you're listening to this, as you will be after my birthday, I am 41 and at this point, as I have be gone beyond the threshold into the 40s, a motherfucker really can't say nothing to me now.

Speaker A:

So.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

Welcome, welcome, welcome.

Speaker B:

And ladies, how was your week?

Speaker A:

Oh, whoa.

Speaker A:

That's on me.

Speaker B:

That's on me.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

This is something that we.

Speaker B:

This is something that we are not used to.

Speaker B:

We have never done this.

Speaker B:

And so because it is Libra season, ladies and gentlemen, you know, I'm not going to sit here and say the best season, but ladies and gentlemen, you know, it is officially Libra season.

Speaker B:

So what I and King have decided is let's actually do something a little different.

Speaker B:

Let's have someone on as a guest.

Speaker B:

And I went scouring the Internet, actually, I think I did.

Speaker B:

That's the word.

Speaker B:

I didn't have to go far because I have been following this guy.

Speaker B:

I. I like his content and.

Speaker B:

Yeah, who you is?

Speaker C:

Yo, it's Yaya here in the building.

Speaker C:

Libra season, this is for us.

Speaker C:

You know what I'm saying?

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

So.

Speaker B:

So we officially have yo ish Yaya in the building right here with us.

Speaker B:

If you don't know who he is, you can find him on TikTok.

Speaker B:

He'll give all that information at some point in time.

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

But they need a reminder.

Speaker C:

Just remember.

Speaker B:

Yeah, yeah, don't remember it.

Speaker B:

Yeah, yeah, yo is.

Speaker B:

Yeah, that's the way he does it.

Speaker B:

So.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

So let me, let me start.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

Since you are the guest.

Speaker B:

How was your week, sir?

Speaker C:

It's been hectic.

Speaker C:

Like, I am enjoying every bit of it.

Speaker C:

Like, I'm actually going into the field that I really am excited for, which is cosmetology.

Speaker C:

But we'll talk about it later on in the conversation.

Speaker C:

But just been hectic.

Speaker B:

How you going to know what we gonna talk about?

Speaker B:

Okay, okay, I know.

Speaker B:

I'm just being.

Speaker B:

I'm just being silly.

Speaker B:

I'm being.

Speaker B:

Ladies and gentlemen, you already know.

Speaker B:

Can you like, imagine a room full of Libras.

Speaker C:

Like, man, that'd be great.

Speaker B:

Oh, literally, literally nothing would get done, but everything would get done.

Speaker C:

Literally.

Speaker A:

How has your week been, pj?

Speaker B:

This is new for us, y'.

Speaker B:

All.

Speaker B:

We have a guest.

Speaker B:

Like, this is like, you know, hey, hey, what up?

Speaker B:

I'm gonna say this because I'm gonna ask you and your.

Speaker B:

Your week is a little bit more important also.

Speaker B:

Wait, wait, before we.

Speaker B:

We talk about my week, someone had a birthday yesterday or, you know, on.

Speaker B:

On the 25th.

Speaker B:

So that should have been included in how your week was.

Speaker B:

Sir, how am I gonna tell you how your week was?

Speaker B:

That's so rude to me.

Speaker C:

No, literally, like, I'm.

Speaker C:

To be honest, on Tick Tock, I told everybody that it was my birthday, and an overwhelming amount of people just, literally, just.

Speaker C:

Happy birthday.

Speaker C:

I did not know how much impact and how much love I got from Tick Tock.

Speaker C:

So just seeing that was just crazy.

Speaker C:

That literally seeing it this morning and last night.

Speaker A:

That'S awesome.

Speaker A:

We love that.

Speaker B:

Happy belated birthday.

Speaker B:

We love that.

Speaker B:

We love that.

Speaker C:

Thank you.

Speaker B:

You know, I'm so happy for y'.

Speaker B:

All.

Speaker B:

My week has been a raging from hell.

Speaker B:

And actually, you know what?

Speaker B:

It I' ma say this, so ladies and gentlemen, we're going to take a quick left.

Speaker B:

I am at the.

Speaker B:

The point right now where I realized that I'm so sorry for this.

Speaker B:

I have to put my dog down.

Speaker B:

So it's been a little rough for me, so to speak.

Speaker B:

Right.

Speaker B:

Because I've had Wilson for 16 years, and for the past couple of days, all night long, it's just been him whining and crying, whining and crying.

Speaker B:

And you know, his back legs are not moving as.

Speaker B:

As they used to.

Speaker B:

You know, he's deaf.

Speaker B:

He's blind.

Speaker B:

Well, he's blind in his left eye and losing his vision in his right.

Speaker B:

But he is sleep right now because that's what old people do.

Speaker B:

They sleep all day.

Speaker B:

So, like, I've been kind of like, in and out of these moods, but every single time we actually record or I do anything creative, it brings me.

Speaker B:

It snaps me out of it.

Speaker B:

So I'm looking forward to this upcoming week for something better, you know, And I'm glad to be here.

Speaker B:

I'm glad you're here, you know?

Speaker A:

Glad you're here.

Speaker B:

I'm so.

Speaker B:

I'm.

Speaker B:

I'm so glad.

Speaker B:

So glad.

Speaker B:

Hallelujah.

Speaker A:

I'm so glad.

Speaker B:

And so, so king.

Speaker A:

Yes, that's me.

Speaker B:

Hi.

Speaker B:

How's your week?

Speaker A:

So the week overall has been Very productive.

Speaker A:

I've gotten a lot done trying to get wrapped up with, you know, cleaning stuff up with the current role that I'm in as I transition into the new role.

Speaker A:

As much as I thought things were gonna be busy, busy, busy, I have really been chilling all week.

Speaker A:

Chilling slash bullshitting.

Speaker B:

I was literally gonna ask you, like, are you really doing this chilling bullshilling.

Speaker A:

And I've been grateful for that opportunity.

Speaker A:

Cause I was expecting my supervis like loading me with stuff, like helping other people out.

Speaker A:

But like, I've been really bullshitting and I've been grateful for that.

Speaker A:

I've been able to sleep in.

Speaker A:

I've been getting really good rest at night.

Speaker A:

I took care of some major business in preparation to start this new job because I needed it for my i9.

Speaker A:

I didn't want to do it because I really planned to move back to Texas, but I had to do it.

Speaker A:

My license expires tomorrow, so I am now a licensed driver in the state of Tennessee.

Speaker B:

Who knew?

Speaker A:

It's a thing.

Speaker A:

But with all of that being said, my birthday tomorrow.

Speaker A:

So how has my week been?

Speaker A:

My week has been exceptional.

Speaker A:

My skin looks amazing.

Speaker A:

I have an abundance of energy.

Speaker A:

I am grateful to be alive.

Speaker A:

I have been eating well.

Speaker A:

I have been busting some fabulous nuts all around.

Speaker A:

10 out of 10.

Speaker B:

Wow.

Speaker A:

Definitely recommend turn 41.

Speaker B:

It's our guest whose face is like, okay, well, that didn't know.

Speaker B:

But hey, welcome.

Speaker B:

Welcome to Wada Waita.

Speaker C:

What are you talking about?

Speaker B:

Oh, we'll get there.

Speaker B:

We'll get there.

Speaker A:

I'm more excited about that than anything.

Speaker A:

I text him earlier.

Speaker A:

I was like, nigga, look, I am so glad that this is not my week to choose the topic because I tell you would not have it.

Speaker A:

So anybody got a joke?

Speaker B:

So before we move into your segment, let's do a little.

Speaker B:

Let's do a little further introduction to our guests because, hey, you know, Libras, we have a tendency to like, make ourselves at home when we weren't like, you know, just put ourselves there and like, hey, I'm comfortable.

Speaker B:

So should you be.

Speaker B:

So I want to make sure that I want to extend the Libra welcome as I tell people when they come to my actual home.

Speaker B:

Welcome to my humble aboat.

Speaker B:

Welcome to the Woweeda.

Speaker B:

What should we call this?

Speaker A:

Like, we got.

Speaker B:

I got highly, highly.

Speaker B:

Oh, no, no, we're not.

Speaker B:

This is not dungeon.

Speaker B:

Look at his face.

Speaker B:

No, whoa, no, no.

Speaker B:

Pause, pause.

Speaker B:

Like highly melanated has the manner.

Speaker B:

Welcome to the Waita.

Speaker C:

I don't know.

Speaker B:

I think I even thought about this through.

Speaker A:

We can call it, we can call it the den.

Speaker A:

You haven't thought about this through.

Speaker A:

We can call it the den.

Speaker B:

Okay, welcome to the, welcome to the Waita Den.

Speaker B:

Where, where Moesha is working the front door.

Speaker B:

Okay, so, so, so, so Moesha.

Speaker B:

Yeah, tell us, tell us, tell the listeners a little bit more about you.

Speaker A:

Like who you is, where you from.

Speaker B:

Why you here, like what's, what's poppin, what's good.

Speaker C:

Look, I'm about to say everybody call me Yaya.

Speaker C:

That was crazy.

Speaker C:

But yeah, I'm.

Speaker C:

I'm born and raised in Michigan, Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Speaker C:

I am a cosmetologist and as well as a teacher in the cosmetology, I'm very ambitious.

Speaker C:

I'm cool peoples, you know, very silly, very turn upy when you kick it with me type of deal and turn up.

Speaker C:

Just try to give good energy.

Speaker C:

And I also meditate too.

Speaker C:

And I don't know, there's just a, it's just a lot.

Speaker B:

You know, there are a lot more chance than that.

Speaker B:

But of course I'm a.

Speaker B:

So I'm so sorry.

Speaker C:

No, you fine.

Speaker C:

You fine.

Speaker C:

I don't know, I'm the type of person that you see from around the way, you just be like, oh no, he cool.

Speaker C:

Like this, this dude right here.

Speaker C:

Cool.

Speaker C:

And I try to stand out even more so, so people could just feel like you could be your authentic self.

Speaker C:

Because I don't like to have people around me that it's not comfortable, like.

Speaker A:

My whole being and just being a.

Speaker C:

Person is just comforting.

Speaker C:

So, you know, that's what type of person I am.

Speaker B:

Love that.

Speaker A:

I like that for you.

Speaker B:

Love that.

Speaker B:

I love that for you.

Speaker B:

I would love it if we could hear you a little bit louder.

Speaker A:

A little bit louder now.

Speaker B:

A little bit louder now.

Speaker C:

How about that?

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

What did you just do?

Speaker C:

I pressed the, you know, off of the, you know, off of the screen.

Speaker C:

I just turned it up.

Speaker A:

Oh, your microphone.

Speaker C:

Yeah, your microphone.

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

Look at God.

Speaker B:

Look at God.

Speaker C:

Shout out to God.

Speaker A:

He's a provider.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

And before we go any further, because I still want people to know you.

Speaker B:

So you, you're a cosmetologist, you teach it.

Speaker B:

I think I, I think I recall you being somewhat of a musician.

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

So with my TikTok platform, I was.

Speaker B:

Thinking which is, which is at yo.

Speaker C:

Is Yaya Libra content to the fullest.

Speaker C:

I also make, just so I can clarify to people when I make my Libra videos and we have conversation, we're literally having conversation.

Speaker C:

Pour into Them in.

Speaker C:

In the.

Speaker C:

I almost had messages.

Speaker C:

The comments pour into the comments.

Speaker C:

But I also got just a saying a phrase so.

Speaker C:

So people can read it.

Speaker C:

I actually opened that up for people that it was deaf because I actually have some people that I'm really cool with that's deaf, but I can't really talk to them, even though they can read lips.

Speaker C:

So I just thought if I write things out, it'd just be easier for a lot of people to get a broader audience to understand me.

Speaker C:

You know what I mean?

Speaker B:

You ever thought about learning sign language?

Speaker C:

I want to.

Speaker C:

I'm open to it, but I gotta push myself because now we got all these apps and stuff like that.

Speaker C:

I really don't got no excuse.

Speaker A:

AI is something, man.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker B:

I am so glad you got there, because you don't have no excuse.

Speaker B:

And they go, okay, we gonna support you.

Speaker B:

We gonna want you to do.

Speaker B:

We won't.

Speaker B:

We gonna want you to do great.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

And so.

Speaker B:

All right, so.

Speaker B:

So you said.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

I was asking you about your music, though.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

Okay.

Speaker C:

So with my music, I call it the Chronicles of Yaya.

Speaker C:

And what I'm doing is telling real life scenarios that happen in my lifetime, but as a person named Yaya that represent Libra, but also represent the mindset of how I think as a Libra.

Speaker C:

So people can relate, or some people can talk down, like, you know, however you want to take it.

Speaker C:

But this one Libra right here is telling you his experience.

Speaker C:

What would you choose and can you understand where I'm coming from?

Speaker C:

Like, I just dropped a song called Libra Levitation.

Speaker C:

And the main lyric that pop out the most is when I said the middleman is anchored.

Speaker C:

The left side, the angel.

Speaker C:

I mean, the left side is the devil and the right side, the angel.

Speaker C:

Because literally, like, if you think about it, there's three people in our head.

Speaker C:

The one, the middleman, that's just there.

Speaker C:

The good side of you and the bad side of you.

Speaker C:

And you gotta make that choice, but you feel it.

Speaker C:

Like, sometimes you can't control it because when you get tilted one side or the other, it just takes over.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker B:

You know, I'm so glad you got there because as you're saying tilted, you're tilting your body and I'm hearing your mic move.

Speaker B:

It sounds like this.

Speaker B:

Can you hear this?

Speaker A:

Yeah, that's what it sounds like.

Speaker B:

I just want you to know, because you can't hear it.

Speaker B:

Don't worry about, like, division, repetition.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

Because I'm gonna edit this stuff.

Speaker B:

So, like, I'm Gonna clean it up, but don't make my job hard.

Speaker A:

How old.

Speaker A:

How old did you turn on your birthday?

Speaker C:

Oh, I'm 30 years old now.

Speaker A:

Okay, nice.

Speaker B:

She's a little bit older.

Speaker B:

A little bit older now.

Speaker B:

Welcome to what is.

Speaker B:

What will be classified for this era of your life.

Speaker B:

The best decade of your life.

Speaker C:

I can't wait.

Speaker C:

I heard so much good things.

Speaker B:

For us as men of in our 40s.

Speaker B:

We've lived in our 30s.

Speaker C:

Wait, y' all in your 40s?

Speaker C:

Well, I remember you just said that, but you in your 40s, too.

Speaker B:

I'll be.

Speaker B:

I'll be 45 at the end of the year.

Speaker B:

At the end of the.

Speaker B:

Oh, God, that would make me a Capricorn.

Speaker B:

Oh, no.

Speaker C:

I could learn a lot from you guys.

Speaker C:

You know what I'm saying?

Speaker C:

I'm sure I'm in my 30s, so a lot of things that y' all experienced and went through should pass it down to us.

Speaker C:

We need it.

Speaker A:

I wish you the best.

Speaker A:

I give my 30s 0 out of 10.

Speaker A:

Don't recommend 30s were trash.

Speaker A:

However, that's not a foreshadowing.

Speaker A:

I just had some really, really challenging circumstances.

Speaker A:

Life had came at me f. But I definitely pray for you that you have all of the.

Speaker A:

I think for.

Speaker A:

For me, what I learned is 20s.

Speaker A:

Like, from, like, when you hear people kind of define the decades.

Speaker A:

20s are like, make all the mistakes you want to make.

Speaker A:

This is the time to make the mistakes.

Speaker A:

Don't even worry about learning anything.

Speaker A:

Just make the mistakes.

Speaker A:

This is the time to make them.

Speaker A:

In your 30s, start learning from those mistakes.

Speaker A:

Kind of start fine tuning your processes so that you can kind of develop some better ways to do things.

Speaker A:

You're still going to be making mistakes.

Speaker A:

You're human, you're learning, you're growing, but you're kind of becoming better.

Speaker A:

And then by the time that you get to your 40s, you're still not perfect, but by this time, you figured out a lot.

Speaker A:

And so it gives you just that mindset and that clarity so that you can kind of start moving through things more comfortably, more easily.

Speaker A:

And a lot of things that used to bother you really don't bother you as much because you're, like, very self aware.

Speaker A:

It's like child.

Speaker A:

I don't even think about that no more.

Speaker A:

The.

Speaker A:

The same.

Speaker A:

I used to be in the corner crying about now just be like, it'll be all right.

Speaker A:

So enjoy it.

Speaker A:

And, like, take it as, like, this opportunity to, like, learn and grow and develop, because that's really what it's going to be.

Speaker A:

If you allow it to be for yourself.

Speaker C:

I received that.

Speaker C:

I appreciate that for sure.

Speaker B:

Get ready to receive this.

Speaker B:

It was trash.

Speaker B:

No, no.

Speaker A:

He said those 30s put in the bag and pack it up.

Speaker B:

So.

Speaker B:

So.

Speaker B:

So this is one thing I love about, like, this space here, right?

Speaker B:

We're both Libras, but he's a September Libra.

Speaker B:

I'm October Libra.

Speaker B:

We're.

Speaker B:

We're.

Speaker B:

We.

Speaker B:

Christopher and I are very different, but same.

Speaker B:

Same, like backwards, you know, Very different.

Speaker B:

Very same thing.

Speaker B:

Very enlightened, very different.

Speaker C:

You know, would I be saying it on my.

Speaker C:

On my content?

Speaker C:

I'd be saying that October's is too real.

Speaker C:

Like, that's just.

Speaker C:

It is what it is.

Speaker C:

But Libras in the September, we're more.

Speaker A:

You should see his.

Speaker A:

Are you looking at his face as you're saying it?

Speaker A:

He's like, too real.

Speaker B:

It is what it is, you know?

Speaker B:

Hey.

Speaker B:

Hey, y'.

Speaker C:

All.

Speaker B:

What's going on?

Speaker B:

It's pj, But I'll say this, and then we'll move on to Christopher's segment.

Speaker B:

I. I moved in increments of 10, but it started in the five.

Speaker B:

So from 15 to 25 was, like, informative years.

Speaker B:

From 25 to 35 were informative years.

Speaker B:

From, you know, 35 is when I left my last relationship to now I'm about to be 45 and about to move into this whole new era of myself, and I'm feeling more like myself, more aware of who I am and more like, who the fuck are you to tell me anything about, you know?

Speaker B:

Like, that's your opinion.

Speaker B:

Okay, I'm glad you have it.

Speaker B:

I'm so sorry.

Speaker B:

Everybody, you know, like, they say opinions are like assholes.

Speaker B:

Everybody's got them.

Speaker B:

And I like to add in, some people's or some people's are more shittier than others, you know?

Speaker B:

So, like, I've learned to, like, embrace me and at the same time, embracing people and letting them be who they are.

Speaker B:

And doing that doesn't interrupt where I am present day.

Speaker A:

So apparently now he's bitches.

Speaker B:

You know, not too long ago, someone said, don't bring that here.

Speaker B:

And now he's gonna say, hey, put my business out here.

Speaker B:

It's a whole.

Speaker B:

You know, I mean, like, life changes.

Speaker B:

Life changes.

Speaker B:

You know, you never know what you.

Speaker B:

You never know what you're gonna get.

Speaker B:

But I. I implore you to just enjoy yourself.

Speaker B:

Like, you.

Speaker B:

You made your mistakes in your 20s.

Speaker B:

Your.

Speaker B:

Your 30s are now meant to, like, live from those mistakes, learn from those mistakes.

Speaker B:

Your 40s are going to be like.

Speaker C:

Right?

Speaker C:

Like.

Speaker B:

You know, And I can't even say what, 50s.

Speaker B:

I told somebody else, and he was like, you don't even know.

Speaker B:

You're not 50 yet, so shut up.

Speaker B:

I'm like, I would never say it because I don't know it.

Speaker B:

So.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

All right.

Speaker B:

So.

Speaker B:

So, Chris, what do you.

Speaker B:

What?

Speaker B:

Sorry.

Speaker B:

So, Christopher King, what do you got for us?

Speaker A:

I was gonna say.

Speaker A:

Not me, but since you said it.

Speaker A:

Hey, Chris.

Speaker B:

Leave my frat brother alone really quick.

Speaker B:

Well, I know.

Speaker A:

I mean, hey, what can I do?

Speaker B:

My frat brother from the other podcast.

Speaker B:

His name is Christopher.

Speaker B:

His name is Chris.

Speaker C:

Okay.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

So.

Speaker A:

Moment of silence for that.

Speaker A:

So, really quick, I'm gonna get.

Speaker A:

I'm gonna get into a couple of things.

Speaker A:

I'm gonna ask Rapid fire.

Speaker A:

Just tell me the first thing that comes to mind.

Speaker A:

This or that.

Speaker A:

And I'm just going to push off a couple really quickly.

Speaker A:

So for both of you, early bird or night owl?

Speaker A:

Pj.

Speaker B:

Night owl.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

Yeah, I'm a night owl.

Speaker A:

Give me the morning.

Speaker A:

I love that for y', all, but I want to get up and get my day over with, and at nighttime, I want to know that I want to sleep at night.

Speaker A:

Like, I really do.

Speaker A:

I bet.

Speaker A:

So, interestingly, I think we've discussed this before, but since we have a guest, I am curious because I feel like my answer has changed.

Speaker A:

Phone call or text message?

Speaker B:

Phone call, Carrier pigeon.

Speaker C:

Like, don't get a response.

Speaker B:

I mean, it's on DND regardless.

Speaker B:

So I would.

Speaker B:

I would prefer.

Speaker B:

Depends on who you are.

Speaker B:

Let's say that I. I mean, I. I would prefer a phone call, but have a purpose.

Speaker B:

But have a.

Speaker B:

Have a purpose behind it.

Speaker B:

Like, don't.

Speaker B:

Thank you.

Speaker B:

Just be like, hey.

Speaker B:

And I'm sitting here like, the fuck.

Speaker B:

Hello.

Speaker A:

Because if you're calling, you're calling for a reason.

Speaker A:

There are very few people, like, I have a best friend.

Speaker A:

There are a few people, like, not even a handful, maybe three fingers full of people in my life where I'm just like, look, we can sit on the phone and just talk for hours and hours.

Speaker A:

However, if you're not One of those three people, nine times out of 10, you called me with a purpose.

Speaker A:

Address your purpose and let's move around.

Speaker A:

I'm not holding the phone with you.

Speaker A:

I'm not here to satisfy your loneliness.

Speaker A:

I'm not here to be bored with you.

Speaker A:

Move around.

Speaker A:

So in that, if there's something that we can shoot off via conver.

Speaker A:

Via text message, I'll text you all day because I literally have keyboards all around me.

Speaker A:

I'm texting on the imac.

Speaker A:

I'm texting on the MacBook.

Speaker A:

I'm texting on the iPad because it has this, the magic keyboard on it.

Speaker A:

So it not even like I'm having to hold the phone.

Speaker A:

So texting definitely is my preferred method right now.

Speaker A:

Because if you call me nine times out of ten, if somebody had to learn today, and I hate it because they're going to listen to this.

Speaker A:

They listen to us faithfully.

Speaker A:

I didn't have it for the phone and I literally watched them call me.

Speaker A:

So now that we're here, play it safe or take risk.

Speaker A:

As we're in our season.

Speaker C:

And what.

Speaker A:

Type of scenario, anyone?

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker C:

We need a little bit more clarification anyway.

Speaker A:

You taking risk?

Speaker A:

Are you playing it safe in your life in general?

Speaker C:

In general?

Speaker C:

Okay.

Speaker C:

It's a little clear, but okay.

Speaker A:

I take rapid fire.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

@ PJ.

Speaker B:

Well, who is playing it safe?

Speaker B:

What the.

Speaker B:

What am I, Virgo?

Speaker B:

No.

Speaker A:

That was tragic.

Speaker B:

That was unnecessary.

Speaker B:

Yeah, I'm.

Speaker B:

I'm.

Speaker B:

I'm too much of a. I'm too.

Speaker B:

I'm a risk taker.

Speaker B:

That.

Speaker B:

Yeah, I take risks.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

I'm not.

Speaker B:

I'm.

Speaker B:

You never learn.

Speaker B:

You.

Speaker B:

You.

Speaker B:

You always learn.

Speaker B:

You never learn.

Speaker B:

That's the problem.

Speaker B:

I'm talking to myself, y'.

Speaker B:

All.

Speaker B:

Huh?

Speaker C:

No, my reason is I'm a whole nigga.

Speaker C:

So, like, I gotta play the risk.

Speaker C:

Like, period.

Speaker C:

Like, you gotta really, to be honest, like right now, we.

Speaker C:

We take a risk and just trying to figure things out.

Speaker C:

You feel me?

Speaker C:

So I don't know no other way.

Speaker A:

I thought that I. I'll be honest.

Speaker A:

I play it safe.

Speaker A:

Generally.

Speaker A:

I just.

Speaker A:

I don't know.

Speaker A:

And therapy is my friend, as I always talk about.

Speaker A:

It's the one thing that I advocate more for, more than anything.

Speaker A:

But, like, I've always been that person to play it safe because I like comfort zones.

Speaker A:

I like keeping things neat and organized, and I like guarantees and certainty.

Speaker A:

But I'm learning that that doesn't always work.

Speaker A:

I'm learning that it's not realistic, and I'm learning that taking risks can be beneficial.

Speaker A:

So I'm working on that.

Speaker A:

Costar be digging in my ass if you have.

Speaker A:

If you don't have the app, if you have not heard of her download.

Speaker A:

Costar, she's your friend.

Speaker A:

All she needs to know is your.

Speaker A:

Your birthday, where you're from, and what time you were born.

Speaker A:

And she will read your whole entire life for the rest of it.

Speaker C:

But shoot, I'm the same way, but in a lifetime.

Speaker C:

In a lifetime.

Speaker C:

Take a risk or play it safe.

Speaker A:

I'm definitely growing into the risk phase of my life, you know?

Speaker B:

Come on.

Speaker A:

I got.

Speaker A:

I got one more.

Speaker A:

Come on in.

Speaker A:

I got one more.

Speaker A:

And so now, if you had the opportunity, would you want.

Speaker A:

And you have to pick one.

Speaker A:

I know because I'm thinking about it neither.

Speaker A:

But if you have to pick one, Change the past or see the future.

Speaker B:

Oh, hold up.

Speaker B:

I would change the past.

Speaker A:

Same all day, every day.

Speaker A:

Get her out of here.

Speaker A:

Especially if I know like, nope, let's do that different.

Speaker A:

I'll go.

Speaker A:

Baby changes.

Speaker A:

Get her out of here.

Speaker B:

When I am.

Speaker B:

When I tell you I am snapping this infinity gauntlet so quick.

Speaker A:

I am not even.

Speaker A:

I'm not even going where I was.

Speaker B:

I'm not wishing.

Speaker B:

I'm not wishing genocide.

Speaker A:

I never wanted to meet that.

Speaker A:

I don't even know him.

Speaker A:

Like, what?

Speaker B:

You know?

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

I'm changing.

Speaker B:

I'm changing the past only because I want to see what the outcome could.

Speaker A:

Have been, see what the end's gonna be.

Speaker B:

What about you?

Speaker B:

What about you?

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

What did you say?

Speaker A:

You said change the past or see the future.

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

Because if I see the future, that's it.

Speaker C:

I ain't.

Speaker C:

I can't change it.

Speaker C:

You come here like you know what I'm saying?

Speaker C:

But the past.

Speaker C:

Oh, yeah.

Speaker C:

Let me rewind real quick.

Speaker C:

And control.

Speaker C:

I'll delete real quick.

Speaker C:

You know what I'm saying?

Speaker B:

The first thing I'm gonna do is I'm gonna hand off this family heirloom of these brass knuckles to my younger self and say, here, hold this.

Speaker B:

Use wisely and just come.

Speaker B:

Just come like a.

Speaker B:

Why do I see myself like the Scarlet Witch just chopping down while we.

Speaker A:

Are coming at you for prison?

Speaker B:

You know, orange is a good color on me, just not permanently.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

All right.

Speaker A:

Pj.

Speaker A:

What you got for me?

Speaker B:

Let's see.

Speaker B:

I've been going back and forth about this, and, you know, like, you know, King has said this over and over again.

Speaker B:

How?

Speaker B:

Like, you know, I'm so structured.

Speaker A:

Cut to the notes app.

Speaker B:

Okay, so I'm gonna.

Speaker B:

I'm gonna do.

Speaker B:

I'm just.

Speaker A:

Let's see how this pisses me off every time.

Speaker A:

Keep talking.

Speaker C:

Hey, congratulations.

Speaker A:

Only because I can't do it.

Speaker B:

Wait, can you.

Speaker B:

Can you.

Speaker B:

Let's.

Speaker B:

Can you do.

Speaker B:

If you do this, what happens?

Speaker A:

He's on his laptop, so he wouldn't be able to.

Speaker B:

If he is.

Speaker A:

I was gonna say, if he does it, I am going to throw this whole fucking computer.

Speaker B:

Like I'm doing this and the balloons pop up.

Speaker B:

Okay, all right, So I. I'm gonna go back to one of the originals, okay?

Speaker B:

And it's.

Speaker B:

It, It's.

Speaker B:

It's a mixture of both.

Speaker B:

So it's less, do better, but also get up out my face.

Speaker B:

Okay?

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

Libra edition.

Speaker B:

Don't make me holler.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

Libra edition.

Speaker B:

And it's the let's do better with these myths that they constantly say about us Libras.

Speaker B:

All right, all right, so.

Speaker B:

And get up on my face with that nonsense, because I don't know who hurts you, boo, but it ain't me.

Speaker B:

All right, all right.

Speaker B:

So number one, okay, you out there that, you know, we've said this before, so I'm not going to lead off with the Libras are lying, you know, and here's the truth.

Speaker B:

You can't handle it.

Speaker B:

So get up on my face.

Speaker C:

I made a video about that.

Speaker B:

Listen, Libras, you know, let's do better, y'.

Speaker B:

All.

Speaker B:

The fact that we are this way, we are too forgiving.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

But we don't forget.

Speaker B:

And to the point where, like, this Libra here.

Speaker B:

And I don't know if you both are like this, but I play the long game, okay?

Speaker B:

So understand this.

Speaker B:

I saw this one post where she was talking about how petty she is, and she was like, you know, I'm not gonna do all this stuff where I gotta.

Speaker B:

I'm gonna be putting orange, you know, I'm just gonna come to your house with a thousand termites.

Speaker B:

You know, I do like that.

Speaker B:

You know, so get up in my face.

Speaker B:

You think that you just got over me and I'm gonna be, you know, over it Because I say, you know what?

Speaker B:

It's okay.

Speaker B:

It's not.

Speaker B:

No, I forgive you.

Speaker B:

I forgive you.

Speaker B:

But, baby, you ain't gonna have no shoelaces.

Speaker C:

I ain't gonna lie to you.

Speaker C:

One thing about Libras, we'll give it to you.

Speaker C:

Like, however you play the cards, we'll give it to you.

Speaker C:

But just know that it's still my win.

Speaker C:

Like, literally, that's how Libras is.

Speaker C:

Like, we still gonna win at the end of the day, but let's see.

Speaker C:

Let's see how far you take it.

Speaker B:

It's always the odds may, you know, we.

Speaker B:

We sometimes may invite the killer in, but the odds are always in our favor, okay?

Speaker B:

So understand that, ladies and gentlemen, we make poor choices.

Speaker B:

Here's another thing.

Speaker B:

Let's do better.

Speaker B:

We, you know, hey, so money, I Want you.

Speaker B:

I need to keep you.

Speaker B:

But I gotta stop spending you because things are so nice.

Speaker B:

I love spending money, but I have none.

Speaker B:

Okay, but so for all of you out there asking me, hey, yo, can I borrow a dollar?

Speaker B:

Get out of my face.

Speaker B:

Get up on my face.

Speaker B:

Okay, I can barely keep a dollar in my pocket for me to give you one.

Speaker B:

No, I can keep money, but, you know, and so what's been helping me is how I save money by always telling people I ain't got no money when I actually do have some money.

Speaker B:

But right now, I wish that was the case, because I don't.

Speaker B:

But, you know, hey, truth is.

Speaker B:

Truth is.

Speaker B:

Come on, Fantasia.

Speaker B:

And let's see.

Speaker B:

Hold on, I. I gotta scroll because I had this perfect one.

Speaker B:

I really, really want to explain to y'.

Speaker B:

All, okay, let's do better, y' all.

Speaker B:

Libras, let's stop being so dramatic, okay?

Speaker B:

Let's stop.

Speaker B:

Let's just.

Speaker C:

Let's.

Speaker B:

So extra.

Speaker B:

We're so extra.

Speaker A:

I almost told you to get up out my face.

Speaker B:

But, baby, get up at my face if you're gonna tell me that I'm too extra for you, because you can go.

Speaker B:

Goodbye.

Speaker B:

Thank you so much.

Speaker B:

Thank you for coming.

Speaker B:

Good night.

Speaker B:

Put my face.

Speaker B:

All right, because I ain't got time to impress you.

Speaker B:

I'm sitting here trying to impress me because I gotta look at me in the mirror and say, like, jennifer Lewis, you a sexy.

Speaker B:

You know, I gotta do that myself.

Speaker B:

Okay, I don't need your opinion, Okay?

Speaker C:

I ain't gonna lie to you.

Speaker C:

That's funny stuff right there.

Speaker C:

Because usually 9 out of 10, just our presence is.

Speaker C:

That's it.

Speaker C:

Like, we don't even have to say nothing.

Speaker C:

And we the problem, you know?

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker B:

You know, and another thing, another thing.

Speaker B:

Y' all out here, let's do better, y'.

Speaker C:

All.

Speaker B:

Let's.

Speaker B:

Let's.

Speaker B:

Let's learn what words mean, okay?

Speaker B:

There are toxic people out there, you know?

Speaker B:

And, yes, there are.

Speaker B:

You know, there are a few toxic Libras, but they do not represent us as a whole, baby.

Speaker B:

All right, get up in my face.

Speaker B:

All right, you go, oh, you a Libra.

Speaker B:

You toxic.

Speaker B:

No, you trash.

Speaker B:

That's why they were toxic to you, because you.

Speaker B:

You got on their nerves, man.

Speaker B:

They was.

Speaker B:

They were trying to fight.

Speaker B:

So here's the wonderful thing.

Speaker B:

Okay, here's also a part of this segment that I'm going to add in here.

Speaker B:

Here's the thing that we didn't tell y' all we're toxic because we don't want to break up with you.

Speaker B:

Like, we don't want to be the ones to do it, so we're gonna do to it up.

Speaker B:

So you be the one to do.

Speaker B:

Oh, okay.

Speaker C:

So you want to leave.

Speaker A:

To all of mine.

Speaker A:

He's speaking for himself.

Speaker A:

That is not a representation of who and how I am sure.

Speaker A:

Allegedly.

Speaker B:

Alleged.

Speaker B:

Okay, I was waiting for those words.

Speaker B:

Okay, you know, I forgot.

Speaker B:

What?

Speaker B:

The chick who played in Madame Web.

Speaker B:

The boring chick.

Speaker B:

Dakota.

Speaker B:

Dakota something.

Speaker A:

I know what you're talking about.

Speaker A:

The boring chick for sure.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

She was somebody.

Speaker B:

He.

Speaker B:

He was saying, you know, I think it's over.

Speaker B:

I. I want to break up with you.

Speaker B:

And she said, okay, we'll find.

Speaker B:

We'll find something for you to do in a month.

Speaker B:

And he was like, you're not taking this so hard.

Speaker B:

He's like, what, do you want us to cuddle?

Speaker B:

Like, go, bye.

Speaker C:

Simple.

Speaker B:

Yeah, very simple.

Speaker B:

Very simple.

Speaker C:

So, yeah, yeah, but we don't.

Speaker C:

I must say, but I never met not one Libra that chase.

Speaker C:

Like, don't get me wrong, like, if we like you, we gonna get your attention, but we don't chase.

Speaker B:

And another thing, ladies and gentlemen, let's do better.

Speaker B:

Stop throwing your feelings at people who ain't trying to catch them.

Speaker B:

Okay?

Speaker B:

As a Libra, I can't help it that I'm charming.

Speaker B:

I can't help it that.

Speaker B:

Oh, my God, I like you.

Speaker B:

I love your energy.

Speaker B:

I want to get to know you.

Speaker B:

Okay?

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

If you didn't hear us say that to you, don't get mad when it's not reciprocated because we.

Speaker B:

We just saying.

Speaker B:

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Speaker B:

You know, that's it.

Speaker B:

That's it.

Speaker B:

Like, you know, hey, in my opinion.

Speaker B:

Do you concur?

Speaker A:

I concur.

Speaker A:

I have.

Speaker A:

I can't.

Speaker A:

I can't disagree with anything that you've said so far.

Speaker A:

These are all factual things.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

Keeping it real.

Speaker B:

Hey.

Speaker B:

Hey, you.

Speaker A:

Hi there.

Speaker B:

Guess what?

Speaker A:

What's that?

Speaker B:

You gotta ask.

Speaker A:

No, he has to ask.

Speaker A:

Ask him the question.

Speaker A:

Go ahead.

Speaker A:

You got it.

Speaker C:

What are we gonna talk about?

Speaker C:

Actually, you know, I'm keep throwing it.

Speaker A:

No, I was like, no, no, that's the.

Speaker A:

That's the question you asked.

Speaker A:

Look, he didn't know.

Speaker B:

He didn't even know.

Speaker B:

He didn't even know w a w.

Speaker A:

E t a podcast or Wawita podcast.

Speaker B:

Waita.

Speaker B:

All right, so today I wanted to talk about since we.

Speaker B:

I mean, really since we have you here, and if you go through this man's content, all you will find is Libra and one day he had made a post and I literally just said to this to him before we started recording that, you know, hey, y', all, you know I love doing Libra stuff, but if there's any other sign that you want me to do, let me know when I was doing the comments.

Speaker B:

No, there's not.

Speaker B:

Don't you dare.

Speaker C:

Hey, look, I want to try to show love amongst my people, but Libras, that resonate with me and the crew, Yaya's crew, That's what we.

Speaker C:

That's what I call my peoples.

Speaker B:

All right, so.

Speaker B:

So today is the digging deeper experience.

Speaker B:

Hold up.

Speaker C:

My facial expression is.

Speaker A:

Let me lead up in my chair.

Speaker B:

No, so my, my question.

Speaker B:

So I have a few questions I would like to ask all of us, right?

Speaker B:

I'm even going to ask myself and my other self is going to answer, you know, all the people that live up in my head.

Speaker B:

All right, let's go.

Speaker B:

So it's.

Speaker B:

It's time to unlock what, what has made you who you are today.

Speaker B:

All right?

Speaker B:

And this is really for you to express yourself.

Speaker B:

Express yourself.

Speaker B:

You gotta do what you wanna do.

Speaker B:

Okay, I'm gonna see if that's the same lyric.

Speaker B:

If it's not, I'm not gonna put it under.

Speaker B:

All right, so let me ask you.

Speaker A:

I can tell you.

Speaker B:

Oh, you can tell me it's not the lyric?

Speaker B:

Yes, of all things, you can tell me it's not the lyric.

Speaker A:

I can tell you it's not.

Speaker B:

Go ahead.

Speaker B:

What's your question?

Speaker B:

Okay, let me, Let me see.

Speaker B:

What's the one moment where you can say that you.

Speaker B:

It defines your Libra energy?

Speaker A:

Oh, come on.

Speaker A:

Good question.

Speaker C:

I would probably say my empathy.

Speaker C:

My empathy.

Speaker C:

Because, like, it depends on the person first and foremost.

Speaker C:

Let me clarify that.

Speaker C:

But for me, like, once I understood things a little bit more in life when you get older, especially past 25, that right there was like a good awakening until, okay, this is how life is.

Speaker C:

That shaped me into a way of what I went through 25 and before, of how I treat people today and the things I don't understand, I can empathize even more because life really have his ups and downs and it just hides it very well.

Speaker C:

But as Libras were naturally, you know, empathetic, but I take it to the highest level now.

Speaker B:

Speaking of taking it to the highest level, let's take it to it.

Speaker A:

Let's.

Speaker B:

Let's up it a notch a little bit.

Speaker B:

I'm.

Speaker B:

And I want to ask you this now.

Speaker B:

I don't, I don't know how personal you want to get.

Speaker B:

Like, you know, so I want to respect your boundaries.

Speaker B:

But boundaries, that's a problem that us Libras have.

Speaker B:

You know, like you, Your boundaries, you understand.

Speaker B:

What are those?

Speaker B:

Because we want you to understand ours.

Speaker B:

No, I'm just playing.

Speaker B:

No, we.

Speaker B:

We understand boundaries very well.

Speaker B:

Just that some of your boundaries are dumb.

Speaker B:

No, that.

Speaker B:

Shut up.

Speaker C:

That's not October out of you.

Speaker C:

I'm telling you.

Speaker C:

That's.

Speaker C:

You just keep it real.

Speaker B:

It is what it is.

Speaker B:

Can you think so?

Speaker B:

Like, my question is though, can you think of one moment that you would like to share from your life that has defined you as a Libra?

Speaker B:

While you think about that, I think King has.

Speaker B:

I'm gonna let you get some time because I know that was.

Speaker B:

That was a deep question from the.

Speaker B:

From.

Speaker B:

Because as we're digging deeper in this.

Speaker A:

Box, you, you in there.

Speaker A:

So as you turn this chair everywhere but loose.

Speaker B:

You get worse and worse each time.

Speaker A:

But yeah, I'll say for me, I can definitely say that I think starting my career, and I know for a lot of people you think like, oh, what was your defining moment?

Speaker A:

Was it, you know, this was it that I feel like for me it was starting my career because that was when I was put in a place.

Speaker A:

Like I had worked jobs for years.

Speaker A:

We all have had jobs, you know, where you get up, you go in, you clock into work, you do a job and then you get off and you go home.

Speaker A:

You don't think about it anymore.

Speaker A:

But when you're in a space where you've worked really, really hard in school and now you're in a position where you're in a field and this is what you work so hard to get.

Speaker A:

And the.

Speaker A:

You're showing up because you believe that you're here to make a difference and you want to work with people who are like minded and have, you know, similar goals, I think for me, it put me on the path of really discovering what balance meant in ways that I don't think I ever truly understood before.

Speaker A:

Of course, you know, we know words, we know definitions, but as it applies to your life and how it's exemplified, I think on so many levels, like, you hear people talk about work life balance and you hear it thrown out as this expression.

Speaker A:

It's like, oh, work life balance, work life balance.

Speaker A:

That ain't no real shit.

Speaker A:

Like, it's not real shit.

Speaker A:

Because realistically speaking, if you have somewhere that you're devoting so much of your time to in your week and it's something that you do, whether you want to do it or not, whether it's something that you're passionate about it or not.

Speaker A:

But there's any level of discord you struggle with, any space of discontentment that bleeds over.

Speaker A:

So for me, what I had to learn, and it took me a really long time, but what I had to learn for myself was whenever I'm not at work, I have to pretend like work does not exist.

Speaker A:

If you've ever seen that show on Apple TV called Severance, where literally you go to work and you're one person and then you leave work and you're a completely different person, I had to make myself into that because if not, I was going to eventually lose my mind.

Speaker A:

Mind.

Speaker A:

So I definitely would say for me that that was the moment.

Speaker A:

For me, it was actually graduating from college and becoming an accountant and recognizing that this shit is stressful and if I allow it, I will lose sleep over this.

Speaker A:

I will literally stay up for hours after I'm off the clock trying to catch up on work so that I don't have a rough week for the rest of the week.

Speaker A:

And it was driving me literally insane.

Speaker A:

I had to make a change and my therapist really helped me with that.

Speaker A:

But yeah, that was my example.

Speaker A:

That was my moment for sure was starting my career and recognizing that you have to learn to within your own self with the company's talking about because they love to throw that out there, like, oh, great work, life balance, how.

Speaker B:

You have to create it, you have.

Speaker A:

To create it for yourself.

Speaker B:

Do you think you think you got you?

Speaker B:

You think you got you or you want me to go?

Speaker C:

Yeah, I got two, but one major one.

Speaker C:

But I' ma just.

Speaker B:

We like choices.

Speaker B:

Let's go.

Speaker C:

I was about to say for in reference of my logo is wings like feathers and stuff like that.

Speaker C:

Growing up, I always find feathers in weird spots.

Speaker C:

But always something come out of it.

Speaker C:

I don't know how to explain it.

Speaker B:

Like, yeah, I'm gonna need you because you said weird spots.

Speaker C:

Now, for example, let's say, say if you're in the classroom and then you flip it through your book and then all of a sudden a feather be in one of your books or there's one dead in your back.

Speaker C:

But I still.

Speaker C:

I got some feathers collected here right now just because of my experiences.

Speaker C:

Like I work at a.

Speaker C:

A job not too far from here, you know, say.

Speaker C:

But one of the people that came in, he had it on.

Speaker C:

He told us to open his hood because I work with cars type situation too on the side When I popped over in the hood, you'd be stealing cars.

Speaker C:

Yeah, I'll be fixing cars, too.

Speaker A:

Works with cars.

Speaker B:

Whoa.

Speaker B:

He said, yeah.

Speaker B:

I mean, yeah, Yeah.

Speaker B:

I mean, yeah.

Speaker B:

No, I'm sorry.

Speaker B:

He does not steal cars, ladies and gentlemen.

Speaker C:

You know, so when I popped the hood, just a big feather came out.

Speaker C:

He was like, oh, yeah.

Speaker C:

I didn't even know that was there.

Speaker C:

You can keep it if you wanted.

Speaker C:

I was like, like, stuff like that.

Speaker C:

Like, or when I was going to school, like, it just means something.

Speaker C:

And when I look at feathers, I determine it off of my own interpretation, because in life, sometimes.

Speaker C:

Sometimes life be feeling like a white noise.

Speaker C:

So I'd be interpreting things because I'm kind of different in my head.

Speaker C:

I ain't gonna lie in my head.

Speaker C:

I'm more artistic.

Speaker C:

I can't go off the book of things.

Speaker C:

So that's just my way to make things simple for me.

Speaker C:

So that.

Speaker C:

That right there, if that makes sense.

Speaker A:

No, before you move further, I want to say that I love the innocence in that.

Speaker A:

I think it's incredibly adorable that you are able to take that and make that into a unique experience.

Speaker A:

Because my whole entire life, the way my mind is set up, I would think that A was playing with me, and I would be trying to figure out what was playing with me.

Speaker A:

Who the keeps putting these feathers.

Speaker B:

Tables?

Speaker B:

No, but literally, I mean, that's precious.

Speaker C:

I have alibis.

Speaker C:

Beyond alibis.

Speaker C:

I even got me a bird now, so, like, I'm really into feathers.

Speaker C:

Like, it's crazy.

Speaker C:

Like, it's crazy like a bird that.

Speaker A:

You have to clean up their poop.

Speaker C:

Yeah, like, it's right there.

Speaker C:

It's a little bit.

Speaker A:

What kind of bird is this?

Speaker C:

It's a damn.

Speaker C:

What's it called?

Speaker C:

With a P?

Speaker C:

With a P. Parakeet.

Speaker C:

Parakeet.

Speaker C:

Yep.

Speaker C:

A blue parakeet.

Speaker B:

Oh, I had parakeets growing up.

Speaker C:

This is my very first one.

Speaker C:

And look, I'm gonna tell y' all some yaya stuff.

Speaker C:

My nickname growing up was Pikachu, you know, for Pokemon.

Speaker A:

Oh, I know.

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

Why was that your nickname?

Speaker C:

Because I was all smiley.

Speaker C:

And then sometimes, if y' all get mad, I get, like, you know, saying, like, I was literally just like, pikachu.

Speaker C:

Like, yeah, like, that situation, like, I will kill you.

Speaker C:

So that's what it was.

Speaker C:

So I named my bird Pichu.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker C:

Which is baby Pikachu.

Speaker C:

Pichu.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

I'm not a Pokemon person.

Speaker B:

I just know Pikachu and Jigglypuff.

Speaker B:

That's the only two I know.

Speaker B:

Charmander hey, I'm grown.

Speaker C:

I'm grown as out.

Speaker C:

I just know the games off of Super Smash Brothers.

Speaker C:

I'm good with them.

Speaker C:

That's all I eat now, but.

Speaker B:

Oh, okay.

Speaker B:

A little bit of adhd.

Speaker B:

So I just got me a Nintendo Switch.

Speaker B:

Did you.

Speaker B:

I'm proud of myself.

Speaker B:

Yeah, I did.

Speaker C:

Should be.

Speaker C:

Would you guys have a Smash Brothers?

Speaker B:

I'm sorry.

Speaker B:

Yeah, no, second cut back.

Speaker A:

Let's go back to the.

Speaker A:

Let's do better.

Speaker A:

Because.

Speaker A:

Because I. I like buddy, but I like stuff, but I need money.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker B:

I just want to make sure we.

Speaker B:

We were all on the same page, ladies and gentlemen.

Speaker B:

Actually, no.

Speaker B:

Because I switched to Verizon and Bill three months in a row, and they give you a free gift and it was either a JBL studio.

Speaker B:

JBL mic, not a mic speaker.

Speaker B:

Like, what the.

Speaker B:

I need another speaker for.

Speaker B:

I got like eight speakers in this house.

Speaker B:

Like eight Bluetooth speakers or a Switch.

Speaker B:

I'm never gonna buy a Nintendo Switch.

Speaker B:

So I bought.

Speaker B:

I mean, so I got.

Speaker B:

I'm sorry.

Speaker B:

I'm sorry.

Speaker B:

We adhd, period.

Speaker C:

The part two to what I was saying about what changed my life as a Libra, believe it or not, my mother.

Speaker C:

Me and my mother is very close, but she used to tell me all the time, write down your goals.

Speaker C:

Write down what you want to do.

Speaker C:

Write down anything.

Speaker C:

Just write.

Speaker C:

Right?

Speaker C:

And I took it serious.

Speaker C:

When I got grown, like when my younger, I didn't really care.

Speaker C:

You know what I'm saying?

Speaker C:

Because she just saying it.

Speaker C:

I'm like, whatever.

Speaker C:

But when I actually started writing it, things start manifesting kind of from what?

Speaker C:

Crink.

Speaker C:

What King Christopher was just talking about.

Speaker C:

About how you just Kringle.

Speaker A:

King Christopher say how you want to my birthday tomorrow.

Speaker A:

I don't care.

Speaker B:

Look, happy early birthday.

Speaker C:

Look, thank you.

Speaker C:

But you know what I'm saying?

Speaker A:

Like, I'm Jack B. Nimble.

Speaker C:

Just like how King Jack Dope is talking about.

Speaker C:

Y' all is funny.

Speaker B:

I literally.

Speaker B:

We're both like this.

Speaker B:

Like, we have to get it out when it comes out.

Speaker B:

Or it's.

Speaker B:

Yeah, we're really listening until like, yo, we gotta say it good.

Speaker C:

No, I love it.

Speaker B:

I'm gonna listen back.

Speaker B:

I'm gonna listen back to this and be like, why can't I shut up?

Speaker C:

Hey, shout out to the gang.

Speaker C:

Libra gang.

Speaker B:

Libra gang, gang.

Speaker B:

That was very cardi b of me.

Speaker B:

I'm sorry.

Speaker B:

That was very good.

Speaker C:

What should we do?

Speaker C:

I love Cardi B.

Speaker C:

But yeah, like, off of what you were saying about how you basically in that Tunnel vision of where you're headed to even when you don't want to, or even if you want to just what you're going towards in a career set.

Speaker C:

Because really, to be honest, when you write your goals, I feel like it's a career in, in the field of working and in the life of purpose.

Speaker C:

Does that make sense?

Speaker C:

No.

Speaker A:

Give me more.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

Because in the field of working, I, I need, I need words.

Speaker B:

I need more.

Speaker B:

I need more words because.

Speaker C:

Because work bring you, Work bring you money, bring you stability, bring you a lot of different things.

Speaker C:

But without the money, you know, you can't really find yourself because you need to find your piece.

Speaker C:

You know what I mean?

Speaker C:

Like in this lifetime seeking purpose.

Speaker C:

You know what I mean?

Speaker C:

It's like personal business is two separate entities.

Speaker C:

Like on a business standpoint, you gotta really build yourself, test your mind and see what's really in you.

Speaker C:

The things that you have to really pull out of you and present to the world.

Speaker C:

You know what I mean?

Speaker C:

But as a person, I agree.

Speaker C:

You got to try to heal your demons so you can be a better person.

Speaker B:

Oh my God.

Speaker B:

I was just having this conversation right before we started recording and so, so my answer to this is when I started walking in my purpose, I've.

Speaker B:

I've like really embraced my real like, Libra energy.

Speaker B:

Like, like I know that when I walk into a space, I can change the whole environment.

Speaker B:

Like and, and for the better.

Speaker B:

Like I, I realize.

Speaker B:

And no matter.

Speaker B:

Especially like in whatever industry I'm working in.

Speaker B:

Like, even like I work in the funeral industry, whether I'm on a television set, whether I'm in a studio, or whether I'm wherever the I am.

Speaker B:

You know, I, My, my moment really came the.

Speaker B:

Maybe like the 12th time it happened in the same setting where someone just says, you know, I, I.

Speaker B:

And I said, you know, let's do better about this.

Speaker B:

But I love your energy.

Speaker B:

And I've lived my life very, you know, I was raised by a Virgo, so I lived my life very, very quietly, very secretively and very emotional suppression and damage.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

You know, like, live in secret.

Speaker B:

Like live it, live it in a way that doesn't make.

Speaker B:

It doesn't make a big splash.

Speaker B:

Not realizing that.

Speaker B:

Not realizing that I, I am the big splash.

Speaker B:

So no matter what happens, I'm going to walk into this.

Speaker B:

So case in point, to actually answer my damn question.

Speaker B:

How dare I?

Speaker B:

It wasn't until I.

Speaker B:

Where the were you?

Speaker B:

Wait, what are we even talking about?

Speaker A:

The moment where you discovered.

Speaker A:

There you go.

Speaker B:

There we Go.

Speaker B:

Come on.

Speaker B:

I love how you do that.

Speaker B:

There.

Speaker B:

See?

Speaker C:

Stop, stop, stop.

Speaker B:

Now I'm thinking about Chingy.

Speaker B:

Oh, my God.

Speaker B:

My.

Speaker B:

My moment really, really came from.

Speaker B:

Shut up.

Speaker B:

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker B:

I'm so sorry for this because it just be happening because we goofy as a.

Speaker B:

And Come on, bring it back, bring it back, bring it back.

Speaker B:

It's like.

Speaker A:

Jesus Christ.

Speaker C:

Stop it.

Speaker B:

It's so weird.

Speaker B:

Probably singing in real time is when I watch this back, I'll be like.

Speaker B:

So from.

Speaker C:

Wait, before you.

Speaker C:

Before you continue, you just hit it right.

Speaker C:

No, you just hit it right there.

Speaker C:

When you say.

Speaker C:

When you look back, that was the writing for me.

Speaker C:

I can look back, and I don't even resonate with this person.

Speaker A:

But you were saying.

Speaker A:

Oh, yes.

Speaker A:

You feel me?

Speaker A:

No, I want him to come back to what he was saying.

Speaker A:

And he was there because he lost it, but now he's getting it back, right?

Speaker B:

Now I'm getting it back right there.

Speaker B:

Like, it was literally the moment that I was on stage, terrified what I was doing and didn't know my own power, and I didn't realize that I was speaking in a crowd of people.

Speaker B:

And I'm not like, this is not when I was performing.

Speaker B:

This is not when I was acting or doing any kind of performance.

Speaker B:

This is when I was doing public speaking.

Speaker B:

And listen to me now.

Speaker B:

You mean he was doing public speaking, and he can't even keep his focus.

Speaker B:

But the way I know that I can keep people engaged, and it's with humor.

Speaker B:

It's with, you know, part of my charm.

Speaker B:

It's, you know, but it's all.

Speaker B:

It all has this underlining.

Speaker B:

Like, there's a serious undertone behind it.

Speaker B:

Like, get your shit together, because you're gonna.

Speaker B:

It's gonna pay it off in the long run.

Speaker B:

And I just.

Speaker B:

I love being a Libra.

Speaker B:

That's all I got to say.

Speaker B:

All right.

Speaker B:

All right.

Speaker B:

Y' all ready for the next one?

Speaker A:

Yes.

Speaker B:

That took 26 minutes to get there.

Speaker B:

I am so sorry.

Speaker B:

I'm so sorry to that, man.

Speaker B:

If you could tell the younger version of your Libra self, something, one thing, anything.

Speaker C:

Love yourself harder.

Speaker A:

Oh, well, you said that.

Speaker A:

You said something there.

Speaker B:

Okay, now listen.

Speaker B:

We all.

Speaker B:

We all.

Speaker B:

I show this.

Speaker B:

Stood up just for a second.

Speaker B:

Use more words.

Speaker B:

How.

Speaker B:

How would you love yourself harder?

Speaker B:

What?

Speaker B:

What would.

Speaker B:

What.

Speaker B:

What?

Speaker B:

You know, I hear it back as I say it.

Speaker B:

But how.

Speaker A:

How would you love yourself harder?

Speaker B:

Yeah, like, how.

Speaker B:

What was that?

Speaker B:

What would that look like to you?

Speaker B:

Like, in comparison to now, to then, from then till now?

Speaker B:

Jesus.

Speaker B:

I Haven't had any weed, ladies and gentlemen.

Speaker C:

That was funny.

Speaker C:

I don't know.

Speaker C:

I just don't resonate with my past self because it's going through my career journey and as well as different things.

Speaker C:

The way that a person is conditioned.

Speaker C:

Like when you.

Speaker C:

When you get a grasp of life off of just normal life, you know what I'm saying?

Speaker C:

It's comfortable and fun and you just got a routine.

Speaker C:

If you're chasing a goal, trying to be a better version of yourself.

Speaker C:

I feel like in my hearts and my experiences that you learn what real support means.

Speaker C:

You realize how many people say they support you, but they really don't even know the proper steps of that or a true friendship or a family member that's really reliable.

Speaker C:

And you don't give them that higher pedestal just because they are blood akin to you.

Speaker C:

Like, you really going off of living this life and understanding things when you wake up.

Speaker C:

Like when I was saying like 25.

Speaker C:

After 25.

Speaker B:

After 25, pause for a second.

Speaker B:

You can still go in because he's.

Speaker B:

He's gonna go get some alcohol.

Speaker B:

Because he's an alcoholic.

Speaker B:

No, he's not an alcoholic, but it's his birthday tomorrow.

Speaker B:

It's his birthday tomorrow.

Speaker B:

He's getting his stuff.

Speaker B:

So I'm listening.

Speaker C:

No, that was it.

Speaker C:

Or like, did that make sense?

Speaker C:

You know, I just want to make sure that makes sense for you.

Speaker B:

So here's the crazy thing, right?

Speaker B:

And I think this also comes with Libra age.

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

If it made sense to you, then it made sense.

Speaker C:

You know what I mean?

Speaker B:

Because I mean, there's a lot of times I used to.

Speaker B:

I, I, and I, y' all listeners, y' all can comment and let us know if you feel, if you feel the same way.

Speaker B:

Or maybe it's just me because I'm, you know, toxic and crazy and weird and strange.

Speaker B:

I constantly ask, did that make sense?

Speaker B:

Did that make sense?

Speaker B:

It makes sense.

Speaker B:

And when I've learned that what is for me is for me, and whether you understand it, like, you understand, like I've lived my life so much where I feel like escape.

Speaker B:

All I want is just understand it.

Speaker B:

Right?

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

Whether it's in family, whether it's in relationships, whether it's professional, what.

Speaker B:

All I want is to be understood.

Speaker B:

Okay?

Speaker B:

Now, if you don't understand, that's not for me to.

Speaker B:

I'm not.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

I.

Speaker C:

You feel me?

Speaker C:

I agree with you.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

But I wouldn't say.

Speaker C:

But do you know what I mean when I said when, when you wake up?

Speaker C:

Because I actually wrote A. I wrote a speech about this and I won.

Speaker C:

But, like, as a human being, I feel like there's a certain age that you just wake up, up, and you realize the potential that you really have and the time that you wasted and you take life serious, but over the course of time, you realize you don't have to be too serious.

Speaker B:

That part.

Speaker B:

Because here's the thing.

Speaker B:

I think, once again, my opinion.

Speaker B:

Hey, what do I know?

Speaker B:

She's been here for 45 years almost.

Speaker C:

You know, what's wrong with you?

Speaker B:

What do I know?

Speaker B:

What do I know?

Speaker B:

Yo.

Speaker B:

Agree.

Speaker B:

Agree to disagree.

Speaker B:

I don't give a. I'm gonna say this.

Speaker B:

Wait, what was the last thing you.

Speaker C:

Just said quickly about waking up?

Speaker B:

Finish your words.

Speaker B:

Keep going, baby.

Speaker B:

This train of thought is, like, in motion.

Speaker C:

No, you good.

Speaker C:

Oh, but I was talking about how when you really wake up and you take life serious, but then when you.

Speaker B:

Okay, there we go.

Speaker B:

There we go.

Speaker B:

Thank you.

Speaker B:

See?

Speaker B:

See, that's why we named this podcast.

Speaker B:

What are we even talking about?

Speaker B:

Because the both of us be like, so there's something special that happens in.

Speaker B:

And I think not just in my opinion, but just in life in general.

Speaker B:

When you learn to take yourself seriously, but not too serious like you are, you can look at your past and you can realize that your past is what got you here.

Speaker B:

I don't necessarily agree with abandoning it and just letting that be what that was, but, like, embrace all of it to make you who you are today.

Speaker B:

So, you know, there was a.

Speaker B:

There was a time in my life where I was homeless.

Speaker B:

There was a time in my life where, you know, my parents kicked me out because they didn't agree with, you know, all of.

Speaker B:

All of me as a human.

Speaker B:

There was a time where I've done some really cruddy things to people in the name of trying to survive.

Speaker B:

And I don't mean anything like, I need to go to jail.

Speaker B:

I'm not going to mention that here.

Speaker B:

But there, there, there.

Speaker B:

There came.

Speaker B:

Comes a time when I'm like, you know, I made some really poor choices, some really bad decisions, and I was like, cardi B Throwing things at people right after you walk out of the courtroom.

Speaker B:

Like, poor choices.

Speaker B:

And then I'm like, you know something.

Speaker B:

I've learned a lesson.

Speaker B:

And I. I am finally thinking I'm headed in the right direction.

Speaker B:

We'll get back to that a little bit later, right?

Speaker B:

My God, where is this alcohol?

Speaker B:

How many floors is your house?

Speaker C:

Oh, you funny as hell.

Speaker C:

He had been gone for a minute, though.

Speaker A:

She couldn't scan my license.

Speaker A:

I told you I can hear you.

Speaker A:

You just yelling at my fucking ear.

Speaker B:

What about you?

Speaker B:

Remember the question?

Speaker A:

Yes.

Speaker B:

See, this is why I can't stand it.

Speaker A:

I already answered it.

Speaker B:

Did you?

Speaker A:

Yes, I was the first to answer.

Speaker A:

Unless there was another question that came after.

Speaker C:

No, I was the first to answer.

Speaker B:

He was?

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

See, about the.

Speaker A:

About the moment.

Speaker B:

No, no.

Speaker A:

Oh, there's another.

Speaker A:

There's another question on the floor.

Speaker A:

What's that?

Speaker B:

Ladies and gentlemen.

Speaker B:

Ladies and gentlemen, he does not listen when I speak.

Speaker A:

So, you know, I just went a whole mile away from here, but I'm listening.

Speaker C:

Child self, right?

Speaker A:

Oh, yes.

Speaker A:

Perfect.

Speaker B:

Love that.

Speaker A:

I think that if I had to speak to myself as a child, the lovely young Libra that I was that felt so misunderstood and so confused and like a crazy person, I would tell myself, it's like, I think we all want to tell ourselves as young people that it gets better.

Speaker A:

And I think we all want to, on some level, just like, encourage ourselves to just hold out.

Speaker A:

But like I've been telling people lately, in moments where I try to encourage them, I recognize that in the moment when you're dealing with something, it's really hard to see beyond the moment because the moment is so present.

Speaker A:

And sometimes it's so all you can laser focus on because you're just there and that's what you're experiencing.

Speaker A:

So all of your emotions are focused in on that.

Speaker A:

So if anything, I think if I could tell my younger self as a libra anything, it would be to try to take more time away from others.

Speaker A:

I think for me as a young person, I was always this person that wanted to be everybody's friend.

Speaker A:

I wanted to be around people.

Speaker A:

I was so very codependent.

Speaker A:

I was like, we always talk about this energy and all the ways that people gravitate towards us.

Speaker A:

I just wanted to spread my energy around.

Speaker A:

And I think if I could, as a younger person now having a conversation with myself, I would definitely tell myself to spend more time by yourself.

Speaker A:

Whenever things feel too overwhelming, take some time away.

Speaker A:

Because sometimes, number one, everybody's not your real friend.

Speaker A:

Number two, sometimes people don't always have the best intentions for you.

Speaker A:

Number three, it's going to be harder as you get older to really learn yourself and to appreciate your value because you depend so much on other people's opinions to define how you feel about yourself.

Speaker A:

So the one thing that I think that I would say to my younger self for sure would be to take some time away to spend more time with yourself.

Speaker A:

Just Embracing yourself, feeling your emotions, having some experiences, and learning to love yourself and enjoy your life, because that's something I definitely struggle with for myself as a young person and just always wanting to be somebody's friend.

Speaker A:

My mom used to say that.

Speaker A:

She was like, you.

Speaker A:

Everywhere you go, you got to be everybody's friend.

Speaker A:

So, yeah, that's mine.

Speaker B:

And.

Speaker B:

And I'm sorry, mine continues where you left off.

Speaker B:

Stop attacking your m. Mine is.

Speaker B:

You know, I used to want to have all these friends because I was still crazy insecure.

Speaker B:

So if I have all these people around me, that means that, you know, I'm cool.

Speaker B:

I'm good.

Speaker B:

All these people.

Speaker B:

All these people I got around me.

Speaker B:

But the issue with that is I put more focus on them than on me.

Speaker B:

So I would tell myself that, hey, you are the light.

Speaker B:

Like, you are the reason why they're here.

Speaker B:

They're not here because you want them here.

Speaker B:

They're.

Speaker B:

They're there because they want to be there.

Speaker B:

They want to cipher their.

Speaker B:

Cipher your energy.

Speaker B:

They want to steal from you.

Speaker B:

They want to lie to you.

Speaker B:

They want to use you and abuse you.

Speaker B:

They want to do all the things.

Speaker B:

Okay, that went left.

Speaker B:

My God, today I'm in a good mood this week, though, y'.

Speaker B:

All.

Speaker A:

They want to eat up on that big old dirt.

Speaker B:

Wow.

Speaker C:

Okay.

Speaker A:

When we talk about the things that they wanted to do, we were talking about the things they wanted to do.

Speaker A:

Were we talking about the things they wanted to do?

Speaker B:

So, yeah, I need you to know that.

Speaker B:

Actually.

Speaker B:

No, no.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

For this one here.

Speaker B:

Who said before that that is not my.

Speaker B:

My character or he is the one who constantly brings up stuff.

Speaker B:

But if I could really have a conversation with myself, I would really sit here and say, speak your truth.

Speaker B:

Speak your heart.

Speaker B:

Like, stop making yourself small for people, because I used to do that.

Speaker C:

I agree to that one.

Speaker A:

Yes.

Speaker A:

That was a great one.

Speaker B:

I used to like number one.

Speaker B:

Thank you, ladies and gentlemen.

Speaker B:

As a person who used to.

Speaker B:

To hate the sound of my voice, mind you, I just dropped an octave right there, but I used to hate the sound of my voice.

Speaker A:

I used to hate this.

Speaker B:

I used to.

Speaker B:

I mean, you.

Speaker B:

Man.

Speaker B:

I used to.

Speaker B:

I used to.

Speaker B:

Like, I.

Speaker B:

There was so much about me that I was insecure about, and it was.

Speaker B:

It wasn't anything that I did, but it was what people were projecting onto me, and I would latch onto everything that people would say.

Speaker B:

And now, like I said, you are the light.

Speaker B:

There are so many people that, like, I talk about moving into when the first question about, like, when did you really move into your power when I.

Speaker B:

When after the 12th or 13th person said, I love your energy.

Speaker B:

Maybe there really is something really good but good about me.

Speaker B:

Like, let me pay attention.

Speaker B:

Let's add all this together.

Speaker B:

Let's write this down.

Speaker B:

Because I believe in.

Speaker B:

We've had a conversation about manifestation, and we're gonna actually go deeper into that sooner or later.

Speaker A:

Real deep.

Speaker C:

I would need you.

Speaker A:

And you started it.

Speaker A:

I'm just.

Speaker A:

I'm just following along.

Speaker B:

I did.

Speaker B:

Because we're digging deeper as being levers.

Speaker B:

This is my fault.

Speaker B:

This is.

Speaker B:

I. I came up with this.

Speaker C:

And.

Speaker A:

I'm trying to be respectful.

Speaker B:

So I'm chilling.

Speaker B:

We're both.

Speaker A:

I'm doing so well.

Speaker A:

I'm doing so well.

Speaker A:

God is good.

Speaker B:

God has been working on you.

Speaker B:

Because this.

Speaker B:

But a couple moving right along.

Speaker B:

You take it at me.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

He continues.

Speaker A:

I'm sorry.

Speaker A:

Go ahead.

Speaker B:

All right, so the last question for this part of the segment.

Speaker B:

All right, so I'm not going to hold you for too much longer.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker A:

Giggity.

Speaker B:

I have not said giggity in so long.

Speaker B:

In this episode, in this.

Speaker B:

In this podcast.

Speaker B:

I haven't said it since the third episode.

Speaker C:

That's some funny right there.

Speaker C:

Like, I love.

Speaker C:

He's a family guy now.

Speaker B:

All right.

Speaker B:

That's just nasty.

Speaker B:

See, why would you not.

Speaker B:

You never be.

Speaker B:

Continue.

Speaker B:

All right, now here's.

Speaker B:

Here's a.

Speaker B:

Here's an important Libra question about, okay, and this is something to be real honest.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

What is the best Libra trait that you have?

Speaker B:

And what do you think is the worst Libra trait that you have?

Speaker C:

The worst.

Speaker C:

For me, I'm growing in being too trusting.

Speaker C:

I used to be a trusting.

Speaker C:

Like, that's when you was explaining that I was like.

Speaker C:

Because I understood what you were saying.

Speaker C:

And.

Speaker C:

And I had conversations with this.

Speaker C:

With my mother.

Speaker C:

Exactly what you were just talking about.

Speaker C:

But I say different.

Speaker C:

I say people control the narrative.

Speaker C:

And I just didn't catch on.

Speaker C:

I was in that wave.

Speaker C:

Did that make sense?

Speaker B:

It.

Speaker B:

It.

Speaker B:

What I said, yes, it did make sense.

Speaker C:

You know what I mean?

Speaker C:

So I understood that.

Speaker C:

So that being trusting, that was.

Speaker C:

I say that was my negative flaw.

Speaker C:

And I say my best thing about me is not only the looks.

Speaker C:

You know what I'm saying?

Speaker C:

Because Libras, we come off.

Speaker C:

We got.

Speaker B:

The.

Speaker C:

Libras look good no matter what.

Speaker B:

Like you have never seen the ugly Libra.

Speaker B:

I'm so sorry.

Speaker B:

They don't exist.

Speaker C:

They don't exist.

Speaker C:

Like, I'm sorry for the other zodiacs and We.

Speaker C:

And we got all of them in us, too.

Speaker C:

You know, Leapers got all the traits of the zodiacs.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

We are the rulers of the zodiac.

Speaker B:

Continue.

Speaker C:

Literally.

Speaker C:

And we're the only ones.

Speaker B:

I wish people would understand it.

Speaker C:

You know what I'm saying?

Speaker C:

So.

Speaker C:

But I'll say the best one is being graceful.

Speaker C:

Being graceful or being charming.

Speaker C:

I. I really love being approachable, being good people.

Speaker C:

Like, being a safe space for people.

Speaker B:

Let me ask you a question.

Speaker B:

All right.

Speaker B:

And I'm gonna drop this up because I still have to edit this episode for.

Speaker B:

For Highly Melanated.

Speaker B:

We had a conversation about what makes us good.

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

What makes you.

Speaker B:

Yo, it's Yaya.

Speaker B:

What makes you.

Speaker B:

I mean, to scream me out like that, but yeah.

Speaker B:

He was like, what makes you think that you're a good person?

Speaker C:

That no matter what you go through, my mouth is sealed.

Speaker C:

And I hear you.

Speaker C:

Like, I hear you, but I hear you.

Speaker C:

A lot of people don't get heard, period.

Speaker C:

Like, there's people on the streets holding signs and nobody even reading that.

Speaker B:

Well, I mean, they can't.

Speaker B:

So you hold.

Speaker A:

That's not important.

Speaker A:

So you're holding space.

Speaker A:

So in other words, what you're saying is you're holding space for people.

Speaker C:

Yeah, because like, sometimes people on some real life tip, especially at this time.

Speaker C:

I know y' all seen the.

Speaker C:

The girl that was on the subway that got stabbed in the neck.

Speaker B:

What city are we talking?

Speaker C:

It was on.

Speaker C:

It was on the news and everything.

Speaker C:

Like, it was weird.

Speaker B:

We are all in three different states, sir.

Speaker B:

I'm in New York.

Speaker A:

He said.

Speaker A:

I said.

Speaker A:

He said subway.

Speaker A:

So I imagine it's closer to you than to me.

Speaker C:

No, it's like, probably for referral, because probably y' all ain't gonna be doing.

Speaker B:

New York like that.

Speaker B:

Y' all ain't gonna be doing the same way.

Speaker C:

So I'm just saying the Kirk dude that got shot, and then there was the situation with that girl that got stabbed in the neck.

Speaker A:

Oh, they both happened kind of within that same period of time.

Speaker C:

Same period of time.

Speaker A:

I hadn't heard about that, but go ahead.

Speaker A:

I'm listening.

Speaker C:

But seeing that, you know, for example, she literally was distraught and nobody would try to help her.

Speaker C:

And she.

Speaker C:

She don't even have to speak for you to hear her, like, see her, what's going on.

Speaker A:

Right.

Speaker C:

So just imagine with people that's really just going through it and they just need somebody to talk to.

Speaker C:

They finally on the edge.

Speaker B:

Ladies and gentlemen, I need you all out here.

Speaker B:

So here's the thing.

Speaker B:

That I want to tell people, you tie you.

Speaker B:

You going through something with your bum ass life, get you a Libra.

Speaker B:

We're the only ones who are really going to hold space for you.

Speaker B:

Like, I'm not gonna say the only ones.

Speaker B:

That's aggressive, but I mean, that's facts though.

Speaker B:

But hold space in a way that.

Speaker B:

And this is my biggest.

Speaker B:

Be prepared for the next question.

Speaker B:

This is my biggest superpower.

Speaker A:

I know that I haven't answered a question.

Speaker A:

I just want to say that out loud.

Speaker B:

What?

Speaker A:

I said I don't know the last time I answered a question.

Speaker B:

I just want to say that out loud.

Speaker B:

You answered the last one before you went to go get your liquor.

Speaker A:

No, you asked him two questions since then.

Speaker C:

Oh, you finesse.

Speaker A:

No, dead ass.

Speaker A:

Because he asked you what.

Speaker A:

What do you feel like is your best and your worst?

Speaker A:

And then he asked you what makes you feel like a good person.

Speaker A:

I was like, at some point, I'm gonna jump in, I swear.

Speaker B:

Hold on.

Speaker C:

Look, let's go back.

Speaker C:

Let's go.

Speaker C:

Look, we got to give him a chance now.

Speaker C:

Come on, King Christopher.

Speaker B:

Go, go.

Speaker B:

Come on, King.

Speaker B:

Go ahead.

Speaker B:

I'm sorry.

Speaker B:

Tomorrow's your birthday.

Speaker B:

How dare I go.

Speaker B:

Take a.

Speaker C:

Go ahead.

Speaker B:

Go ahead and read it.

Speaker A:

Say, go ahead, honey, take a chance.

Speaker A:

That's what I wanted.

Speaker C:

Oh.

Speaker A:

So my best, I would say, is just being incredibly charming.

Speaker A:

And I. I know that's a very bold thing to say for somebody to say, but I'm aware of it and I enjoy that about myself.

Speaker A:

And I don't go out of my way.

Speaker A:

It's not something that I seek to do, but I'm very self aware in the fact that it happens.

Speaker A:

And I love that people are able to receive that from me because it's pleasant.

Speaker A:

It's a nice thing to know that people recognize it and that I can recognize it as well.

Speaker A:

The worst thing to dispel the contradiction, because we talked about this before.

Speaker A:

I always say I either feel one of two ways about you in regard to this whole myth that Libras are liars.

Speaker A:

I either care too much about you to lie to you, or I don't care about you enough to lie to you.

Speaker A:

So for me, I think the worst for me is that sometimes I'm too honest.

Speaker A:

Because if anything, while it's important to be honest with people, it's also important to be compassionate towards people and to.

Speaker A:

While I always say everyone is responsible for their own feelings, be mindful for how you want somebody to feel about you beyond a conversation.

Speaker A:

And I struggle with that because a lot of times I don't really take the time to think enough before I speak.

Speaker A:

I just say whatever is on my dome.

Speaker A:

So there's not a lot of room for sensitivity.

Speaker A:

There's not a lot of room for compassion.

Speaker A:

There's not a lot of room for.

Speaker A:

Well damn, I should have thought about that before I said it because now I'm concerned about how that made them feel so much as it's just like, well, you knew what the fuck I meant.

Speaker A:

Or even if you didn't know what the fuck I meant.

Speaker A:

I told you what I wanted you to hear from me.

Speaker A:

So hopefully you got it like you know what I'm saying And I.

Speaker A:

And I'm working on that because I do want.

Speaker A:

You know, I do believe in that whole expression, you know, you, you.

Speaker A:

You get better results.

Speaker A:

What it.

Speaker A:

What is it with honey?

Speaker A:

The vinegar or however that scene is is.

Speaker A:

I do think that that's some real.

Speaker A:

So I'm working on that.

Speaker A:

I think that's my worst because sometimes I'm just like so look, he don't give a about you.

Speaker A:

You need to stop with him.

Speaker A:

Stop being a dumbass.

Speaker A:

You saw what he did the last time.

Speaker A:

You gonna keep doing that dumb and you're gonna be over here crying and next time I'm gonna tell you don't even talk to me about it because it's clear that obviously you want to be up.

Speaker A:

You don't keep coming over here asking me for my opinion and my advice if you going to keep doing the same stupid and sometimes a friend needs a.

Speaker A:

A hug and they need some love and they need somebody to like be kinder to them in the ways of expressing stuff like that.

Speaker A:

And I know that you don't agree.

Speaker C:

Mr. Mr. October Libra but real I what he saying?

Speaker C:

Cuz I be telling people I said Libras don't give not one but we give a damn.

Speaker A:

I like that.

Speaker C:

That's this truth.

Speaker B:

That was my drop right there.

Speaker B:

That was it.

Speaker A:

I like that.

Speaker B:

Listen.

Speaker A:

Yeah yeah.

Speaker A:

I'm gonna tell you something so that you can know so that I can say that I said it.

Speaker A:

When you're right, you're right.

Speaker C:

It's the truth.

Speaker C:

Like hey, we said what we said and that's what it is.

Speaker B:

I said what I.

Speaker A:

Well you're right.

Speaker A:

You're right.

Speaker A:

God damn it.

Speaker B:

I'm waiting on you because you.

Speaker B:

You stopped me from asking a third question.

Speaker B:

You said you had two more catch up.

Speaker A:

What makes me a good person?

Speaker A:

What makes me think that I'm A good person.

Speaker A:

And, and the fact is that you.

Speaker B:

Know, and you knew it, I know I'm lagging.

Speaker B:

So to pay no attention to the visual, the audio is what we're concerned with.

Speaker A:

I would say as much as I just said what I just said, I really care about people.

Speaker A:

No, sincerely, I do genuinely care about people.

Speaker A:

I think for me, like I said, sometimes I'm very, I tell people I'm very matter of fact.

Speaker A:

So some people struggle with that because I've been told my entire life that like, oh, you got a smart ass mouth.

Speaker A:

But it's like, no, I just say what I think in exactly the way that I feel it.

Speaker A:

But at the same time, I really do care about people.

Speaker A:

I think that people are like fellowship and just unity and community are so very important.

Speaker A:

And I think for me, what makes me a good person is my desire and willingness to invest in growing community.

Speaker A:

Prime example.

Speaker A:

I think for me, just being in therapy, just doing the work, just doing things for myself to advance who I am as a person.

Speaker A:

Just my desire to be a better human being, just myself desire to take the things that I'm learning and to apply them to my day to day lifestyle.

Speaker A:

I could do that in silence and nobody else would ever have to be moved.

Speaker A:

But I've decided in different ways, whether it be this platform, another podcast, what I post on social media, to allow my voice to be heard and to allow the lessons that I learn to reach other people.

Speaker A:

And I, you know, I always say like, PJ hates when I say it.

Speaker A:

I'm like, well, I'm hoping to reach masses.

Speaker A:

But you know, regardless, it's like whatever the platform is, whatever the number of people, for me, in my mind, I want to in some way encourage somebody else to recognize that the things that you're going through, this human experience is so much more aligned than I think we recognize.

Speaker A:

Sometimes it's like beyond all these billions of people in the world, you, you think for yourself right now because things are so hard for you that you're the only person that's ever had to go through this and that nobody else understand.

Speaker A:

And so for me, I think a big part of my mission and what I've discovered as a part of my purpose is to help people recognize that there are people that understand.

Speaker A:

Even if somebody hasn't gone through exactly what you've gone through down to the letter, as far as your circumstances, there's somebody that can relate and there's somebody that sees you and there's somebody that can hear you and offer you some Words, even if they're just words right now, because they can't offer you, maybe, finances, they can't offer you resources, but they can offer you words of encouragement that might just make you have some hope until you get to that place of getting your finances and your resources together.

Speaker A:

That's a part of my goal.

Speaker A:

So I think having discovered that as a part of my purpose and my mission and putting that into practice, that's what's helping me develop for myself an understanding of the fact that I at least, am working towards being a good person, because for a really long time, I struggle with believing it.

Speaker A:

So I'm glad that you asked that question, because I'm definitely developing a belief system for myself around being a good person.

Speaker A:

It was a struggle for a long time.

Speaker A:

That imposter syndrome, that insecurity, like, all those things we actively talk about on a regular basis.

Speaker B:

So before we.

Speaker B:

Before we move any further, I think this is the right moment to do this.

Speaker B:

I want you both to repeat after me.

Speaker B:

Are we ready?

Speaker B:

Are we ready?

Speaker B:

Ready.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

All right.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

Hold, please.

Speaker B:

Because the mouse don't want to do what she got to do Ho.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

Because the mouse don't want to do what she got to do hoe.

Speaker A:

You didn't.

Speaker A:

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker A:

You didn't repeat.

Speaker A:

No, I'm not yet.

Speaker B:

All right, so here we go.

Speaker B:

All right.

Speaker B:

I'm headed down I'm headed in the.

Speaker A:

Right direction I'm headed in the right.

Speaker B:

Direction I can see the light of.

Speaker A:

Day I can see the light of.

Speaker B:

Day I got faith is my intuition.

Speaker A:

I got faith as my intuition Telling.

Speaker B:

Me that it's gonna be okay Telling.

Speaker A:

Me that it's gonna be okay down the path that I walk down the path that I walk.

Speaker B:

There were eyes There were eyes Somebody told me Somebody told me that I look like I'm.

Speaker A:

Glowing Somebody told me that I look like I'm glowing oh, God.

Speaker B:

This is.

Speaker B:

This is.

Speaker B:

This is awful.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

We'Re gonna try this again from the top.

Speaker A:

I'll say gut to your head.

Speaker A:

Whose song is that?

Speaker A:

Yaya.

Speaker C:

I was thinking.

Speaker A:

I was like, you did I say just like that, another young man got down.

Speaker B:

Okay, fine.

Speaker B:

That is.

Speaker B:

That is none other than my musical therapist, the Queen Libra herself, India Iri, headed in the right direction, and I think that.

Speaker B:

Okay, because here's the thing.

Speaker B:

And I'mma close.

Speaker B:

I'mma close out with this, because I have, like, 20 more questions.

Speaker B:

But we have been recording for quite some time, especially since King was late, because you know what?

Speaker B:

The audacity I love this brother.

Speaker B:

There, There are those moments where I'll answer because I never answered.

Speaker B:

My, my, my best trait, I think, is I can't see.

Speaker B:

I, you know, we're charming.

Speaker B:

We are who we are.

Speaker B:

I can't even, I can't even.

Speaker B:

Damn, I look good.

Speaker B:

That's my best trait.

Speaker B:

No, no, honestly, I think, I think my best trait is the is, is how real I, I, I, I am.

Speaker B:

Like, I'm honest, and I'm not honest with malice, which is what there are.

Speaker B:

I had to learn this.

Speaker B:

I had to learn the idea.

Speaker B:

I am frozen.

Speaker B:

I had to learn the idea of what it means to.

Speaker B:

You don't have.

Speaker B:

Have to.

Speaker B:

It's all about how you say.

Speaker B:

It's all about tact.

Speaker B:

It's all about, like, you know, you didn't have to say it like that.

Speaker B:

I mean, but it needed to be said, you know, my, my worst trait is, you know, there are moments where, okay, so I talk a good game for other people, but I don't talk it for myself enough.

Speaker B:

And I think that I need to be more focused on self than focus on other people so much.

Speaker B:

All right, she's catching up.

Speaker B:

She's catching up.

Speaker B:

She's caught up.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

So, yeah, I think that's, that's mine.

Speaker B:

But anyway, so lastly, before we let go, before we let you go, Yaya.

Speaker B:

And I want to say thank you for.

Speaker B:

Let me not say that.

Speaker B:

I want to say thank you for being a guest.

Speaker A:

Thank you for being a guest.

Speaker B:

Hey.

Speaker C:

Oh, you hit that on the low.

Speaker C:

I ain't gonna, like, do that vibrato.

Speaker C:

He hit that.

Speaker B:

Don't pick this man up because he's gonna start doing this every single episode.

Speaker B:

No, yeah, no, no support now.

Speaker B:

I mean, let's.

Speaker B:

This is, this is my brother here.

Speaker B:

But no, really, thank you for, for coming on.

Speaker B:

Like I said, I reached out to you because I actually really enjoy your content.

Speaker B:

And how can we help you expand your network?

Speaker B:

How can, you know, vice versa?

Speaker B:

But most of all, how can we help each other be better people?

Speaker B:

And by you telling all of your Libra facts, it's teaching people how to be better to us, because some of us will pop off.

Speaker B:

Speaker C:

Let me do that real quick.

Speaker C:

I thought you said you wanted me to say something at the end.

Speaker C:

Okay, okay.

Speaker C:

My new single that's out is called Libra Levitation.

Speaker C:

It is a breakdown of how we think in the mind.

Speaker C:

The left side is the devil, the right side is the angel, and the middleman is the anchor.

Speaker C:

The one that makes the decision is having a back and forth conversation throughout the whole song, and I think you guys will enjoy it.

Speaker C:

The devil and the angel is on.

Speaker B:

Our shoulders with YAYA chronicles We're gonna.

Speaker C:

Tell it and this how much in.

Speaker B:

The mind we're at war who, who.

Speaker C:

Knew it wasn't gonna be like this?

Speaker C:

Who knew that this would be a show?

Speaker C:

But now I know, know that you will be like the fool because my mind be racing and I be trying to catch it.

Speaker C:

That's your boy.

Speaker C:

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker C:

The Libra levitation got three sides of me.

Speaker C:

The middleman is anchor now the left side is the devil and the right side the angel.

Speaker C:

Whoa, don't kill the skill.

Speaker C:

Cause I like the beast, not the anger I tried kick the peace Just what's good for everybody what?

Speaker C:

No, I'm not going to play with a soul, soul, soul Tilt the scale out of me.

Speaker C:

You should know.

Speaker B:

No, no.

Speaker C:

The good part about me is now ghost, ghost, ghost now is war to me now Here we go.

Speaker C:

Go.

Speaker C:

Who knew that life will turn like this again?

Speaker C:

I have too many stories, need to write it.

Speaker C:

Where's a pen?

Speaker C:

Good or bad or how I play my cars it really just depends but to the people I look back.

Speaker B:

All right, fantastic.

Speaker B:

Anything you'd like to say?

Speaker B:

King Lay back.

Speaker A:

Getting my dicks up.

Speaker A:

Getting my dicks up.

Speaker B:

I'm going mute his mic.

Speaker C:

I'm sorry.

Speaker A:

I don't know where that came from.

Speaker A:

That was a little Memphis tribute, you.

Speaker B:

Know, because it's not your character.

Speaker A:

Yes, very not my character.

Speaker A:

But I do want to say to all of you out there, thank you so much for listening.

Speaker A:

We always appreciate you.

Speaker A:

Y' all are real ones, like, for real, like, with the attention span.

Speaker A:

And this is what I always think about, just through your day and all of the different things that you're obligated to and all the different places that you're moving in, that you're doing, whatever you're doing right now as to where you can hear our voices, the fact that you've allowed yourself to take time to push play on a podcast, whether you know pj, whether you know myself, whether you came here because you're associated with Yaya, whether you just were searching for something to listen to and this popped up because of a similar podcast that you listen to.

Speaker A:

However you found yourself here, we're grateful that you allowed yourself to stay.

Speaker A:

We're grateful that hopefully something that we said resonated with you.

Speaker A:

And as always, we know that your time is valuable and that you can do with it what you will.

Speaker A:

And we are ever grateful that you choose to spend a little bit of it with us.

Speaker A:

So if you listen to the, the whole episode, we thank you.

Speaker A:

If you were listening and then you went away and you did something else and now you came back and we're here, we thank you.

Speaker A:

If you fast forwarded to see if it was going to get better because the beginning part wasn't really resonated with how you felt, that's okay, too.

Speaker A:

We thank you either way.

Speaker A:

We thank you for being here because you could be anywhere else, but you're right here with us.

Speaker B:

Don't lie to these people.

Speaker B:

No, we don't.

Speaker B:

Thank you.

Speaker B:

Don't you fast forward past this.

Speaker B:

Okay.

Speaker B:

You listen to every single word.

Speaker B:

The.

Speaker A:

That you are hearing now are the personal expressions of sir pg.

Speaker A:

I say what I say.

Speaker A:

In a very short time, I will be.

Speaker A:

Because as you're listening to me now, this is what's so amazing about time.

Speaker A:

As you're listening to me now, you are hearing the last moments of a 40 year old man.

Speaker A:

Like in a, in the next time you hear my voice after this, if you come back, because we hope you come back.

Speaker A:

Come back.

Speaker A:

I'm gonna be 41.

Speaker A:

It is now on my time zone, about to be 10.

Speaker A:

If you're on the east coast, it's about to be 11.

Speaker A:

If you don't know, child, y' all know where y' all at.

Speaker A:

Y' all know how time works.

Speaker A:

But at the end of the day, in a very short time, I will be 41 years old.

Speaker A:

I'm an older man.

Speaker B:

I'm a wise man.

Speaker B:

See how that yawn came?

Speaker A:

I'm strong.

Speaker A:

I told somebody, I told somebody earlier, I was like this, this is, this is seasoned Brick.

Speaker A:

So yeah, that's that's what we're.

Speaker A:

That's what I'm walking into at 41 years old.

Speaker A:

This is seasoned.

Speaker A:

Brick.

Speaker A:

Get you some.

Speaker B:

Ladies and gentlemen.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

So, right.

Speaker B:

Happy belated birthday to Yaya.

Speaker B:

As he is now 30, he is actually in the four year of the 30s.

Speaker B:

So enjoy this.

Speaker B:

Enjoy this foyer.

Speaker B:

Enjoy this floor.

Speaker B:

Like, you're literally.

Speaker B:

You see all the doors for 31 to 39.

Speaker B:

You know, you can smell what's gonna happen behind the doors.

Speaker A:

Can you what the 30 is cooking?

Speaker A:

I don't know how we got there.

Speaker B:

I'm sorry, but you can't really see what's going on behind each door.

Speaker B:

Let him have his moment because it's his birthday.

Speaker B:

His birthday tomorrow.

Speaker B:

But, you know, like I said, this.

Speaker B:

This is.

Speaker B:

It's just gonna get better from here, here.

Speaker B:

And no matter what is happening right now, you Libra.

Speaker B:

I wish you the best.

Speaker B:

Where's that accent come from?

Speaker A:

I wish you nothing but prosperity.

Speaker B:
