I'm joined by Hilary and we share our unfiltered experience navigating marriage, sex and infant sleep in new motherhood.

We discuss discernment between 'desires' versus 'shoulds' in motherhood, the importance of open communication in marriage, and unlearning societal pressures to be the "perfect" mother and wife.

At the end, we share contrasting experiences and insights from a sleep training and non-sleep training perspective and find commonality between the anxiety infant sleep has brought us. 

Meet Hilary Blackstone:
 
Hilary has a newfound passion for working with and caring for mothers ever since her daughter was born in December 2022.  Hilary has been working in education as an elementary teacher for the last 10 years and is eager to continue her work in education as well as supporting mothers.
