Shownotes
Pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone. Doing things scared. Not waiting until everything is perfect. Putting yourself out there. No matter how you describe it, challenging yourself to intentionally take some risks and not simply stay safe can be nerve wracking but also invigorating.
To be clear, I’m not advocating for physically endangering yourself. Please take care of and protect your physical health. What I’m talking about is emotional and mental risk. Tackling things you thought you could never do. Being courageous can have some extremely empowering and liberating results. Let’s talk about it.
“Outside of our comfort zone is where the excitement, the innovation, where significant changes can happen, where we can go after our goals, where we can experience things that we want to experience, where we can grow and change.” – Dr. Sara Dill
