As a recovering perfectionist myself, I know all too well the pressure we can put ourselves under to do everything perfectly, and without ever making any mistakes. But for many of us this drive for perfectionism can end up leaving us really stuck.
I know, because I’ve been there many times myself.
So, this week’s episode is all about giving you the permission you need to be perfectly imperfect. I’ll be revealing:

We all have a perfectionist streak within us and it can be really frustrating when we’re in that place. But there are other ways which can lead to you feeling happier, making your life feel easier and, ironically actually helping you to achieve more in the long run.
