Mukisa is Ugandan Nova Scotian. She is a graduate of the Schulich School of Law, passionate about racial justice and women’s empowerment.

During her articling year, Mukisa gained a range of experience in prison law, personal injury law, and litigation. She works with the Elizabeth Fry Society and advocates for fairness and positive change in the Justice system.
