Speaker:

Hello, and welcome to the Art of Life podcast.

Speaker:

This podcast is where I share my journey of living a life with more

Speaker:

abundance, more freedom and a lot more love than I could imagine.

Speaker:

So as I go along in my journey, I want to share these tips and

Speaker:

resources with you as well.

Speaker:

My favorite hack is called grounding.

Speaker:

This is the way in which we connect with earth and the sun.

Speaker:

These are the natural resources that are available to us for balancing our

Speaker:

internal energy, for releasing stress.

Speaker:

And for bringing in all the goodness that we want in life.

Speaker:

If you wanted to access grounding or learn about grounding, you

Speaker:

can go to artoflifecenter.

Speaker:

com slash grounding, where I have a free grounding course.

Speaker:

It's got lots of useful tips and little 5 or 10 minute nuggets that

Speaker:

will just help you find calmness, no matter where you are in your life.

Speaker:

Alright, let's dive in into today's topic.

Speaker:

Thanks

Speaker:

Hey, hello everyone.

Speaker:

So today I've got lovely Felicia with me.

Speaker:

She is a Women's Empowerment Coach and we're just going to

Speaker:

have a little chat with her today.

Speaker:

so much

Speaker:

for having me.

Speaker:

Thanks a lot.

Speaker:

It's a pleasure to have you.

Speaker:

So just tell us a little bit about yourself.

Speaker:

How did you get into this journey?

Speaker:

Oh my gosh, that's a long story, but I guess I'll start at the top.

Speaker:

Um, back in 2014, I actually started in spirituality very much by accident.

Speaker:

I went, I was actually invited on Facebook by someone I didn't even know to

Speaker:

something called an Angel Healing Circle.

Speaker:

I had no idea what that was.

Speaker:

She, she just saw me comment on somebody else's post and, uh, the

Speaker:

person was writing something about how a certain angel helped her.

Speaker:

Find something that she was missing and I thought that was intriguing and had never

Speaker:

heard of that, something like that before.

Speaker:

And so I commented on the post and got invited to this event.

Speaker:

And, uh, when I was there, she led us through this.

Speaker:

Meditation to quote, meet your angel.

Speaker:

And I just, I was just such a skeptic.

Speaker:

I could immediately shut down.

Speaker:

I just thought that was so bizarre.

Speaker:

I grew up in like a religious environment, you know, I went to church every weekend.

Speaker:

I was a Sunday school teacher.

Speaker:

And so I had never heard of anything like that, but.

Speaker:

Um, through that experience that day, that event was like two and a half hours long.

Speaker:

She led us through this meditation, and it was to meet your angel, your

Speaker:

main angel is what she called them.

Speaker:

And sure enough, I did.

Speaker:

I actually saw and heard Archangel Michael for the first time.

Speaker:

And so That just started me on this whole spiritual path and energy healing

Speaker:

and a few months after that experience and everything I was exploring, I

Speaker:

started working with the Akashic records and I've been working with

Speaker:

the Akashic records for 10 years.

Speaker:

So that's the tool I use to do a lot of the energy work.

Speaker:

If people need that, when they come to me.

Speaker:

Although the majority of my work now is really about women's empowerment and

Speaker:

helping women really step into their power and set boundaries and reclaim

Speaker:

their energy and how they use it to create what they want in their lives.

Speaker:

It all started with energy healing and working with the angels.

Speaker:

So it has evolved a lot over the last 10 years.

Speaker:

I'm sure it has, and I think I relate a lot to what you say as well.

Speaker:

When you teach women today, just that the audience understands

Speaker:

when you're helping them empower themselves, like what is the change?

Speaker:

Let's say paint a before and after picture.

Speaker:

What can they have for themselves?

Speaker:

I mean, the majority of women that start working with me are, are

Speaker:

usually doing pretty good already.

Speaker:

They already have the life that they thought they wanted, but

Speaker:

on the inside, they feel empty.

Speaker:

They feel unfulfilled.

Speaker:

Those are the two words that they'll always say.

Speaker:

I just, I don't know why I just never feel happy.

Speaker:

I feel really empty inside.

Speaker:

I just never, there's just something missing, but they

Speaker:

can't put their finger on it.

Speaker:

Fortunately, I know what that is.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

Women, it doesn't matter where you are in the world, we are growing up in a society

Speaker:

still that very much values achievement.

Speaker:

There's value in what you achieve.

Speaker:

Yes.

Speaker:

The feminine energy does not manifest with achievement.

Speaker:

Yes, we can work really hard and manifest through achievement, but

Speaker:

you don't get that, those kind of results without feeling burnt out.

Speaker:

Yes, it's a very patriarchal world, we operate in a patriarchal world.

Speaker:

Results driven society.

Speaker:

And I remember myself as being one of those as well.

Speaker:

Like I used to write on my CV, I used to be very proud of it.

Speaker:

Like, Hey, I'm a results driven professional and it doesn't work.

Speaker:

I

Speaker:

mean, it'll work for a time, right?

Speaker:

And then eventually you start experiencing what I call emotional burnout.

Speaker:

You just get to a place where it's just, this isn't enough anymore.

Speaker:

Like the hit.

Speaker:

That you used to get from it, like you would get from drinking

Speaker:

caffeine, or You know, doing a lot of exercise or something like that.

Speaker:

Like you get a hit from it with work as well and overworking yourself,

Speaker:

but eventually that no longer gives that hit and you know, what's,

Speaker:

what's left after that, nothing,

Speaker:

Exactly.

Speaker:

That's just your giving and your receiving part.

Speaker:

Like you've given so much in the beginning.

Speaker:

We have a little bank so we can take out of it, but then the credit's all gone.

Speaker:

We are in debit and that's where we start feeling empty.

Speaker:

So.

Speaker:

Absolutely.

Speaker:

So how does it feel afterwards, like what is the after picture with you?

Speaker:

We work on this for a long time.

Speaker:

So my typical program, well, when you think about the course

Speaker:

of your life and how long it is, my program's not that long.

Speaker:

My program minimum is, is one year to work with me.

Speaker:

And that's because when I work with someone, I need to

Speaker:

actually change your identity.

Speaker:

So because of how you like, everybody's different.

Speaker:

We all grew up in different worlds.

Speaker:

I call them like different environments.

Speaker:

You know, your, your home environment is a world.

Speaker:

The city you live in as a world, the country you live in as a world.

Speaker:

Like, we have all these different worlds.

Speaker:

And they've made us who we are to an extent.

Speaker:

So I have to uncover all of those when I work with someone and go,

Speaker:

okay, this is this is your identity.

Speaker:

This is who you believe yourself to be.

Speaker:

But you're not happy.

Speaker:

You're not happy with this identity.

Speaker:

You don't feel fulfilled with this identity.

Speaker:

So, the other side of this work, and there's a lot of work that goes in that

Speaker:

1 year and there's a lot of triggers that go in that work because I'm basically

Speaker:

a trigger for someone that comes.

Speaker:

To work with me, I'm going to mirror back to that person what needs to be healed.

Speaker:

Okay, so let's say at the end of the year, most people work

Speaker:

with me about a year and a half.

Speaker:

Everybody's different.

Speaker:

You have to think about it this way.

Speaker:

Like, your age is actually going to determine probably how

Speaker:

long you need to work with me.

Speaker:

So I had a client just.

Speaker:

Pause her work, she was at the end of her 2nd program with me, but is planning

Speaker:

on coming back and that'll bring her to about a year and a half with me.

Speaker:

But she's in her 60s, so somebody who's in their 30s working with me may not need.

Speaker:

Over a year, right?

Speaker:

But on the other side of that time, what we're looking at is someone who.

Speaker:

Decides what they want

Speaker:

and uses their masculine energy.

Speaker:

To go and get it, but knows how to shift back out of the masculine energy

Speaker:

because they're so in touch with their emotions and who they are and more

Speaker:

importantly, what they deserve that they can shift back out with boundaries.

Speaker:

They can say no, they choose to say yes, they choose to say no.

Speaker:

And you know how, I don't know if you've had this experience, a lot of women

Speaker:

don't actually know what they want.

Speaker:

So they need to stop

Speaker:

and think about it.

Speaker:

We are so taught to blend in, I think, as well.

Speaker:

Because, you know, biologically, we're supposed to be the moms.

Speaker:

We're supposed to hold on.

Speaker:

We hold on to the babies.

Speaker:

We hold on to our emotions.

Speaker:

We are the nurturers.

Speaker:

And between that, a lot of times our boundaries become very fuzzy.

Speaker:

We don't know.

Speaker:

You lose

Speaker:

yourself,

Speaker:

really.

Speaker:

You lose yourself in everything that you're doing.

Speaker:

And at the end of my work, you have fully, not only found yourself

Speaker:

again, and I'm not talking about.

Speaker:

That version of you that you think, you know, that's gone during my work

Speaker:

because somebody who feels called to work with me already knows that something

Speaker:

is way, way, way off because I don't work with just anybody one on one.

Speaker:

It has to be somebody who's actually ready for that level of work because

Speaker:

it's very difficult to change your identity because you are attached.

Speaker:

We all are to our identities.

Speaker:

And so you have to be willing to let that go to do this level of work.

Speaker:

But who you knew what you're talking about is like that people pleasing and over

Speaker:

giving energy that goes away in my work that goes away with boundaries that goes

Speaker:

away with learning how to take better care of yourself and learning how to say no.

Speaker:

And the most important part is not being afraid of who or what you're

Speaker:

going to lose in the process.

Speaker:

Being okay and at peace with it, all of that goes away.

Speaker:

I would say it's a beautiful thing, right?

Speaker:

Like you lose the part that wasn't you.

Speaker:

And then you become the part that's supposed to be you, right?

Speaker:

Like you almost step into yourself.

Speaker:

You become yourself a lot more.

Speaker:

Absolutely.

Speaker:

It's your, it's your authentic self.

Speaker:

It's who you are before everybody told you who to be.

Speaker:

And fortunately, fortunately, as adults, we get to choose that we

Speaker:

get to choose who we want to be.

Speaker:

And it's never too late to reinvent yourself and do what what I do in

Speaker:

my program is rewrite your story.

Speaker:

Just completely rewrite your story.

Speaker:

It doesn't matter what happened in the past.

Speaker:

It's all I call them storylines.

Speaker:

It's all storylines.

Speaker:

Everything that happened, everything that made you who you are, there are

Speaker:

stories that we've attached to them.

Speaker:

So let's say you go through something traumatic, you may have

Speaker:

a trauma storyline associated with that, but that can be changed.

Speaker:

You can reframe completely how you look at something traumatic that

Speaker:

happened to you in your past, and when you do that, you pull your power back

Speaker:

from that person and that situation, and it no longer has control over

Speaker:

you at all, and it never will again.

Speaker:

So how would you do that?

Speaker:

Let's say somebody is suffering from abuse and then they want to get over that abuse,

Speaker:

whatever they had in their childhood, how do they recover from that and move on?

Speaker:

I'll use one of my clients as an example.

Speaker:

I won't show her name.

Speaker:

Obviously.

Speaker:

Um, I had a client about a year and a half ago, two years ago, who was

Speaker:

working with me in a different program.

Speaker:

She was in an Akashic records program, but she kept asking

Speaker:

questions about her spouse.

Speaker:

And about a couple questions in, I started to go, I think you

Speaker:

should come and do a call with me.

Speaker:

We need to talk.

Speaker:

This is not, this is not what I do in this program, but come and talk.

Speaker:

She goes, really?

Speaker:

I said, so after she finished, I said, finish this program first,

Speaker:

then, then book a call with me.

Speaker:

So she came and booked a call with me and we got on video on zoom and she

Speaker:

started asking a couple questions and I look at her straight in the face and I

Speaker:

said, you're in an abusive relationship.

Speaker:

And she had been in therapy for over 20 years and her

Speaker:

therapist never told her that

Speaker:

she quit therapy.

Speaker:

And I'm not recommending this.

Speaker:

If someone doesn't feel, I didn't tell her to do that.

Speaker:

She quit therapy and she started working with me.

Speaker:

She was divorced within 2 months.

Speaker:

I have screenshots with her permission of her saying to me.

Speaker:

If it wasn't for you, I would still be in that.

Speaker:

Relationship I had, I couldn't see it.

Speaker:

And that's what coaching and mentoring is about.

Speaker:

I think sometimes the programming is just so strong.

Speaker:

Yes.

Speaker:

She was being

Speaker:

programmed by her spouse on top of it for 15, 20 years.

Speaker:

And so it was very.

Speaker:

It was very deep.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

And it can also, I sort of think of it as, let's say your life's

Speaker:

got lots of rooms, there's a red room, there's a blue room, you know,

Speaker:

they're all different sorts of rooms.

Speaker:

And when you are in the room, that's all the world seems to be, because

Speaker:

the doors, like that is the room that sort of forms your world.

Speaker:

That is, that is just the place, so you don't know anything else beyond that.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

Absolutely.

Speaker:

And that, and she began, and this is where the identity comes into

Speaker:

it and why that's the focus of my, my longer program like this.

Speaker:

She believed that she believed everything that he was telling her for years on end.

Speaker:

She essentially had been groomed into low self word.

Speaker:

And then someone like me comes in who's on the outside and

Speaker:

can see this for what it is.

Speaker:

And she believed.

Speaker:

In me and my work, and you need that with a coach or mentor, you have

Speaker:

to sort of hire the right person that can help you with where you

Speaker:

are at the next stage of your life.

Speaker:

And she did, because I took one look at this and said, this is, this is insane.

Speaker:

This is literally insane.

Speaker:

And we pulled her out of there and, and I helped her from,

Speaker:

and I've never been divorced.

Speaker:

I've never been married.

Speaker:

But I helped her step by step by step to get out of there safely and she did

Speaker:

and she didn't and you know, I don't want credit for things like this.

Speaker:

I was happy to help her, but she's still to this day says I would have

Speaker:

never gotten out if it wasn't for you.

Speaker:

So, nobody in her life had told her and that's the scary part to me.

Speaker:

When I see things like that, this is the reason I do the work

Speaker:

that I do that frightens me.

Speaker:

That she was surrounded by other people pleasers.

Speaker:

Who just weren't telling her anything.

Speaker:

And I didn't care if she liked me or she agreed with me, I was

Speaker:

going to tell her the truth.

Speaker:

And it saved her life.

Speaker:

I

Speaker:

think, um, as maybe society people, we all have a template that things

Speaker:

supposed to work a certain way.

Speaker:

And somehow, even if it's wrong, we somehow cannot see whether

Speaker:

the person is in pain or not.

Speaker:

And we might really love them, but we can't fully understand

Speaker:

because a template is okay.

Speaker:

You know, the relationship is like this.

Speaker:

They're together.

Speaker:

It's good.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

So it's, it's just a template that we are working off and it's so wired.

Speaker:

It's so programmed in us that we cannot see that.

Speaker:

Oh my God, the template, the very place that we work on is totally flawed.

Speaker:

Yes.

Speaker:

Even if we love the person, we love them to bits and we want to be happy.

Speaker:

We want them to be happy in that template.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

I mean, you know, what was interesting about this particular situation

Speaker:

is, and she shared this with me throughout the coaching together.

Speaker:

She told me when she started to let people in our life know that

Speaker:

she was getting a divorce, right?

Speaker:

All of a sudden, now they said, like, somebody, here's one

Speaker:

thing somebody said to her.

Speaker:

Oh my gosh, I'm so happy.

Speaker:

I thought he was gonna kill you.

Speaker:

Like, you didn't say anything to her.

Speaker:

That might have made a difference for her.

Speaker:

I truly think things like this, I mean, see something, say something.

Speaker:

That phrase is something that always sticks with me.

Speaker:

It's like, you see something, say something.

Speaker:

I

Speaker:

think not everyone has the courage.

Speaker:

And what they don't realize sometimes, not saying anything can, it will

Speaker:

also leave the other person guilty.

Speaker:

Like if something like that had happened, This person who was watching it from

Speaker:

the outside would have felt guilty, but sometimes we, we just get quiet and

Speaker:

that's another programming, but I don't know, our degree of acceptance to pain,

Speaker:

I mean, a lot of people is very high.

Speaker:

It shouldn't be, whether it's for myself or whether it's for others

Speaker:

around me, just the degree of acceptance to pain shouldn't be there.

Speaker:

Why should we tolerate pain or trauma?

Speaker:

Why should be, why should we be okay with that?

Speaker:

And you know, in my client's case, she, she knew something was off,

Speaker:

but she didn't know what it was.

Speaker:

And this is the majority of, you know, 99.

Speaker:

9%.

Speaker:

This is what people come to me with.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

It's kind of like, I know something's off, but I don't know what it is.

Speaker:

And it's never just one thing.

Speaker:

That's why the program's a year long.

Speaker:

You know, I'm kind of looking at, at their life holistically, like globally, right?

Speaker:

From a bird's eye view and going, okay, there's a lot of things that are,

Speaker:

that are making things go wrong here.

Speaker:

So let's just start with what your life is showing you right now, this moment.

Speaker:

We're going to deal with right now.

Speaker:

What's dysfunctional in your life right now?

Speaker:

And once I start pulling on those threads, okay, we're just

Speaker:

gonna deal with this first thing.

Speaker:

Over a year, we can get a lot done and get the person moving in the right direction.

Speaker:

But I'll tell you, at the end of one year, you really stop tolerating

Speaker:

things that you tolerated a year ago.

Speaker:

Um, I, there's a, a term I have for this, which is the empty woman syndrome that

Speaker:

that's how, uh, you come to me, you know, feeling empty, but not sure why, but

Speaker:

by the end of the year, you're a power.

Speaker:

You really are standing in your power and you're using it because

Speaker:

you can have a lot of power.

Speaker:

And we see, like, we see, like, in her relationship, we see things like this.

Speaker:

Where she was with someone who had a lot of power, but he was

Speaker:

using it in an abusive way.

Speaker:

That's an abuse of power.

Speaker:

So then she signed up with me.

Speaker:

I also am very powerful.

Speaker:

And I told her, so right now we're combating his power with my power.

Speaker:

And there were times that she was like, she was listening to me

Speaker:

as her, you know, I'm her coach.

Speaker:

And she was listening to me, but it's not easy to just

Speaker:

pick up and leave and Divorce.

Speaker:

Right when you have a family, you don't just pick up and do that

Speaker:

overnight, but we're able to work with things like this over time.

Speaker:

And just kind of as a coach or mentor.

Speaker:

Get the person to see and and give them some time and patience because

Speaker:

it actually is very difficult going through something like this.

Speaker:

And I could see it and I was on that journey with her as well, going through

Speaker:

what she was going through, right?

Speaker:

And witnessing all of this.

Speaker:

So you just have to give a lot of time and patience.

Speaker:

And eventually, she started to see what I was talking about.

Speaker:

There were, there were other perspectives that I was offering her

Speaker:

that she never looked for before.

Speaker:

Because like you said, when you're in the room and the room is this

Speaker:

color, that's all you can see.

Speaker:

Exactly.

Speaker:

It's so cool.

Speaker:

Exactly.

Speaker:

So are you reading the Rekashic records while they're with you?

Speaker:

What's your process?

Speaker:

In the year long program, I don't work with the Akashic records.

Speaker:

So that's somebody who's at a different stage of their journey.

Speaker:

I do have a course on the Akashic records.

Speaker:

If someone, you know, is more inclined with like wanting to look up their

Speaker:

money blocks or their relationship blockages, like if they're at that

Speaker:

stage of the journey, I have a course on that, that it's just self guided.

Speaker:

You go through the course on your own and I've had over a couple of hundred

Speaker:

students go through that course.

Speaker:

So, and actually I have a hundred percent success rate.

Speaker:

And all of my students getting into the Akashic records.

Speaker:

So as long as your intentions are good and your, your energy is in the right place,

Speaker:

the Akashic records will work with anyone.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

I also feel like we are told that, Hey, you know, somebody else holds

Speaker:

the power to my information, like my Akashic records and so on.

Speaker:

And I go like, that is complete BS.

Speaker:

This is my stuff.

Speaker:

It's my file.

Speaker:

Nobody needs to give me the permission, exactly as you said, when I am in

Speaker:

that, like, when I'm wanting to just do good with it, when I'm wanting to

Speaker:

grow and evolve, I have complete right.

Speaker:

Even as a beginner,

Speaker:

I have complete right.

Speaker:

Yeah, you just have to learn them.

Speaker:

But, you know, the Akashic Records, they are a consciousness.

Speaker:

And so, like if you've heard of Abraham Hicks, Like she is channeling

Speaker:

a specific consciousness that's, that's called Abraham, right?

Speaker:

The Akashic records are a consciousness, but it's the Akashic records are kind

Speaker:

of like the fabric of the universe.

Speaker:

So it has the reason I work with what I call stories and storylines

Speaker:

that comes from the Akashic records.

Speaker:

So even though I've mostly moved.

Speaker:

My work to the next level.

Speaker:

I still work with the Akashic records because they were paramount in me

Speaker:

getting to where I am right now.

Speaker:

The 1st thing I did for years, the 1st few years of doing this

Speaker:

work was work exclusively with other people and my own Akashic

Speaker:

records and breaking myself out of.

Speaker:

What I call shadow energies, you know, these darker.

Speaker:

Things that keep us tethered into like the lack and the

Speaker:

scarcity and things like that.

Speaker:

That was all exclusively in the record.

Speaker:

So I'm happy to work with anyone where they're at, but I, I would just need to

Speaker:

talk to the person like, where are you in your journey right now to make sure

Speaker:

we put you in the, in the right spot.

Speaker:

So you saying that you could also work with yourself and how you were,

Speaker:

you could sort of reprogram yourself.

Speaker:

Re do the wiring that you had and become a more evolved person.

Speaker:

And I just wanted to highlight that for the audience as well.

Speaker:

We often hear the term that we all have unlimited potential and it

Speaker:

sort of seems very foreign, right?

Speaker:

Like when somebody is feeling empty inside, like you said, or unfulfilled

Speaker:

inside, then it's so hard to go, Oh my God, I have all of this power.

Speaker:

Like, what do you mean?

Speaker:

Me, me.

Speaker:

So true.

Speaker:

Yeah, talk to us a little bit about that.

Speaker:

Yeah, you know, it's I'll keep coming back to the example you shared about

Speaker:

when you're in a certain color room.

Speaker:

That's all you can see.

Speaker:

And so it's important when you feel called to someone's work, whether it's mine or

Speaker:

somebody else's that you kind of explore that and talk to the person, or at least

Speaker:

look into their work, the free resources and see what options are available.

Speaker:

And I think we underestimate that when we feel called.

Speaker:

In a certain direction.

Speaker:

We like don't listen to our heart for whatever reason.

Speaker:

It's like pulling you there for a reason that person

Speaker:

probably has something for you.

Speaker:

Yeah, I personally have this with my students and they totally get it.

Speaker:

Like, if there's a class coming up and energy work or meditation of some sort.

Speaker:

And if you're feeling like for whatever reason, you're feeling like, no,

Speaker:

this is not the right one for me.

Speaker:

You know, what's like, that is the perfect one for you.

Speaker:

It could be.

Speaker:

Yeah, absolutely.

Speaker:

I mean, I think.

Speaker:

I think something that develops for people, like, a little further down

Speaker:

in the spiritual journey, like, it's definitely not right away, it

Speaker:

just takes some time and experience, and also falling on your face a few

Speaker:

times, is spiritual discernment.

Speaker:

And you have to know at some point, or at least work towards understanding

Speaker:

and having an awareness of resistance.

Speaker:

You have to know why you have resistance coming up.

Speaker:

Is it because this isn't the right program for me?

Speaker:

Or is it because, hey, this is kind of a big investment and it's making

Speaker:

me nervous and I just have a very normal fear around something like this?

Speaker:

Or it could be another type of resistance, but you have to be able

Speaker:

to navigate situations like that and push yourself past your comfort zone.

Speaker:

If your heart is telling you, hey, it'll be okay.

Speaker:

I know you have this fear, but it'll be okay.

Speaker:

If you go ahead and make this leap, and that's something that

Speaker:

comes with with discernment.

Speaker:

And the truth is, I'm sure you, you know, this and see it in your work.

Speaker:

Most people cater to their fear instead of their heart.

Speaker:

It's a fear led world.

Speaker:

Almost everything around us is based on fear.

Speaker:

And that's why empowerment coaches like yourself become really

Speaker:

important because you're showing people to be in their light.

Speaker:

And for the first time, they don't have to feel afraid.

Speaker:

Absolutely.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

You just have to take that first step.

Speaker:

And I, I can relate to how it feels because I felt like this.

Speaker:

Being the skeptic that I was, and you know, I have a degree

Speaker:

in documentary filmmaking.

Speaker:

So talk about just, I mean, I was trained and conditioned to just look for data.

Speaker:

Like even in telling a story, like make sure, because in film, you know,

Speaker:

you, you're still telling a certain story, even in documentaries, you can't

Speaker:

tell every single side of the story.

Speaker:

It's impossible.

Speaker:

So you're choosing which story you're going to tell.

Speaker:

And it's interesting because in my work now, I do the same thing with people.

Speaker:

Which story are you feeding into?

Speaker:

You're the one that chooses which story you're going to tell.

Speaker:

And so a lot of my work is just kind of holding the net and going,

Speaker:

It's okay if you take this leap.

Speaker:

I'm going to catch you.

Speaker:

It doesn't matter what happens.

Speaker:

Let's navigate this.

Speaker:

And I give you the tools.

Speaker:

I start to teach you how to navigate this because it's not just a human journey.

Speaker:

We have a spiritual journey going on to you have a human journey

Speaker:

that has to bridge the two.

Speaker:

You have to bring human and spirituality together so that you can use all

Speaker:

these beautiful gifts that you got from the universe that you're not

Speaker:

using to your benefit right now.

Speaker:

You could be using all of this to make your life better.

Speaker:

If you just know how to do it.

Speaker:

About your gifts, like, what are the gifts you have from the universe?

Speaker:

How do you?

Speaker:

I think that, I think I'm a good storyteller.

Speaker:

I think that, that's my, I think that's my original gift.

Speaker:

Um, the tools I use to do that now, of course, are the Akashic Records.

Speaker:

I work still with the Akashic Records.

Speaker:

If someone books a session with me or works with me for a year.

Speaker:

I can't not speak from the Akashic Records.

Speaker:

We're like this.

Speaker:

I'm intimately connected to that energy.

Speaker:

So that's just a part of who I am now, part of my identity, right?

Speaker:

I just see myself as someone who has that guidance coming in from the records.

Speaker:

And I take it very seriously because I do feel that the universe has entrusted me.

Speaker:

With passing on messages and helping people so other gifts.

Speaker:

I mean, obviously, when I started with the seeing Archangel Michael,

Speaker:

that's that's clairvoyance, right?

Speaker:

That's 3rd.

Speaker:

I.

Speaker:

And so do I see spirits or things with my eyes sometimes, but I

Speaker:

would say 98 percent of the time.

Speaker:

I will just get visions, or I'll start talking to someone

Speaker:

and something comes to me.

Speaker:

It's just like a flash.

Speaker:

Of information.

Speaker:

Or on occasion, somebody who's crossed over when I'm, I

Speaker:

actually don't do medium work.

Speaker:

I find it very draining, but on occasion when I'm working with someone,

Speaker:

someone that's crossed over will come through and I pass on those messages.

Speaker:

That's clairvoyance, but my strongest clair, so for anyone

Speaker:

that doesn't know what a clair is, it's your spiritual senses, so

Speaker:

clairvoyance is an example of one.

Speaker:

Clairvoyance is, believe it or not, not my strongest one, clairaudience

Speaker:

is, so it's clear hearing.

Speaker:

So, someone can ask me a question or talk to me about something

Speaker:

and I will immediately hear an answer and that is unfailing.

Speaker:

You can literally ask me anything and I will get an answer to it immediately.

Speaker:

The answer will come through.

Speaker:

As a thought, or I'll hear it outside of me, like someone is whispering

Speaker:

something in my ear and I'm doing left side because that's where I get it.

Speaker:

So, left side is feminine energy and right side is masculine.

Speaker:

So this is where we receive.

Speaker:

Information, so those are my strongest Claire's, um.

Speaker:

But, you know, for for anyone wondering what's mine, maybe I can.

Speaker:

Leave a link with you and I have, like, a blog that they can read on the

Speaker:

different players and and stuff like that.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

To evaluate which ones, you know, but we all have these players

Speaker:

and, you know, yours may be.

Speaker:

Um, you may have a clear that's stronger than mine in a different area.

Speaker:

Like, we also have, you know, Claire.

Speaker:

Hold on, which one is this clear?

Speaker:

Sentience is the heart, right?

Speaker:

The heart clairsentience is like just clear feel, you know, it's

Speaker:

kind of like I just feel the answer.

Speaker:

That one's not as strong for me, but I've worked with a lot of people that

Speaker:

they just know they feel it in their heart or they feel it in their gut.

Speaker:

I think when I teach it, so for me, my clairvoyance is the strongest and

Speaker:

then knowingness is also really strong.

Speaker:

Like when I'll sit and meditate, I'll just know an answer.

Speaker:

I might not always get a vision.

Speaker:

Um, but clairvoyance, if I'm closing my eyes, things just come through.

Speaker:

And like you were saying, the visions will just come and the

Speaker:

picture develops and so on.

Speaker:

And I can, I think I kind of like it like that because It's like watching

Speaker:

a story unfold, really, in front of my eyes, and it comes and I'm just watching

Speaker:

the movie I'm talking about, and it just, like, the message just unfolds

Speaker:

itself, which is very beautiful, because sometimes just sharing the message like

Speaker:

that, how the picture unfolds, is exactly how the other person wants to hear.

Speaker:

Yes, always, always.

Speaker:

It's good that you trust it though, because that's so important.

Speaker:

That was the training that I underwent.

Speaker:

So for me, it was a lot around clairvoyance.

Speaker:

I was trained as a clairvoyant and it's been now about eight

Speaker:

years practicing clairvoyance.

Speaker:

So yes, trust to it.

Speaker:

Uh, clairsentience, I just have a view to it that when you feel

Speaker:

everything, it can sometimes be a little bit hard to separate from it.

Speaker:

and go from it.

Speaker:

So let's say if you're really feeling, someone's feeling traumatic for whatever

Speaker:

it is that they worked with in their time.

Speaker:

If they're feeling very traumatic, then first they need to separate a little bit.

Speaker:

They need to be, I think, I call it as a balcony level

Speaker:

and being on the dance floor.

Speaker:

To be at the balcony level, you need to stand up a little bit and you

Speaker:

need to just be able to see your trauma is trauma and nothing else.

Speaker:

And just Go like, Oh, now let's leave this.

Speaker:

So Claire sentience is very interesting too, because it's hard to sit in there.

Speaker:

It's good to know, Oh, this is how I feel.

Speaker:

This is how it feels in the body.

Speaker:

Absolutely.

Speaker:

But you need to climb up a little bit and then

Speaker:

let it go.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

You have to observe it.

Speaker:

You know, even, even if someone's working with the Akashic records, you

Speaker:

have to do it the same way because.

Speaker:

You know, let's say you're in the Akashic Records and you're

Speaker:

looking at your past lifetime.

Speaker:

And that can be very traumatic to re experience it.

Speaker:

I never taught it that way.

Speaker:

Ever.

Speaker:

I find it dangerous, actually.

Speaker:

When you are looking at a past life, you want to stand back.

Speaker:

You're not living that

Speaker:

life.

Speaker:

Because you don't want someone to step back into their past life and whatever

Speaker:

it was, whether it was good or bad or so on, we live in the right time.

Speaker:

Sorry, we are living the life right now at this moment.

Speaker:

Um, so you don't want to be trapped into the previous one.

Speaker:

You want to be in this lifetime.

Speaker:

100 percent of you.

Speaker:

Exactly.

Speaker:

That's exactly it.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

And you know, I, I don't know if you've ever explored this just playing

Speaker:

on this past life conversation.

Speaker:

I was actually writing a blog right before we got on this call and I'll publish

Speaker:

it later this week about past lives.

Speaker:

And.

Speaker:

My favorite thing and people are always like, Oh, I never thought

Speaker:

of it that way before, is that past lives are not in the past.

Speaker:

They are parallel lifetimes.

Speaker:

So the reason that we can heal something, like I teach

Speaker:

people in the classic records.

Speaker:

The reason healing something in your life right now can be resolved in a past

Speaker:

life is because that's where it started.

Speaker:

But most importantly, that past life is going on, still.

Speaker:

Time is only Earth.

Speaker:

Did I just get you?

Speaker:

I usually get people with this one.

Speaker:

No,

Speaker:

no, I completely understand.

Speaker:

Well, I wouldn't say I completely understand the concept of time

Speaker:

because it's very hard to frame out right in our physical way.

Speaker:

How can time be like, Oh my God, what do you mean I'm living this life?

Speaker:

But.

Speaker:

I know the concept, I think.

Speaker:

And so it's like, yes, it is a puzzling concept.

Speaker:

So talk to us a little bit about how am I living all my lives at this time?

Speaker:

How are all my parallel lives happening?

Speaker:

So

Speaker:

past, future, that's an earth thing.

Speaker:

That's, that's not in the universe.

Speaker:

So the power in past is You do a past, and I'm just going to call them

Speaker:

past lives just for ease of everybody understanding, even though we know they're

Speaker:

parallel lifetimes and I'll explain how.

Speaker:

When we do a past life regression, let's say, you can go and do the past life

Speaker:

regression and all you're doing is making yourself, right now, the one living

Speaker:

this life right now, you're bringing your awareness To your other lifetime.

Speaker:

So now suddenly you're aware of this other lifetime that you weren't aware of before.

Speaker:

So we've taken your awareness from here and we put it over here momentarily.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

And then, at least in my program, I have like a small program on past

Speaker:

lives for people who want to try it.

Speaker:

But you go into this past lifetime.

Speaker:

And you find out what were the soul contracts, what were your soul lessons.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

Were as in past.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

But you find all of that out and you kind of have an increased awareness about it.

Speaker:

And you bring that when you come back from that lifetime.

Speaker:

So now your energy is back here.

Speaker:

That's why in the present moment, you benefit from visiting what we think is a

Speaker:

past life because it's not in the past.

Speaker:

I had a client who.

Speaker:

Who was puzzled by this years ago when I was talking to her about it, and she

Speaker:

said, so you're telling me if I die in this lifetime, and I want to go experience

Speaker:

a lifetime with Jesus, I can do that.

Speaker:

And I said,

Speaker:

I mean, of course, if you want to do it, if you want to experience

Speaker:

that, that, that this linear idea of time linear is here on earth.

Speaker:

We all that's why you hear meditation gurus and everybody talking about

Speaker:

is just about being present and being in the present moment.

Speaker:

It's because past and future does not exist.

Speaker:

Literally, it does not exist.

Speaker:

I heard one really good example.

Speaker:

I need to link a link up that lady here.

Speaker:

But what had happened was she was In the hospital, she was in coma and

Speaker:

doctors were saying, you know, like her kidney dissolves, everything

Speaker:

is what he's just falling apart.

Speaker:

She had cancer.

Speaker:

And so they had taken tests in the evening.

Speaker:

And so this was a moment in time and they've taken tests.

Speaker:

I don't know the time of the test, but let's assume it's 8 PM.

Speaker:

Uh, just to explain the story.

Speaker:

And then in the coma, she's.

Speaker:

dying.

Speaker:

She's having an near death experience.

Speaker:

She goes, visits her family and so on.

Speaker:

And they explained to her, don't worry, just go back.

Speaker:

You'll be all right.

Speaker:

She comes back.

Speaker:

So we're just afterwards on earth time.

Speaker:

And guess what her results at 8 PM when her body was actually

Speaker:

failing, they were absolutely okay.

Speaker:

And doctors were surprised.

Speaker:

Wow.

Speaker:

But that's, Even if, you know, in the human world, we cannot fully

Speaker:

understand time, but I think the example is very powerful that, oh, that the

Speaker:

results happened before she was even the healing work was done on her.

Speaker:

So when we heal a past life, when we work through it, when we bring that

Speaker:

energy back, when we work through those patterns, we actually heal

Speaker:

everything in the present moment.

Speaker:

That's exactly

Speaker:

it.

Speaker:

I'm happy to talk to somebody who really gets it.

Speaker:

I've been preaching this for 10 years now, and it is so powerful to, to visit

Speaker:

your, even just for the understanding.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

That's just step one.

Speaker:

Understanding is step one.

Speaker:

Why do I have this imprint?

Speaker:

Why do I always, for example, have a toxic relationship?

Speaker:

That's just the understanding.

Speaker:

And then you can do something about it because now you're aware.

Speaker:

I think that's a superpower already that you are aware.

Speaker:

The next power is, okay, now it's my place.

Speaker:

I can just go ahead, clean it up like anything in the house.

Speaker:

You know, I can, I can program it the other way, redecorate it.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

that's what I did when I started out.

Speaker:

I started in past lives and did regressions and things like that.

Speaker:

But the next thing that came in right away for me was the Akashic records.

Speaker:

And that's where I started looking at the past lives in the context

Speaker:

of the soul book and the Akashic records and clearing those blockages.

Speaker:

And then I graduated from that.

Speaker:

And, you know, the journey has evolved, but.

Speaker:

you know, you can't underestimate no matter where you are

Speaker:

in the spiritual journey.

Speaker:

There, there is always a next step, you know?

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Awesome.

Speaker:

Um, I think just along this, there's another thing that we hear really often

Speaker:

in the spiritual world, which is that if you are healing yourself, you're healing

Speaker:

your past and future generations as well.

Speaker:

Do you think so?

Speaker:

Is that true?

Speaker:

Tossed

Speaker:

up.

Speaker:

So past to me is ancestral line, and we see this a lot of, a lot with people who

Speaker:

are incarnated right now, myself included.

Speaker:

If you meet, you know, any member of my immediate or extended family

Speaker:

who I love all of them, I am the only one that's doing this work.

Speaker:

And I am the only one that, that is at this level and I'm not saying higher or

Speaker:

lower than them because, uh, Ascension doesn't actually work that way.

Speaker:

Ascension goes this way.

Speaker:

It doesn't go this way.

Speaker:

And so, you know, but if you look, I'm the only 1 that's actually

Speaker:

doing this level of work and breaking these patterns and cycles.

Speaker:

So, yes, I do believe in it for ancestral.

Speaker:

You know, I'm, I'm great.

Speaker:

And so there have been a lot of patterns that I've broken just from me doing

Speaker:

the work, and you can clearly see how it altered the dynamics in my family

Speaker:

and extended family, it's astounding.

Speaker:

It completely altered dynamics without me ever talking to them

Speaker:

about or teaching or doing anything.

Speaker:

And this is the power of honoring the work that you feel called to do.

Speaker:

And putting yourself out there, and I'll tell you one thing, and

Speaker:

this is important for everybody to know, I did it completely alone.

Speaker:

I got rejected 99.

Speaker:

9 percent of the time by 99 percent of the people.

Speaker:

And I did it anyway, because this, to me, felt like a

Speaker:

higher, more important calling.

Speaker:

And when you have something like that, you have to be willing to go it alone,

Speaker:

and it's difficult, but you have to do it.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Why do you think that is?

Speaker:

Like, why, if you have such a big calling, why do you then have to

Speaker:

face that amount of resistance or 99.

Speaker:

9 percent of people saying no or not understanding?

Speaker:

Why is that?

Speaker:

It wasn't even their resistance.

Speaker:

It was my own, right?

Speaker:

So if we look at the mirror effect, right, I signed up for this.

Speaker:

Maybe I'll pause you there just for our audience, explain the mirror effect.

Speaker:

What does that mean?

Speaker:

So the mirror effect is this idea, and I can link you to a blog on this as well.

Speaker:

But the mirror effect is this idea that everything that I'm looking at

Speaker:

and experiencing in my life right now is actually starting for me.

Speaker:

I'm doing all of this.

Speaker:

I'm, I'm the one creating all of this.

Speaker:

So when someone is rejecting me, it's because I'm rejecting myself.

Speaker:

It has nothing to do with them.

Speaker:

And we take our focus off of them because that is the matrix.

Speaker:

It is a complete illusion to think that somebody has control over you.

Speaker:

And instead you deal with yourself, you heal yourself, you focus on

Speaker:

yourself, take your focus off of them and focus on yourself.

Speaker:

Focus on your healing.

Speaker:

Yes.

Speaker:

You, you break the mirror when you do something like that, you effectively

Speaker:

break that mirror when you do it long enough and you break that cycle.

Speaker:

And then what starts happening is.

Speaker:

You start seeing all of the good that you're creating, all of the amazing

Speaker:

things that are coming out of you and that your thoughts, things that you're

Speaker:

thinking about, you start seeing in your reality, your reality starts

Speaker:

reflecting the good things back to you.

Speaker:

That's the

Speaker:

99.

Speaker:

9 percent was you putting that illusion of reality out there.

Speaker:

They, the people in my life.

Speaker:

Were simply responding to how I felt about myself and they did their

Speaker:

job because that rejection hurt.

Speaker:

Those are soul contracts when something that severe happens.

Speaker:

They did their job to help me.

Speaker:

So I'm not angry with them.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

Because the way that they treated me made me heal to this level.

Speaker:

It actually freed me.

Speaker:

They set me free, but it was me too, because I actually

Speaker:

sat down and did the work.

Speaker:

I didn't just continue blaming them.

Speaker:

In fact, every time this lasted a long time of me blaming people.

Speaker:

And at some point I just broke the cycle because I kept, I broke my ego.

Speaker:

Um, we don't lose the ego in this lifetime.

Speaker:

I think that's.

Speaker:

Crazy when people say that, because as long as you have a brain,

Speaker:

you're going to have an ego, but I effectively broke it with that because

Speaker:

I was always blaming other people.

Speaker:

And I just kept telling myself, I'm not blaming them.

Speaker:

I'm not blaming them.

Speaker:

I'm not blaming them.

Speaker:

And I kept doing it repeatedly until my own mind got tired

Speaker:

of blaming other people.

Speaker:

Like it didn't have the energy or capacity.

Speaker:

To keep blaming people and eventually I just stopped and when

Speaker:

somebody triggered me, I went, I must have something to learn here.

Speaker:

And that's how I approach things now.

Speaker:

They're teaching me something.

Speaker:

What is it?

Speaker:

So I approach things with curiosity now, instead of judgment or fear.

Speaker:

That

Speaker:

is, that is an absolutely fantastic way.

Speaker:

Because I think one of the other things we have in our world, in

Speaker:

this illusionary world, is that angels are all the good people.

Speaker:

Angels are also the ones who have robbed you, who've caused

Speaker:

you trauma and so on, because,

Speaker:

because guess what?

Speaker:

Just like you said, we have our contracts with them.

Speaker:

And life was giving us little, little nudges before that as well

Speaker:

and saying, Hey, work on this.

Speaker:

work on this, the lessons, because we didn't hear it as much.

Speaker:

So whatever signs it was giving us, they went from maybe this much to a little bit

Speaker:

bigger to a little bit bigger until they had to really shake us up and go like,

Speaker:

Hey, you need to do some, inner work here.

Speaker:

It's

Speaker:

so true.

Speaker:

And you just can't see it until it's time.

Speaker:

You just see it when it's time.

Speaker:

That's it.

Speaker:

You just get it.

Speaker:

You can't rush it, you know, exactly, exactly.

Speaker:

So for our listeners here who are now so intrigued to learn more

Speaker:
