Mariagrazia speaks expertly about how women can support themselves to progress in their careers, sharing tips on how to develop a success tool kit. The tool kit includes; developing self awareness skills, the importance of authenticity and where to look for training opportunities. Mariagrazia’s passion for equality and diversity is clear as she encourages women to be fully aware of their skills and what they can bring to the table. After all, diversity isn’t just the right thing to do, it drives business success.
