Alright everybody, this week I'm joined by Jake Davis of Tennessee BASS Nation, he’s coming into this show on the heels of a legislative win over HB500/SB447. This bill was introduced with what Jake feels was good intention but was poorly worded and could’ve made it illegal to fish any and every dock and boat ramp. Thankfully fisherman showed up in force to say their piece and the bill was tabled for this legislative season but it's things like these that go to show that we as outdoorsmen and women need to have our finger on the legislative pulse in order to protect our rights, both from the ill intentioned and bills that aren’t fully thought out no matter the intentions.
