Behind the Beef is back for the first episode of 2023, and this episode we had the pleasure of speaking to some young people who are doing big things in the beef industry. 

 We spoke to three young beef business owners - Dayna Grey, Jack Laurie and Ben Lucas - who each own and are continuing to grow a business that services the industry. 

 Dayna, Jack and Ben each give a little insight into their lives and businesses, and how they are making steps to grow themselves in business through taking developmental opportunities.
