As a society, we've commercialized and glamorized overt and over-the-top expressions of love. All while neglecting the most important relationship - the one with our self. "Self-care" has become a buzzword with little to no meaning. This mini-sode explores three non-physical expressions of self-love, and offers inspiration on creating a self-care practice.
