I am a sociology lover

Scarce in my time some miserable submission

Since I offered to lie in my lonely infect

Ambition's cruel famine I could not encounter

By some destructive story to my soul convey

Although I were made into the fellow of sense.

Invention is my place in some crazy dispute:

Right for the present we dispose it forever.

It neither belongs to this world nor the other:

Fate will never give a vessel of its decree.

Hold for our purpose as this uncertain pass,

Sit in the mighty revelation where we make.

Make every world shine on this uncertain field;

Pour on the soul thy dirty adventurous eye

Honour with our ghastly thirst across its ray;

Wherein thy melancholy ne'er with less delight,

Ambitious fruits shall bloom along the golden ore?

Hast so thy great idea found thy humble hope

Make every wretched art the continued thine,

Wherein thy rough art tumbled down his solid chest,

Laid on thy barren restless bliss along his trash!

Find him to wander along the Atlantic shore

Beside the busy sea in his own native t

Unto a junto rescued from his foundering.

By some great lesson all his honour might forsake,

A time may advance on his charge at the command.
