Number one, rest.

I know this may be the hardest thing to do for a tennis player, but we must give our sore

muscles and injuries time to rest and heal.

Number two, stretch.

Speaker:

As much as we just want to keep hitting the ball, we should take advantage of this time

and focus on stretching and physical mainings.

Number three, visualize.

By visualizing success, you allow positive images to dominate your mind and help you play
