Getting older triggers many changes in our lives, bodies, and how we feel about ourselves. This can easily lead us into the trap of yearning for our youth, and limiting ourselves by believing we’re too old to live our best and healthiest lives.

If we let these sentiments creep in, they can cause lasting damage, and rob us of the wonderful gifts this time in our lives brings. Instead of feeling like we’re past our prime, remember there’s more to live for now than ever before.

The kickass woman who achieved all the amazing things in your life didn’t go anywhere and she still has a ton of amazing things to accomplish.

Through this podcast, I would like to invite you on a journey to reframe the way you feel about your age. Getting older brings about changes but we don’t have to treat them like insurmountable challenges.

This is a very important time in our lives, and our bodies need us now more than ever.

Dialing in all the facets of our health is one of the biggest gifts we can give to ourselves.

Why should we dump our negative sentiments about aging, and how do we do it? Join me in the first episode of Anti-Aging Uncensored where I share what you can expect as we embark on this journey together!

3 Things We Learned From This Episode

We’ve all done big things we should be insanely proud of, and we will continue to do amazing things. Getting older doesn’t mean our greatest moments and achievements are behind us, there’s still so much ahead of us.

It often feels like it’s much easier to live in complacency than to do anything that might be slightly uncomfortable or different. If we’re afraid of failure, we might miss out on the very thing that will change everything about our health and our future lives.

When life gets busy it’s easy to put ourselves on the backburner. When we fall out of the habit of doing things for ourselves, we can easily adopt unhealthy habits in the process. Healthier habits need to be our focus now more than ever before.
