The Details:
The arrival of December presents a unique opportunity for listeners as Heather Masters introduces the theme of 'Be it, Do it December'. This episode is a call to action, encouraging individuals to seize the moment and pursue their goals actively rather than passively waiting for the new year.
Heather emphasizes the importance of reflection on accomplishments from the past year while also identifying outstanding goals that can still be achieved within the remaining weeks.
This proactive approach is designed to empower listeners to take charge of their futures and enter 2025 with momentum rather than regret.
Heather's relatable storytelling shines through as she discusses her own journey of clearing her home after inheriting her parents' belongings. This personal struggle highlights the emotional weight of unfinished business and serves as a metaphor for the mental and emotional clarity that can come from taking action.
By sharing her own challenges, Heather creates a connection with her audience, making the idea of decluttering—both physically and metaphorically—accessible and relevant.
Moreover, the episode is filled with practical tips and encouragement, urging listeners to break down their goals into manageable tasks they can tackle daily.
Heather's emphasis on consistency over greatness resonates strongly, as she advocates for the idea that small, consistent actions can lead to significant achievements.
By the end of the episode, listeners are not only motivated to reflect and take action, but they are also inspired to embrace the community aspect of goal-setting, joining Heather in her daily live sessions as a means of accountability and support.
This powerful message of proactive engagement sets a positive tone for the end of the year and the year to come.

Welcome to Monday Motivation.
Heather Masters:I'm Heather Masters and it's coffee and coaching time.
Heather Masters:It's already December.
Heather Masters:Last week I took a little bit of time off to really think about the content that I put out.
Heather Masters:And what I've decided for December is to have a be it, do it December.
Heather Masters:Because as we approach the end of the year, we often kind of take our foot off the pedal, get into party mode, go into reflection mode, rather than being and doing.
Heather Masters: to transform their lives for: Heather Masters: actually have a head start on: Heather Masters:And I kind of think we're going to need a little bit of support and having something to focus on that's going to move us, that's going to keep us motivated, that's going to give us the push we need to get out of our comfort zones and do something different through December.
Heather Masters:So whether it's a health thing for you, whether you want to exercise through December, because often that's the hardest month to keep going with all the parties and everything else, or whether it's something you want to do for yourself, just reading, or if you're a writer keeping to a writing habit, whatever it is for you, let's embrace December as a be it, do it December.
Heather Masters:So I'm going to attempt to go live every day in December.
Heather Masters:It might not be for very long, but it's just to help you and give you some hints and tips on how you can keep going and meet your goals in December.
Heather Masters:So the first thing today is to decide what you want to get out of December.
Heather Masters:What do you want to have achieved by the end of December?
Heather Masters: yourself at the beginning of: Heather Masters:So rather than giving up and waiting to put it in goals for next year, what are the things you know that if you give that little bit extra effort, you could achieve by the end of this year.
Heather Masters:So let's start with this week and choosing one of those goals for this week that you know you can tick off your list.
Heather Masters:Maybe it's something you've just been avoiding.
Heather Masters:Like, I know one thing that I've been avoiding, I think I've mentioned it a few times, is clearing my house.
Heather Masters:And I started that yesterday and it's amazing how different it already begins to feel.
Heather Masters:I don't know if you know my background.
Heather Masters:I cared for my parents for a few years and once, once they died, I inherited a lot of their stuff and I haven't been able to or given it the time to, to actually decide what to do with it and clear it out so the house doesn't really feel my own.
Heather Masters:And so that's where my clearing is going into for December.
Heather Masters:And also clearing out the things that I, you know, the messes, the incompletes, the things I haven't completed that wouldn't take a lot of time to complete on.
Heather Masters:So that's another thing that I'm doing.
Heather Masters: ct on what you've achieved in: Heather Masters:And also, as I say, the things that you could still tick off your list for December and set your intentions to choose what you want to accomplish in December and then in the new year rather than taking your foot off the pedal, take some aligned action and really tick some things off your list.
Heather Masters: So you're starting: Heather Masters:Let's decide that actually we could.
Heather Masters:Even if we move another 20% forward, we are achieving more than we maybe thought we could yesterday when December started.
Heather Masters:So take some daily actions to at least move towards one of your goals that you may not have completed.
Heather Masters:Whether it's networking, whether it's learning something new, whether it's working on a project that you still have.
Heather Masters:Let's be consistent throughout December and move that project forward, starting with this week.
Heather Masters:And stay inspired.
Heather Masters:If you want sign up, subscribe, follow and like this channel so that you can have some tips first thing in the morning.
Heather Masters:And let's, you know, keep going.
Heather Masters:Successful isn't always about greatness.
Heather Masters:It's about consistency.
Heather Masters:And let's just be consistent in our move to complete our goals and achieve something more than we thought, get out of our comfort zones and do something that we didn't expect ourselves to do before the end of the year.
Heather Masters:So again, reflect on what you're grateful for.
Heather Masters:Reflect on what you've already achieved.
Heather Masters:Visualize your success.
Heather Masters:Visualize yourself having achieved this goal that you want to complete by the end of the year.
Heather Masters:And as we embrace December, let's really commit to doing something every day, to being proactive, to being consistent and being intentional in our actions.
Heather Masters:I've just signed up to Challenge that lasts for the next nine days, and I invite you, as I say, to use this as a challenge.
Heather Masters:And I'll be showing up for each day right up until Christmas.
Heather Masters:So let's finish strong together.
Heather Masters:It's never too late to start that project that you may have been avoiding, or to take that first step towards completing something you've been putting off.
Heather Masters: owards creating an incredible: Heather Masters:Please do like share, subscribe, follow and help me keep going myself through December and I'll see you again tomorrow with Tuesday tip on how to stay motivated and how to create a list of your incompletes and messes and we'll have a look at that tomorrow.
Heather Masters:Thanks for watching and I'll see you then.
Heather Masters:Bye for now.
Heather Masters:Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to this week's episode.
