Shownotes

This time of year, the GOLDEN PERIOD, where all the leaves fall and we, like the trees release what we no longer need to hold on to and let it die away so that what we can hold on to is the GOLD - (Au) for the coming period in our resting Tombs (Autumn)

For all you sunset lovers out there, the fall and rise of the gold is here to remind us of our childhood innocence and purity. Letting go of all that which taints us is what we need to focus on right now so that we can remain in our golden state.

Robert Frosts poem, 'Nothing gold can stay' speaks of the importance of retaining one's childlike innocence and optimism in a cold, unforgiving world where the hardest hue to hold is the one we must fight to keep

Nature’s first green is gold,

Her hardest hue to hold.

Her early leaf’s a flower;

But only so an hour.

Then leaf subsides to leaf.

So Eden sank to grief,

So dawn goes down to day.

Nothing gold can stay.

This podcast also looks at the principles of this Autumn season from a physiological perspective as well as an elemental and an energetic perspective. What can e best do for our bodies right now and what are our bodies telling us? Listen for the signs...

And in the fall , the cold would wither that which was known, scattering new seeds, In the Spring, that which had been sleeping awoke ad a new season of beauty began. For life seeks life and builds a bridge across the darkest valley

Stay gold!
