I’m excited to launch Becoming Unhindered, the podcast that empowers young Christian women with hope and freedom to overcome life’s toughest challenges. After years of sitting with clients and listening to their stories, I’ve found there’s quite a few topics that come up over and over. The podcast is a casual space where we can discuss those topics so others can benefit —integrating faith and mental health in a way that’s both real and relatable.
