“Failure is not the opposite of success; it’s a part of success.” – Arianna Huffington

This is a brief sketch of the inspirational journey of our next guest.

In a candid conversation with Akshay Datt, Rajiv Srivatsa, Partner, Antler India, shares his life experiences. He is an alumnus of IIT Madras and IIM Bangalore and has worked for companies like Infosys, Cognizant, and Yahoo! before starting his entrepreneurial journey.

Rajiv harks back to his early years and how every setback he faced has proved to be a stepping-stone to something bigger and successful. It was in 2012, while he was renting a home in Bangalore, he identified that there was no standardized furniture buying experience. He founded Urban Ladder that same year with Ashish Goel and served in an operational leadership role until late 2019.

In his second innings, he is a Partner at Antler, a global VC and start-up generator aiming to enable entrepreneurs to build and scale global businesses.

Tune in to this episode to hear Rajiv provide valuable insights on scaling up a business, customer obsession, his theory of happiness, and much more.
