Hey there, it's Michael on Mondays. I love sharing a sure meditation with you to help you feel grounded. And safe as you navigate today's uncertainty with more mindfulness, resilience, and grace. Today's meditation is from my app, pause, breathe, reflect, which you can download for free in Apple's App Store or Google Play.

And I recorded it for all the people in our community. Who love to cold plunge. Before I take you to the meditation, I will say that cold plunging isn't for everyone. And if you have cardiovascular health issues, I would recommend you talk with your healthcare professional before you cold pl,

if you're ready. Let's do this thing. Let's take a cold plunge together.

Before we get into the water, let's take a big breath in

and a releasing breath out, and when you're ready. Let's jump into the water, and as soon as you do, the body's going to wonder if we're good. So let's let it know that all is safe by slowing our breath down. Relaxing into the water,

lengthening your breath out, letting the body know. That You're good. All is safe.

You're doing great. You've got this.

Yes. It's cold, but you can handle it. You're strong. Slow the breath down, relax the body.

Don't try to.

Surrender into the sensations you feel.

You're doing great. You've this.

Start to see the gratitude of this moment,

the care you're providing to your body, reducing any inflammation that may be there.

And letting yourself know that you can do hard things

fully appreciating this moment, even though it's still cold,

but this can still be a moment of enjoyment.

When you feel ready to do so, you can start to get out of the water. You can grab your towel or. If you're the type that likes to air dry, who am I to stop you? Nice job with your cold plunge. I hope you enjoyed this moment, and I hope you'll share it with your fellow cold plungers.

You can find this practice on my pause, breathe, reflect app, which you can download for free in Apple's App Store or Google Play, and it has a special feature on it that can help you reduce your phone screen time so you spend less time on your phone and more time doing things that bring you. More joy like coal plunging perhaps.

I hope you'll check it out. Thanks again for being part of our community. I appreciate you.
