Blood Rites Chapter 1 Summary:

Harry Dresden fights off flying monkey demons in order to rescue a box of sacred puppies on a job for a Himalayan Monastery. He is assisted by the unwitting White Court vampire Thomas. After rescuing the foo dogs, Thomas asks a favor of Harry to take a job helping out his movie producer friend.
