The FBI and a news helicopter are hovering not far from the scene that plays out beneath them. As Bassett's final plan to escape the claws of Justice ignites, a bullet from a sniper's rifle hurtles from the FBI Blackhawk. But an explosion rocks the building, and the bullet veers off course from its intended target.
