Summary

This episode centers on the spiritual depth of communion — not as a ritual or remembrance of a distant event, but as a living reality of Christ’s presence within His people today. The family share heartfelt expressions of gratitude, reflecting on the coming of the Lord as a present experience within believers. Through prayer, thanksgiving, and reflection, the family emphasizes relationship over religion, reality over ritual, and life over theory. The conversation expresses deep awareness of God’s presence, His love (hesed), and the transformation occurring as Christ’s life becomes their life.

Takeaway

Communion is not merely a remembrance — it’s participation in the living Christ who dwells within us now. This time of thanksgiving reminds us that the Lord’s coming is continuous, being revealed through His sons and daughters. As we live with awareness of His presence and breathe in His life daily, Christ’s reality becomes our reality, transforming us into expressions of His love, joy, and purpose on the earth.

Transcripts

Ken:

We’re gonna take communion this morning, but I want to take it in a different way. I want to make it so relative to the day that we’re living in, because I believe the coming of the Lord is already happening, and He’s coming in all of us. It’s about Him being in us and rejoicing in that—never forgetting the price that He paid for us.

Never forgetting that. Make it relevant. Make it so personable. He’s with us right now, coming forth in a new and present reality. I’m so convinced God wants us to be real. He wants what we have to be real. Christ coming forth in us is a reality. I know that we have His presence. We have His Spirit. He sent us His Spirit, but we’re believing today for more of the reality of the Christ’s life coming forth in us.

t’s not something from over:

Debbie:

Thank You, Lord, for enabling us to stand in Your presence and partake of who You are. We partake of Your whole being. We become as You are, Lord. We’re Your workmanship, created by You. We draw nigh to You, Lord. Thank You, Lord, for Your sacrifice. Thank You for Your resurrection. Thank You for Your life.

Lois:

Lord, You did so much to have a relationship with us. We thank You every day, O Lord, for how real You are and what You’re doing in our lives. O God, we love You so much.

Janet:

Thank You for Your grace and mercy, Lord. Thank You for Your forgiveness. Thank You for allowing us to participate in these days of Your Kingdom.

Bill:

Thank You, Father, for the years and years of preparation and blessing and covering and direction that have led us to this day.

So, Father, we say as we partake of the communion of this day, we toll the refuse—any ritual in our own thinking. We say now there’s fruition, there’s fulfillment. All Your investment in us is available to be exhibited—hosted, as it were—to the whole world.

Jennifer:

Lord, we just thank You that as we come before You and open our hearts to You, You are so faithful to ftill us, and we thank You for that—that we are constantly being filled by You. Because we see ourselves in all our frailty, in all our ignorance, but, Lord God, You fill us with Your fullness.

Mike:

Lord, I thank You for this living word that has been given to us. We thank You for the fact that these words are literally divine instructions for us in the hour we are walking with You. We are so blessed to have these words with us as a constant reminder of Your presence, Your will, and us learning Your ways. Thank You Lord for Youe presence.

Ron:

We drink in Your presence, Father, and we thank You for Your presence, for You never leave us. You’re always with us, and we open up today to that hesed, that deep love that You have for us, in a greater way. Thank You for Your faithfulness toward us, creating us to be what You want us to be.

Barb:

Thank You, Lord, for the joy that You put in our hearts—the fact that You have become the joy of our lives. You’ve become in us our very existence.

Ken:

We’re standing in our relationship with the Lord today, with an expectancy, with the reality of who He is in us, and who He is working within us to create. And, Lord, we thank You for that today.

what You’ve provided for us:

Thank You for the reality that we have in our relationship with You. It’s real. It’s not about religion. It’s not about teaching. It’s not about theories. It’s about a person—Jesus Christ is our Lord, our living King.

Let’s claim the provision today. Let’s expect to receive it right now—not looking for another day—because the promise is for all of us to reach into this reality, whether it’s healing, provisions, whatever it is.

The Lord loves us. He’s with us. He will accomplish His will in each one of our lives as we stand believing Him for that.

Bill:

Most of the world goes through their day breathing. We go through our day breathing in—being aware—breathing the breath of life. That causes me to reset. Let our life, let our world, be so aware that through our day, even if we get off target a little bit, we stop.

We breathe in a big gulp of You, Lord, and everything resets. We start rejoicing and acknowledging that You are with us in a greater portion, as it were, and we concentrate and breathe in.

Ken:

He’s our life. He’s our truth. He’s our way. Thank You, Lord, for being who You are.

Mike:

He’s also our deliverer. He shows us how to enter His rest, and I’m just so thankful that we have the Word to draw upon. Those words truly are divine instructions for us in this hour that we live in.
