This week's episode is called be calm, and you can, right now, in this moment, choose to be calm.

It can be difficult to find moments of calm and serenity when we're going about our busy lives.

-:

Our heads may be full of mental to do lists that we must keep ticking off, the demands others make of us, and the thoughts

-:

and feelings we are processing in any given moment.

-:

Let's take a minute now to remind ourselves who we are and what we really value.

Take a deep breath in and out.

-:

I am calm. I am safe. I let go of stress. I choose quiet. I am peaceful.

-:

I only need to take one step at a time. I deserve to rest. I can stop. I am secure.

-:

I choose kindness for myself and for other people.

-:

I breathe out stress, stress, and I breathe in peace. I speak to myself with love.

If I need it, I can ask for help.

-:

It's okay for me to take a break and rest. I deserve to feel at peace.

I'm not responsible for the things I cannot control. I invite joy into my life.

I don't need to prove myself to anyone.

-:

I am doing the best I can. I choose creativity.

It's okay to say no. I will have a peaceful day. My thoughts don't rule me.

I'm able to let go of tension.

I can be grounded in this moment. I am capable. I let go of intrusive thoughts. I choose simplicity.

I am loved. I choose connection with other people. I deserve self compassion. I am calm.

Right now, right here, in this moment, be calm.
