Christian Hughes is a psychologist, he’s always had a passion for people and the science of performance. He began his career in recruitment and then went into working in the sports industry - with some of Britain's greatest elite teams, including GB Cycling to England Rugby.
He gained a strong basis of what constitutes performance and how you achieve, and from that MyPeople Group was born!
MyPeople Group develops software specifically for the recruitment industry. The software is designed by the same group of psychologists, analysts and data scientists who built some of the most successful predictive analytics models found in elite sport. The software enables businesses to understand their workforce, and helps recruiters match candidates to teams.
He’s also a podcast host - Building Great Teams
