Shownotes

This week we speak to Charlie Jones...by day she's a physiotherapist working for the UK's National Health Service, specialising in muscular-skeletal rehabilitation... and in her spare time she is 'SUP Physio' providing rehab...fitness...and the occasional post-workout cocktail to her clients in the spectacular coastal county of Dorset.

In this episode we carry out a head to toe analysis of the SUP benefits for the body, with recommendations for warming up and how to deal with that annoying crampy foot pain. We also discuss common SUP injuries and how to prevent them.
