Anything that allows you to connect with one or more of your senses, is allowing you to naturally disconnect from the noise and busyness of your mind and day to day life and simply be more present in the moment.
While you are focused on the nature around, the things you can see, the sounds of the birds, the feeling of the ground beneath your feet, the air temperature against your skin, the scent of your favourite flowers, then you canโt be thinking of anything else.
