Two-Toned Walls--like accent wall . . . but you know, with two colors. Maybe you should try it. I'm Dan Hansen and this is a minute at RepcoLite Paints sponsored by Benjamin Moore.

I'm working my way through 5 reasons to give this growing design trend a try in your own space. Here are a couple more: Two-toned walls are a great way to hide or minimize certain architectural elements. We had a cast-iron stove in our lower level growing up. It was essential but always caught the eye. A two-toned wall with graphite below could have made it less conspicuous. The stove doesn't vanish, but it's definitely toned down.

You can also use two-toned walls to draw attention to other elements. Imagine your favorite piece of art hanging where two colors meet on your wall. Picture half against one color, the other half against another. This setup not only frames your art but also amplifies its presence by creating a dynamic backdrop. The contrast can make the art pop in ways a single color backdrop never could. More next time. I'm Dan Hansen and that's a Minute at RepcoLite.
