16 years separate her and her eldest sibling. As the youngest of 4 children, Jackie always felt like an outsider who never fit in. She was ostracized as a child and grew up in a co-dependent household. This taught her that the only way to survive was by making everyone around her happy. Jackie spent the rest of her life pleasing everyone else but herself. Being a people pleaser led her into tumultuous marriage and down a path of self-loathing and frustration. She has now moved through those emotional barriers and has learned that it is ok to put herself, and her happiness, first.
