This meditation of increasing patience, managing time and communicating effectively is meant to help you to step away from the hustle and stay centered. So let's begin.
You want to improve your communication with others, manage your time wisely and easily, and increase your patience. In order to do these you must become very relaxed and then focus on what it is that you desire to achieve. So say to yourself, “I intend to have good patience, communicate effectively with others and manage my time easily and wisely...”
