Do you ever bury your feelings and throw on a smile because it's easier than dealing with them? Today's dispatch ditty has a different vibe than most of the songs I've written for the podcast.

I've been intentional about writing upbeat songs to lift your spirits. At the same time, I recognize that there are times when we don't need a cheerleader. We need connection and for someone to say "I've been where you are and you're ok." This is my attempt at writing that song.
