Welcome to lottery dreams and
Speaker:fortune. My name is Timothy Schultz.
Speaker:This is an interview with hypnotist
Speaker:Anthony Serino.
Speaker:We will put a link to the YouTube
Speaker:page in the show notes if you want
Speaker:to watch this interview.
Speaker:But without further ado, let's get
Speaker:to it. So I am excited.
Speaker:I am so excited to.
Speaker:Be joined today by Anthony Serino.
Speaker:He is a certified hypnotist.
Speaker:He's also a mindset modification
Speaker:expert.
Speaker:He has nearly 1 million
Speaker:followers on TikTok,
Speaker:helping people identify and
Speaker:eliminate mental blocks, working
Speaker:with entrepreneurs, professional
Speaker:athletes, super achievers
Speaker:from all over the world. I'm so
Speaker:excited to.
Speaker:Welcome Anthony Serino.
Speaker:How are you doing today?
Speaker:Hi Tim, I'm doing great.
Speaker:Thanks for having me. I'm excited
Speaker:because, you just mentioned
Speaker:I was a million followers.
Speaker:I'm going to give a good hook here
Speaker:for the audience because right now,
Speaker:today, actually, one of my biggest
Speaker:manifestations and goals I've set my
Speaker:set for myself is coming true.
Speaker:And that's my million followers very
Speaker:literally. I think while we're
Speaker:recording this episode, I think we
Speaker:might cross the million, follower
Speaker:mark. So, that's why it's
Speaker:kind of serendipitous that we're
Speaker:here right now when this is all kind
Speaker:of come to fruition.
Speaker:So I'm excited to dive into it.
Speaker:Wow, that is so exciting.
Speaker:Well, congratulations.
Speaker:I know that's whether it's happening
Speaker:now or in a few moments.
Speaker:Congratulations that
Speaker:that's incredible.
Speaker:And we are going to put links to
Speaker:your TikTok in the description
Speaker:of this video or in the show notes
Speaker:if you're listening to this today.
Speaker:But Anthony, for people that aren't
Speaker:familiar yet with what you do,
Speaker:how would you describe it?
Speaker:Sure, absolutely.
Speaker:So I kind of consider myself
Speaker:the practical manifestation guy,
Speaker:you know? And it's not to say I
Speaker:don't believe in some of the more
Speaker:supernatural or quantum
Speaker:level things that exist to help
Speaker:people manifest their dreams and
Speaker:their goals.
Speaker:But I've realized that in my
Speaker:journey, you know, I went from fat,
Speaker:suicidal, and broke to someone who
Speaker:lost nearly 100 pounds for six
Speaker:months, had -400 hours.
Speaker:My bank account started making over
Speaker:$50,000 a month and
Speaker:totally got rid of all my anxiety
Speaker:and depression, where now I get to
Speaker:show up on social media with my
Speaker:clients very confidently and in
Speaker:life.
Speaker:And I used hypnosis to do that.
Speaker:And so the reason I mention
Speaker:that is because I look at
Speaker:manifestation as,
Speaker:this kind of practical perspective
Speaker:where obviously there's some action
Speaker:that we need to take to achieve a
Speaker:goal. And I kind of joke sometimes,
Speaker:and I say manifestation is just a
Speaker:fancy word for goal setting in
Speaker:college evening.
Speaker:And so in order to achieve a goal,
Speaker:we need to take some action.
Speaker:And when I was all depressed and I
Speaker:was fat and I didn't like my
Speaker:circumstances that I was in, I
Speaker:realized that I knew what I had to
Speaker:do to be successful.
Speaker:I knew what I had to do to manifest
Speaker:the life that I want, but I wasn't
Speaker:doing it.
Speaker:But I asked myself, well, why am I
Speaker:not doing these easy things that I
Speaker:tell myself to do?
Speaker:And when I really kind of double
Speaker:clicked into that, I realized, well,
Speaker:I had limiting beliefs, I
Speaker:fear I had identity
Speaker:issues, I had all these different
Speaker:things going on at these
Speaker:subconscious level, and I was
Speaker:actually keeping my foot on the
Speaker:brake and wasn't allowing me to move
Speaker:forward towards my manifestations as
Speaker:quickly or as effectively as I
Speaker:wanted to be. And so that's when I
Speaker:discovered hypnosis, because I went
Speaker:to go see a hypnotist and I was
Speaker:like, I don't know if I want to do
Speaker:this because I'm going to click or
Speaker:click like a chicken or is going to
Speaker:make me do something weird.
Speaker:And I was so desperate at the time,
Speaker:I was like, screw it, let's do it.
Speaker:I went to go see a hypnotist, and in
Speaker:that six months afterwards, that's
Speaker:when I lost the weight, started
Speaker:making more money. So I feel more
Speaker:confident and everything changed
Speaker:overnight. I was like, if I can
Speaker:have this experience, anybody can
Speaker:have this experience.
Speaker:And that's when I started
Speaker:hypnotizing friends and family,
Speaker:started helping them achieve their
Speaker:goals faster.
Speaker:And now the rest is history.
Speaker:Almost a million followers.
Speaker:It will be a million followers today
Speaker:on TikTok and across the
Speaker:internet. So yeah, that's basically
Speaker:the high level overview of how I
Speaker:look at manifestations that we have
Speaker:to set the intention.
Speaker:We got to have our focus on the
Speaker:manifestation.
Speaker:Now we kind of got to reverse
Speaker:engineer, not just what do we think
Speaker:we need to do to achieve it, but
Speaker:who do we need to become?
Speaker:What do we need to do to our
Speaker:operating system subconsciously,
Speaker:that allows us to just effortlessly
Speaker:move ourselves in that direction.
Speaker:And I definitely want to ask more
Speaker:questions about manifestation and
Speaker:also your thoughts on
Speaker:achieving luck and success or
Speaker:even the lottery, because a lot of
Speaker:people are interested in that
Speaker:they're watching this. But before I
Speaker:get to that, with hypnosis,
Speaker:when you are hypnotized,
Speaker:how does that work?
Speaker:Because a lot of people are familiar
Speaker:with the, you
Speaker:know, someone having the
Speaker:stopwatch that goes back and
Speaker:forth and the cliche things
Speaker:we see in media and cartoons
Speaker:and everything. But what is it
Speaker:really like? What happens when
Speaker:someone is hypnotized?
Speaker:That's a great question.
Speaker:So I, I always say hypnosis
Speaker:is kind of like guided meditation.
Speaker:Now meditation and hypnosis
Speaker:are similar in state but different
Speaker:in process.
Speaker:And what do I mean by that?
Speaker:Well, I think a lot of people use
Speaker:meditation as fancy
Speaker:escapism, right?
Speaker:They're feeling an emotion or
Speaker:they're in an unwanted,
Speaker:kind of mental program that's
Speaker:running, and they use the meditation
Speaker:to get out of it.
Speaker:And I look at hypnosis as the same
Speaker:state, neurologically speaking,
Speaker:but it's a way to actually
Speaker:intentionally address those programs
Speaker:that we don't like and change them
Speaker:at a real neurological level.
Speaker:So this is all going to kind of tie
Speaker:back to my philosophy from like a
Speaker:practical standpoint.
Speaker:And because I've done a lot of
Speaker:research into the science and the
Speaker:nuances of this.
Speaker:And the beautiful part about this is
Speaker:if people do feel a little like,
Speaker:I don't want to talk about the
Speaker:science of neuroscience, it actually
Speaker:backs up some of the more
Speaker:supernatural, like crazy
Speaker:things that people experience.
Speaker:And we see that there's actually a
Speaker:crossroads between the science of
Speaker:everything and also of the more
Speaker:supernatural, miraculous side of
Speaker:things. So I'm trying to figure out
Speaker:the way that we can actually
Speaker:replicate time and time again.
Speaker:Okay, well, yeah, maybe manifest the
Speaker:lottery once, but how do we keep
Speaker:doing that? How do you how do you
Speaker:keep manifesting goals?
Speaker:How do you keep upgrading your level
Speaker:of success in a way that's
Speaker:predictable, rather than kind of
Speaker:hoping and wishing and relying on
Speaker:some form of luck that you don't
Speaker:really have control over.
Speaker:So, hypnosis.
Speaker:So to answer your question, Tim, is
Speaker:basically just a relaxed and focused
Speaker:state of mind that we all experience
Speaker:every single day.
Speaker:And people are like, well, I can't
Speaker:be hypnotized, right?
Speaker:Well, I'm like, well, you already
Speaker:were hypnotized and you're
Speaker:hypnotized every single day.
Speaker:If you've ever been driving from
Speaker:point A to point B and you forgot
Speaker:how you got there, you experienced
Speaker:the same state as hypnosis.
Speaker:If you ever got lost in a book or a
Speaker:movie, and you weren't really aware
Speaker:of what was going on around you
Speaker:because you were so zoned in on it,
Speaker:you experienced hypnosis.
Speaker:And as some people, well, I've never
Speaker:experienced those things.
Speaker:Well, I asked him, I was like, well,
Speaker:when did you fall asleep last night.
Speaker:What was the last or what was the
Speaker:exact minute you fell asleep
Speaker:like, well, I don't remember.
Speaker:And. Oh, interesting.
Speaker:Why can't you remember it like, I
Speaker:don't know. Well, because you
Speaker:experience an altered state of
Speaker:consciousness right before you fell
Speaker:asleep at nighttime.
Speaker:That's the same as hypnosis.
Speaker:So you get time distortion and you
Speaker:get a visual.
Speaker:And my point is, is that hypnosis is
Speaker:a very normal, natural state of
Speaker:mind that we all experience,
Speaker:and we can actually get to that
Speaker:state intentionally, and
Speaker:we can use it to reprogram our
Speaker:subconscious operating system.
Speaker:And in doing so, then our then
Speaker:how we interact in the 3D and
Speaker:physical world around us just
Speaker:effortlessly changes.
Speaker:And now boom, all of a sudden time
Speaker:and space is consolidated and we're
Speaker:achieving our goals faster,
Speaker:manifesting stuff seemingly
Speaker:miraculously.
Speaker:And it's really a beautiful and yet,
Speaker:simple process.
Speaker:How do you achieve it?
Speaker:How do you get to that state of
Speaker:mind?
Speaker:Sure. So from I'm going to take
Speaker:this back down to a more practical,
Speaker:scientific perspective here.
Speaker:But the research shows that as soon
Speaker:as you close your eyes, you
Speaker:get an increase in what's called
Speaker:acetylcholine and really
Speaker:a pseudo choline.
Speaker:We don't need to get bogged down on
Speaker:the neuroscience of this.
Speaker:There's a neurochemical that's
Speaker:responsible for your
Speaker:focus.
Speaker:And so when you intentionally
Speaker:increase your focus or you're
Speaker:accidentally focused on something
Speaker:like, for example, you and I are
Speaker:talking right now, we're getting an
Speaker:increase in this of cedar choline,
Speaker:which is telling our brain to pay
Speaker:attention.
Speaker:And so that's the first step of
Speaker:the process, is basically just going
Speaker:inward, increasing
Speaker:your internal state of focus
Speaker:on a thought,
Speaker:on your breathing.
Speaker:This is why meditation works so
Speaker:well. Because what do you do?
Speaker:Your taking your focus, removing it
Speaker:from the external world and moving
Speaker:it inward on usually one factor
Speaker:internally, like you're breathing.
Speaker:This could be an image, a thought, a
Speaker:feeling doesn't matter.
Speaker:Once you simply close your eyes
Speaker:and begin moving your attention from
Speaker:the outside world to the internal
Speaker:world, you are getting that increase
Speaker:in mental focus.
Speaker:That is the first foundational
Speaker:element of this state of hypnosis.
Speaker:The second foundational state of
Speaker:hypnosis is relaxation.
Speaker:The caveat here, though, is it's not
Speaker:physical relaxation.
Speaker:It's mental relaxation.
Speaker:So people get this confused, even
Speaker:practitioners. I've talked to some
Speaker:of the best practitioners in the
Speaker:world, and even they
Speaker:are confused on this
Speaker:unintentionally, is that
Speaker:people often think
Speaker:that hypnosis and meditation is
Speaker:physical relaxation.
Speaker:But the only reason we as
Speaker:practitioners induce physical
Speaker:relaxation is to get mental
Speaker:relaxation, because everything is
Speaker:connected from a central nervous
Speaker:system perspective. So when you can
Speaker:relax your body, you actually also
Speaker:naturally relax your brain.
Speaker:So to sum this all
Speaker:up, hypnosis is getting into the
Speaker:state is a two part process.
Speaker:One you simply close your eyes.
Speaker:You focus on a specific thought,
Speaker:feeling, emotion, body sensation,
Speaker:and then you go into a physical
Speaker:relaxation.
Speaker:You can also you also flip that, or
Speaker:you can kind of just kind of relax
Speaker:into yourself.
Speaker:You can close your eyes, you can
Speaker:relax your body.
Speaker:Then you can begin increasing your
Speaker:focus internally.
Speaker:Now, of course, there's some ways to
Speaker:do what we call deep in that state
Speaker:and to have a more vibrant
Speaker:experience, which is usually
Speaker:usually. To have someone guide you
Speaker:through it, like myself.
Speaker:But self-hypnosis people can achieve
Speaker:a lot, more easily than
Speaker:they're led to believe.
Speaker:And it's not some big, like,
Speaker:out of reach thing that only, like,
Speaker:the super enlightened can do.
Speaker:That's so fascinating.
Speaker:And what is the
Speaker:quickest way to
Speaker:self-hypnosis yourself, would you
Speaker:say?
Speaker:Yeah. So I teach a very simple, like
Speaker:three step process to getting into
Speaker:a quick light trance.
Speaker:Some people call it trance.
Speaker:I don't like using that word because
Speaker:people, sometimes take it the wrong
Speaker:way if they're going to be a zombie
Speaker:or to mind control.
Speaker:And actually, hypnosis is mind
Speaker:control, but not in the sense that I
Speaker:can control someone's mind.
Speaker:And it says that you can control
Speaker:your mind and ultimately your
Speaker:outcome. So it does actually
Speaker:increase your level of mind control.
Speaker:But the simple three step process
Speaker:teaches, well, why don't we just say
Speaker:we need an increase in focus?
Speaker:So one of the things you can do is
Speaker:you can first like focus on a spot
Speaker:with your eyes.
Speaker:Many times we focus intentionally
Speaker:our vision.
Speaker:We also get a release of that
Speaker:acetylcholine.
Speaker:So you really just have people.
Speaker:The first process is like find a
Speaker:point on a wall or above
Speaker:them on the ceiling, and to just
Speaker:focus on it for a few seconds
Speaker:and then like, let their gaze kind
Speaker:of defocus.
Speaker:And then I have them just take a
Speaker:deep breath in
Speaker:and then as they exhale,
Speaker:I just have them close their eyes.
Speaker:So we've already got in that
Speaker:acetylcholine release.
Speaker:We've already got an increase in
Speaker:focus.
Speaker:And that will begin to increase as
Speaker:we continue the process now with our
Speaker:eyes closed.
Speaker:And now what do we do?
Speaker:We just go into physical relaxation.
Speaker:So one of the easiest ways to relax
Speaker:the body is to focus on the breath
Speaker:and take some deep breaths, and to
Speaker:just imagine maybe melting into
Speaker:whatever surface is beneath you.
Speaker:So it's very simple.
Speaker:Focus on a point.
Speaker:Take a deep breath.
Speaker:Close your eyes.
Speaker:Take another couple deep breaths.
Speaker:Relax your body and you're in
Speaker:it. That's it. And as you get,
Speaker:you know, in tune with your own
Speaker:internal experience, you'll
Speaker:know the difference between full
Speaker:conscious alertness and being
Speaker:into this more subconscious state
Speaker:of mind.
Speaker:What is the craziest
Speaker:or most profound
Speaker:example of someone
Speaker:that you've seen hypnotized for,
Speaker:change that they've had in their
Speaker:life? Do you have any examples?
Speaker:So I do one that's not really
Speaker:related to any sort of financial
Speaker:gain. This is a health gain.
Speaker:I just had someone recently.
Speaker:Now, I'm not a medical professional.
Speaker:Can't read, medical advisor,
Speaker:cure, diagnose, things like that.
Speaker:But I had a friend of a friend who
Speaker:came to me, and I offered to just do
Speaker:a session for her because she was
Speaker:struggling with bone cancer.
Speaker:And her levels that
Speaker:they test have never gone down,
Speaker:no matter what treatment she's done
Speaker:holistic medicine.
Speaker:Otherwise they have not gone down or
Speaker:stayed down.
Speaker:And we did one session, and I spoke
Speaker:directly to her subconscious mind
Speaker:and had her work internally with
Speaker:some of the things that may be
Speaker:causing the health issues.
Speaker:And, she texted me
Speaker:the other day, actually two days
Speaker:ago, and said, for the first time,
Speaker:she's in partial remission after
Speaker:hour after hour session.
Speaker:So I get the chills thinking about
Speaker:that, because that shows the power
Speaker:of the subconscious mind, right?
Speaker:So if you can do something like that
Speaker:internally, anything's possible.
Speaker:The money's the money's the easy
Speaker:part, by the way. Like everybody has
Speaker:these subconscious mental blocks
Speaker:that we probably should talk about
Speaker:too, because we're going to talk
Speaker:about money.
Speaker:Those mental blocks that you have
Speaker:are really what's holding you back.
Speaker:Money is the easiest thing.
Speaker:And at its core, you know, Tim, I
Speaker:was watching some of your episodes
Speaker:where people I just caught.
Speaker:What does everybody talk about?
Speaker:Well, I had this knowing I had this
Speaker:belief.
Speaker:And at its core, the manifestation
Speaker:process hinges on belief
Speaker:and the hinges on your belief that
Speaker:it's possible, your belief that you
Speaker:deserve it, your belief that it can
Speaker:come quickly and it's not going to
Speaker:take hard work.
Speaker:All these different parts of your
Speaker:belief systems are really what
Speaker:dictate your circumstances
Speaker:that you experience.
Speaker:Yeah, that belief seems
Speaker:seems very, very powerful.
Speaker:And how does that equate to
Speaker:money?
Speaker:Would you say why is that the
Speaker:easiest thing
Speaker:to manifest or
Speaker:affect with your subconscious?
Speaker:Would you say?
Speaker:Sure.
Speaker:I would say that.
Speaker:What? Most people get caught
Speaker:up with is they have their foot on
Speaker:the gas in the brake at the same
Speaker:time. So they set this goal
Speaker:for themselves, whether it's to win
Speaker:the lottery or to grow their
Speaker:business and start making $100,000
Speaker:a month. They set this financial
Speaker:goal and they do the affirmations,
Speaker:they do the visualization, they set
Speaker:their intention. They're journaling.
Speaker:They're running their goals ten
Speaker:times a day.
Speaker:That's all fine and dandy, but
Speaker:that's guesswork, right?
Speaker:That's just putting your foot on the
Speaker:gas. If you also have your foot on
Speaker:the brake at the same time, you're
Speaker:not going to get anywhere.
Speaker:So what is the brake?
Speaker:Well, the brake are all the
Speaker:subconscious programs that we have
Speaker:running. The fear, the self-doubt,
Speaker:the low self-worth, the belief that
Speaker:it takes hard work to make money or
Speaker:to believe that I don't deserve
Speaker:success.
Speaker:One of the things I had that I had
Speaker:to work on was that I didn't trust
Speaker:myself with money, or
Speaker:that if I have money, I have to
Speaker:spend it.
Speaker:And so all these different programs
Speaker:that are running that are not
Speaker:aligned with your conscious desire
Speaker:manifestation is your foot on the
Speaker:brake. And so your affirmations
Speaker:and vision boards and all those
Speaker:things will only work as
Speaker:good as your underlying subconscious
Speaker:operating system.
Speaker:So my job as a hypnotist
Speaker:and mindset professional
Speaker:is to help people kind of get rid of
Speaker:that crap that's running
Speaker:subconsciously so that when they do
Speaker:the affirmations and they do the
Speaker:vision boards, all those cash type
Speaker:things, that it just works a lot
Speaker:more quickly, more effectively.
Speaker:Wow.
Speaker:And do you have examples of people
Speaker:that have had success
Speaker:with with that through
Speaker:hypnosis?
Speaker:Yes. So the beautiful part is
Speaker:with all the followers that I have
Speaker:on social media and all the videos I
Speaker:post, I get thousands of
Speaker:comments and DMs every
Speaker:single week. Literally thousands.
Speaker:And sometimes I just go through
Speaker:these comments on like the money
Speaker:manifestation videos that I post.
Speaker:And there's so many people are like,
Speaker:you know, I watch your video on the
Speaker:next day, I won $13,000,
Speaker:or the next day I won $1,000.
Speaker:I had a client that was like, hey
Speaker:man. After our session, the
Speaker:following day, I had my biggest day
Speaker:in business ever.
Speaker:I made $36,000.
Speaker:I just had another client that I was
Speaker:working with. We kind of cleaned up
Speaker:some of her mental blocks around
Speaker:deserving and being scared of
Speaker:success.
Speaker:And, she had her two biggest days
Speaker:ever inside of her business.
Speaker:So time and time again
Speaker:is so simple.
Speaker:And here's the way I kind of explain
Speaker:this is we get these big
Speaker:results, people manifest these huge
Speaker:things, and the process
Speaker:of hypnosis and change is often
Speaker:it feels and seems miraculous,
Speaker:but it's very much like a magic
Speaker:trick. You know, as I was a kid, I
Speaker:was brought up doing magic and all
Speaker:into David Blaine and all that.
Speaker:The reason I loved magic so much is
Speaker:because it gave people that
Speaker:sense of awe and wonder.
Speaker:And so when people manifest things
Speaker:in life and they see or
Speaker:they see other people do it, they
Speaker:have this sense of awe and wonder
Speaker:about it.
Speaker:But if I were to show you how the
Speaker:magic trick was done, I was like,
Speaker:oh, well, in order to it to
Speaker:produce this really cool effect, you
Speaker:just have to do this thing and, and
Speaker:this thing and then just have to
Speaker:move your hand this way, and then
Speaker:boom, looks like something
Speaker:disappeared or something appeared.
Speaker:That's how kind of manifestation
Speaker:hypnosis is. It's very simple
Speaker:processes and frameworks that
Speaker:produce a miraculous result,
Speaker:and anybody can learn to
Speaker:do it. And that's why I say it's
Speaker:easy. That's why I said the money
Speaker:part is easy because
Speaker:and I answer your question from
Speaker:before. The reason the money part is
Speaker:because here in the States
Speaker:they print, what is it,
Speaker:$500 million a day.
Speaker:Right. So the Federal Reserve prints
Speaker:$500 million of new
Speaker:money every single day,
Speaker:and people are worried about where
Speaker:they're going to get there's like,
Speaker:come on. It's like so abundant
Speaker:and so like.
Speaker:And that's why that's why I say it's
Speaker:easy.
Speaker:Wow. 500 million a
Speaker:day.
Speaker:That's that's amazing.
Speaker:What are your thoughts on
Speaker:winning money, like through
Speaker:the lottery, through hypnosis.
Speaker:Can you reprogram your subconscious
Speaker:mind? How is that
Speaker:possible?
Speaker:Yeah. Great question.
Speaker:And I hesitate here sometimes
Speaker:because I am
Speaker:the practical guy.
Speaker:And I've realized that.
Speaker:Through working with thousands of
Speaker:people and really millions of people
Speaker:watching my content and giving
Speaker:feedback every single day for the
Speaker:past nearly a decade
Speaker:is that do those things happen
Speaker:100% and you've seen it from your
Speaker:guests and yourself, right?
Speaker:Those things can happen and
Speaker:it can be replicated.
Speaker:But what's the easiest to replicate
Speaker:is the action we take.
Speaker:And that's often action
Speaker:needs to be applied.
Speaker:It's something that doesn't also
Speaker:rely on some form of luck okay.
Speaker:Now I find that more
Speaker:action I take, the luckier I get.
Speaker:Now, when we think about the
Speaker:lottery, for example, I
Speaker:do believe that people can
Speaker:manifest those things because we've
Speaker:seen it time. I mean, there's enough
Speaker:evidence out there with the
Speaker:internet. We just you've seen the
Speaker:stories and you're doing great work
Speaker:in bringing awareness to this.
Speaker:But even those people had to take
Speaker:some action, right?
Speaker:They had to buy the ticket.
Speaker:They had to be open.
Speaker:They had to have the belief that it
Speaker:was even possible, even at some
Speaker:small level,
Speaker:that they can actually win it.
Speaker:Otherwise they wouldn't buy the
Speaker:ticket in the first place, even
Speaker:though conscious that they.
Speaker:I just do it for fun.
Speaker:Subconsciously they have some
Speaker:sort of belief that they can
Speaker:actually win, and that's possible.
Speaker:So that belief then allows them to
Speaker:take the action of buying the
Speaker:ticket, which then allows them to
Speaker:have the opportunity to even let
Speaker:that happen.
Speaker:Now, are the quantum level
Speaker:spiritual supernatural things
Speaker:happening? Of course, of course.
Speaker:But we as people
Speaker:and I always say in these meat sacks
Speaker:and bars, right?
Speaker:We don't yet have the ability to
Speaker:to really understand what's
Speaker:happening or to measure it.
Speaker:And if we can't track and measure
Speaker:something, we can't refine and
Speaker:replicate it.
Speaker:So what I like to focus on are what
Speaker:are the things that we can track and
Speaker:measure so that we can replicate it,
Speaker:and then we can just achieve success
Speaker:intentionally without
Speaker:kind of always having to hope and
Speaker:wish and rely on chance and kind
Speaker:of these, you know, these luck
Speaker:factors, if you will.
Speaker:Does that make sense?
Speaker:Yeah, absolutely.
Speaker:It does. It does make sense.
Speaker:And with taking action,
Speaker:a lot of people will skip that step.
Speaker:But with the lottery and other
Speaker:things in life, anything really.
Speaker:Other things that come together
Speaker:seemingly externally
Speaker:in life.
Speaker:So say you get a raise
Speaker:or you get your dream relationship
Speaker:or something happens to trigger
Speaker:that happening after you have done
Speaker:your hypnosis
Speaker:or your meditation.
Speaker:And this comes together,
Speaker:is that on a quantum level?
Speaker:How is that possible?
Speaker:Is that is that connected here or
Speaker:is that just chance?
Speaker:I guess that's what I'm getting at.
Speaker:So yes, that's all
Speaker:of it.
Speaker:I think everything is right.
Speaker:And those are the things
Speaker:that we can't yet reverse
Speaker:engineer.
Speaker:There's very often people people
Speaker:experience this all the time at
Speaker:a big scale and small scale.
Speaker:If something seemingly falls in your
Speaker:lap, a conversation, an opportunity,
Speaker:the money. Whatever it is,
Speaker:I have yet to find a real, concrete
Speaker:way with 100%
Speaker:certainty to say, hey, we are
Speaker:going to engineer that this thing
Speaker:happens and this person runs into
Speaker:this person, they call me.
Speaker:And then this week, it's very
Speaker:difficult to actually predict that.
Speaker:But I think that's part of
Speaker:the luck factor.
Speaker:Here's the thing.
Speaker:We are spiritual beings having a
Speaker:human experience.
Speaker:As many people like to say, we
Speaker:are having a human experience.
Speaker:We are in these bodies right now
Speaker:and people always say, well, time
Speaker:and space doesn't exist, and
Speaker:I just want to lay on my couch and I
Speaker:want to let the money flow to me.
Speaker:Great. I would love that too.
Speaker:But the thing is, as long as we're
Speaker:in this physical experience that
Speaker:we're all in, we are bound by time
Speaker:and space. No matter how you slice
Speaker:it. And people always will.
Speaker:They're like, well, time doesn't
Speaker:exist.
Speaker:And I go, okay, at a macro level,
Speaker:you're right. But how about you try
Speaker:not to sleep for the next four days
Speaker:and tell me that you didn't feel the
Speaker:passing of time, right?
Speaker:You felt it.
Speaker:Or people say, well, space doesn't
Speaker:really exist because the space
Speaker:between the atom and this is bigger
Speaker:than the space between my forehead
Speaker:and my butt. I don't know, right?
Speaker:Like, well, sure, that may be true,
Speaker:but go try to run through the wall
Speaker:across the way from you, right?
Speaker:You can't do it.
Speaker:And the whole point here is,
Speaker:obviously I'm joking around about a
Speaker:lot of this, but there's very real
Speaker:elements that we are confined to
Speaker:right now.
Speaker:Now there's something that happens
Speaker:when we do tap into that internal
Speaker:experience, our imagination, that
Speaker:that subconscious part of us that
Speaker:does affect the 3D world.
Speaker:But I do believe wholeheartedly
Speaker:that it affects the 3D world in a
Speaker:much more practical way, so that we
Speaker:experience supernatural results
Speaker:by practical means that make sense.
Speaker:Yes, yes it does.
Speaker:It does make sense.
Speaker:What's your opinion on premonitions
Speaker:or dreaming about something before
Speaker:it's happened?
Speaker:Because that's partially the
Speaker:subconscious.
Speaker:I mean, it's a subconscious mind,
Speaker:right? Okay.
Speaker:Exactly.
Speaker:So we are physically confined
Speaker:to time and space.
Speaker:Mentally, we are not confined to
Speaker:time and space.
Speaker:Right. So?
Speaker:What I believe.
Speaker:My personal and professional opinion
Speaker:is that when we have a sort of
Speaker:premonition or a dream,
Speaker:that is something of the future
Speaker:and that inevitably comes true.
Speaker:Our brain is experiencing everything
Speaker:at one time, past, present and
Speaker:future.
Speaker:So you're just picking up on some
Speaker:data point that already exist,
Speaker:because at a quantum level and all
Speaker:exists in reality as it is,
Speaker:it just hasn't existed in our
Speaker:physical reality.
Speaker:And so you're picking up on
Speaker:the algorithm, if you will,
Speaker:and it's getting manifested
Speaker:in the form of a thought,
Speaker:premonition or dream.
Speaker:So there are a lot of people
Speaker:watching this
Speaker:video, this interview or
Speaker:listening to it around the
Speaker:world that play the
Speaker:lottery, because it's the nature of
Speaker:this show. But I know there's lots
Speaker:of ways of winning the lottery in
Speaker:life and attaining success.
Speaker:But with the lottery itself,
Speaker:just with the game, from
Speaker:your perspective of being an expert
Speaker:on the subconscious mind and a
Speaker:hypnotist, how can
Speaker:people better their odds of winning
Speaker:the lottery? Is that possible?
Speaker:And if so, how?
Speaker:Yeah. Great question.
Speaker:So the first thing I would do is if
Speaker:the goal is to win the lottery,
Speaker:I'd first take a subconscious audit
Speaker:of sort of well, what
Speaker:fears and beliefs do I have that
Speaker:don't align with that outcome?
Speaker:And this goes for any goal that you
Speaker:set for yourself, whether it's
Speaker:manifesting a lottery or trying to
Speaker:lose weight or manifest
Speaker:a specific person.
Speaker:What beliefs or fears do I
Speaker:have running right now that
Speaker:are not aligned with that
Speaker:outcome?
Speaker:Once you have that information,
Speaker:you can use hypnosis and some of the
Speaker:processes that I teach to
Speaker:systematically go into your mind
Speaker:and your brain and eliminate
Speaker:those programs.
Speaker:So now once you've done that, you've
Speaker:taken your foot off that
Speaker:metaphorical break and
Speaker:now you're all good.
Speaker:Now you're going to find yourself
Speaker:thinking, feeling, and acting in a
Speaker:way that's naturally aligned with
Speaker:that manifestation.
Speaker:So now talking about the quantum
Speaker:level or supernatural or
Speaker:mental part of this, now maybe
Speaker:you say something differently to a
Speaker:person and that sparks an idea,
Speaker:and then they take a different
Speaker:action, and then they lead you to
Speaker:an opportunity and then, oh,
Speaker:you got delayed at some points.
Speaker:And that's why you ended up at the
Speaker:gas station at that time.
Speaker:And then, you know, so that's those
Speaker:are the things that we can't
Speaker:actually craft intentionally,
Speaker:but it's all put in motion by
Speaker:cleaning the operating system by
Speaker:updating it.
Speaker:You know, and here's a way to kind
Speaker:of conceptualize this.
Speaker:My phone right here is the
Speaker:hardware.
Speaker:Right. And so our body our brain
Speaker:is the hardware on the
Speaker:hardware.
Speaker:We have an operating system.
Speaker:So for people who have an Apple
Speaker:device, you know that every few
Speaker:months you get an update for for
Speaker:iOS.
Speaker:That's our subconscious mind, right?
Speaker:Our mind is the operating system
Speaker:on the hardware and on the operating
Speaker:system. Our programs are apps rather
Speaker:as far as our phone goes.
Speaker:So your apps, your programs
Speaker:are your beliefs, your fears and
Speaker:your values.
Speaker:And so those apps
Speaker:have to be either upgraded
Speaker:or deleted in a way
Speaker:that can grow with how you want your
Speaker:phone to run. So if you want a
Speaker:specific you want your phone to run
Speaker:in a specific way, what do you do?
Speaker:It puts our house on it.
Speaker:They have different features.
Speaker:Same thing with our mind.
Speaker:We have to kind of clean up, delete
Speaker:and download, new
Speaker:programs that are actually going to
Speaker:allow us to operate in a way that's
Speaker:naturally going to help us achieve
Speaker:our goals.
Speaker:And what's the best way to do that?
Speaker:You you spoke about some of them,
Speaker:but if you were to dive in
Speaker:this tomorrow and just as a beginner
Speaker:and what what
Speaker:should you do?
Speaker:Yeah. Perfect. So there's two
Speaker:things, right? There's the removal
Speaker:of the brake moving on off the brake
Speaker:and also stepping on the gas.
Speaker:So I'm going to talk about the
Speaker:best process for doing both.
Speaker:Now the first part is taking the
Speaker:foot off the brake.
Speaker:Now something I teach is called the
Speaker:mindset modification method.
Speaker:And this is something I've curated
Speaker:and created to help people
Speaker:one identify exactly
Speaker:what's holding them back from
Speaker:manifesting what they want, and two,
Speaker:to actually go in their brain, in
Speaker:their mind and figure out, well,
Speaker:where did this first come from?
Speaker:Why is this program running?
Speaker:And then actually removing that
Speaker:program for a from a neurological
Speaker:perspective using hypnosis.
Speaker:That's step one.
Speaker:Step two the foot on the gas.
Speaker:If you really want to kind of
Speaker:program the mind for success
Speaker:is very simple. In hypnosis we use
Speaker:something very similar to what you
Speaker:might call mental rehearsal.
Speaker:And what the research shows is that
Speaker:when you mentally rehearse something
Speaker:happening, whether this is a quick
Speaker:visualization, you kind of see
Speaker:yourself winning the lottery.
Speaker:You see yourself taking the action,
Speaker:going to the gym.
Speaker:You are 700% more
Speaker:likely to achieve that goal or take
Speaker:that action.
Speaker:That's just by mentally rehearsing
Speaker:it one time.
Speaker:And so a little a little side note
Speaker:here is one thing I've done
Speaker:religiously for the past
Speaker:two years now is
Speaker:every single morning, as soon
Speaker:as I realize that I'm awake, I
Speaker:keep my eyes closed and I
Speaker:rehearse my goals.
Speaker:I rehearse my day.
Speaker:I see myself communicating with
Speaker:clients and getting new payment
Speaker:notifications in my email and my
Speaker:videos taking off and all.
Speaker:It takes about 30 to 60s.
Speaker:But I can tell you, there's been
Speaker:some times in the past
Speaker:two years that I haven't done it for
Speaker:maybe, you know, three, four
Speaker:weeks, month at a time.
Speaker:And I can look back and I can show
Speaker:you from a very real statistical
Speaker:standpoint or quantitative rather,
Speaker:it's like you can see my income go
Speaker:down. You can see the number of
Speaker:videos I posted go down, you can see
Speaker:my views go down.
Speaker:And so the only the common
Speaker:denominator there is that I wasn't
Speaker:mentally rehearsing what I
Speaker:needed to do.
Speaker:And so I think this can be applied
Speaker:at a very practical level.
Speaker:But it also can have once again,
Speaker:supernatural results.
Speaker:That is so interesting.
Speaker:That is so interesting.
Speaker:And when you have a mental rehearsal
Speaker:and you see it,
Speaker:how much of that is feeling
Speaker:it like it's
Speaker:you see it and you visualize it, but
Speaker:is how important is the feeling
Speaker:of it? Would you say massively
Speaker:important?
Speaker:And there's are no cliches or cliche
Speaker:for reasons because they're true,
Speaker:and there's a reason every
Speaker:manifestation person talks about
Speaker:stepping into the feeling.
Speaker:It's because it's an absolute must.
Speaker:When we see a feeling, we're also
Speaker:talking about emotion.
Speaker:Emotion put you into motion.
Speaker:That's a good way to remember.
Speaker:Emotion will put you into motion.
Speaker:So if you want to get in, put into
Speaker:motion towards your manifestations,
Speaker:you need to create and really
Speaker:activate the emotion inside of you.
Speaker:Now some people are like, well, I've
Speaker:never experienced the feeling of
Speaker:having $1 million.
Speaker:Oh, sure, you haven't experienced
Speaker:that feeling of having $1 million.
Speaker:Specifically, you've experienced
Speaker:abundance before in some capacity.
Speaker:And this this is a very easy
Speaker:example. Maybe you just had too much
Speaker:food on your plate one time.
Speaker:You had an abundance of food when
Speaker:you were a little kid, right?
Speaker:Like that's that's obviously
Speaker:a simple example.
Speaker:But my point is, is that
Speaker:many people say, well, how can I
Speaker:step into the feeling or the emotion
Speaker:without already having it?
Speaker:Well, what you can do is you can tap
Speaker:into moments where you've already
Speaker:experienced people are like, well,
Speaker:they've never been happy.
Speaker:You have never been abundant.
Speaker:You have. We've already, as humans,
Speaker:experienced the full spectrum of
Speaker:emotion and feeling, and we haven't
Speaker:experienced the full intensity of
Speaker:emotion or feeling.
Speaker:So, sure, maybe you haven't
Speaker:experienced the intensity of the
Speaker:feeling, but you have experienced
Speaker:the feeling.
Speaker:And the best way to step into the
Speaker:feeling of the future that you want
Speaker:is to step into the feeling what
Speaker:you've already experienced in the
Speaker:past.
Speaker:And when you do that,
Speaker:I saw an interview that you
Speaker:suggested or correct me
Speaker:if I'm wrong, but you referenced
Speaker:a comparison between prayer
Speaker:and meditation and
Speaker:visualization and hypnosis.
Speaker:How are these things similar and
Speaker:can you achieve this,
Speaker:this feeling of it and this
Speaker:visualization, this seeing
Speaker:it in those states?
Speaker:Sure. Perfect.
Speaker:Yeah. So I look at prayer,
Speaker:meditation and
Speaker:and by the way, I'm talking kind of
Speaker:prayer in general.
Speaker:I am in full disclosure, I'm a
Speaker:Christian. I believe in a lot of
Speaker:biblical principles, of biblical
Speaker:principles in my case.
Speaker:And I'm not here today to talk
Speaker:about. I mean, we can talk about
Speaker:religion and things like that, if
Speaker:that's for your audience.
Speaker:But I say this because
Speaker:there's different types of prayer.
Speaker:But the prayer that we're kind of
Speaker:talking about here in this prayer
Speaker:meditation and let's
Speaker:say, visualization, all these kind
Speaker:of, techniques, if you will,
Speaker:if you kind of break them all down.
Speaker:What are you doing?
Speaker:You're getting into a state of
Speaker:intentional focus.
Speaker:And I think really the
Speaker:message here, whether you want to
Speaker:call it mental rehearsal or
Speaker:meditation or visualization, is
Speaker:like. Well, you get what you focus
Speaker:on. You know, like, I'm
Speaker:so blessed. And fortunately, I
Speaker:got my dream car delivered to two
Speaker:days ago.
Speaker:And it came because I focused on
Speaker:the techniques I'm talking about
Speaker:right now. I woke up every morning
Speaker:for the past six months visualizing
Speaker:myself getting in that car, and is
Speaker:the exact car that I now have
Speaker:now. Did I have to take action to
Speaker:get that car in to manifest?
Speaker:Not sure. I had to work on my
Speaker:business and make the money and set
Speaker:the pieces in the place.
Speaker:But that happened so quickly because
Speaker:I was doing the right kind of mental
Speaker:performance.
Speaker:And then taking action,
Speaker:as you would say.
Speaker:Yeah for sure.
Speaker:And I. And listen, this is a thing
Speaker:that really strikes a chord with a
Speaker:lot of people.
Speaker:And this is, I think, an important
Speaker:topic, especially for the audience
Speaker:here, is that I'm going to be
Speaker:brutally honest.
Speaker:There's a lot of people that
Speaker:continue to say, hey, I want to
Speaker:manifest this money.
Speaker:I want to manifest with the lottery.
Speaker:But if it's out of a place of fear
Speaker:and lack, it's
Speaker:not going to happen.
Speaker:And so sometimes that a fear is a
Speaker:fear of taking action.
Speaker:So if you're trying to manifest
Speaker:winning the lottery from your couch
Speaker:because you really have a fear of
Speaker:taking action, or a fear of judgment
Speaker:or a fear of failure, you're not
Speaker:going to manifest that anyways.
Speaker:And so we want to focus on once
Speaker:again, removing the fear, the
Speaker:self-doubt, the insecurity, all of
Speaker:that.
Speaker:And then the supernatural stuff
Speaker:starts out, and then the
Speaker:synchronicities and everything just
Speaker:kind of magically falls into place.
Speaker:But it starts, really starts.
Speaker:It focuses on the behavior and the
Speaker:action piece first.
Speaker:Whether or not you have to take it
Speaker:to get the outcome is not as
Speaker:important as how you feel about
Speaker:the action and the outcome.
Speaker:And the one thing I'll say about
Speaker:action it's not about taking the
Speaker:right action.
Speaker:It's on taking inspired action.
Speaker:So being able to tap into that
Speaker:intuition and that gut instinct
Speaker:where, sure, maybe you don't do it.
Speaker:You don't know exactly everything
Speaker:you have to do, but in that moment
Speaker:you get that idea like, oh, I should
Speaker:call that person, or I should go
Speaker:to that place, I should, I should
Speaker:take I should maybe send that email
Speaker:out or post this type of video.
Speaker:Like the possibilities are endless.
Speaker:But it's not about being confident
Speaker:that the action you're taking is
Speaker:right.
Speaker:It's being confident that the action
Speaker:that you're taking feels aligned.
Speaker:And so that's just a little bit of a
Speaker:nuance there as far as behavior
Speaker:goes.
Speaker:So you believe that it's connected
Speaker:to that.
Speaker:Our energy or mindset is connected
Speaker:to something greater than
Speaker:simply our brains.
Speaker:Is that correct or what?
Speaker:Oh for sure.
Speaker:Yeah. For sure.
Speaker:You know, and a lot of this comes
Speaker:down to identity to Tim.
Speaker:Right. Like our identity
Speaker:is really what influences our
Speaker:outcomes. So who we are and how
Speaker:we're being will always
Speaker:be reflected back to us in our
Speaker:circumstances.
Speaker:Our bank accounts, the,
Speaker:reflection in the mirror number on
Speaker:the scale, the relationships we find
Speaker:ourselves in.
Speaker:It's always going to be a reflection
Speaker:of who we are and who we are being.
Speaker:And so that's from both an energetic
Speaker:level, practical action level,
Speaker:a mindset and value
Speaker:and belief level.
Speaker:And so all of those things,
Speaker:everything we were talking about
Speaker:kind of culminates into this package
Speaker:of us. Right.
Speaker:So your mindset is a set
Speaker:of mental programs that make up for
Speaker:you. And so when you can change your
Speaker:mindset, you automatically change
Speaker:what you manifest.
Speaker:And that's really what my goal is.
Speaker:If someone has a goal, my job very
Speaker:simply is to align their mindset
Speaker:with that goal so that.
Speaker:Yeah, then you do.
Speaker:Yeah. Let's say actions involving
Speaker:you take action.
Speaker:Great. Now it just feels effortless
Speaker:because it's just naturally aligned
Speaker:is part of who you are.
Speaker:And a quote that I always like to,
Speaker:to point out is that
Speaker:it's easy to do who you are.
Speaker:It's difficult to do who you are
Speaker:not, you know, so it's easy for the
Speaker:smoker to smoke.
Speaker:Because they're a smoker.
Speaker:It's easy for the gym rat to go to
Speaker:the gym because they're a gym rat,
Speaker:and then they end up getting the
Speaker:outcomes that are associated with
Speaker:that action, with that identity.
Speaker:So the gym rises in shape and
Speaker:they're, you know, living a healthy
Speaker:lifestyle. They've manifested that
Speaker:because it's all come down to their
Speaker:core identity.
Speaker:What is the best way to get
Speaker:over these fears, if you like?
Speaker:For example, if you are a smoker
Speaker:and you want to run a triathlon.
Speaker:I mean, obviously quitting smoking,
Speaker:but mentally,
Speaker:like how do you get your or if you
Speaker:want to lose a lot of weight or
Speaker:be a successful influencer
Speaker:or become a
Speaker:CEO, whatever it is.
Speaker:How how do you get over the
Speaker:fear? How do you identify?
Speaker:How do you get over it?
Speaker:Sure. So after you've gotten that
Speaker:kind of internal audit, you've taken
Speaker:your outcome. You've addressed.
Speaker:Okay, well, one of the programs that
Speaker:I have that are not aligned with the
Speaker:outcome.
Speaker:Now, what you do is we go back to
Speaker:the conversation of the feeling
Speaker:and we ask ourselves, well,
Speaker:what is the feeling that we don't
Speaker:like? What is the feeling that we
Speaker:are experiencing now
Speaker:that is actually really
Speaker:kind of keeping us stuck or not
Speaker:allowing us to manifest what we
Speaker:want? This could be anxiety.
Speaker:This could be fear, embarrassment,
Speaker:shame. It's different for everybody.
Speaker:Now it's come.
Speaker:You know, everybody kind of has a
Speaker:common experience in a lot of ways.
Speaker:But the way that we label these
Speaker:feelings is going to be different.
Speaker:And so the first thing to do is if
Speaker:you're feeling stuck, if you're
Speaker:feeling like, oh, I've been trying
Speaker:to manifest this thing for so long
Speaker:and trying to achieve this goal and
Speaker:trying to grow my business or lose
Speaker:weight, you want to really bring
Speaker:your internal focus into that stuck
Speaker:feeling in that resistance and
Speaker:ask yourself, well, what is the
Speaker:emotion or feeling?
Speaker:And you always go with your first
Speaker:impression when you're doing this
Speaker:sort of work.
Speaker:I usually have people close their
Speaker:eyes and that allows them to go
Speaker:inward. And like I said before, it
Speaker:begins to increase or to
Speaker:activate that neurological
Speaker:environment that we need.
Speaker:But what you do is you just simply
Speaker:ask yourself, what is that feeling
Speaker:that I don't like?
Speaker:Like, oh, well, it's fear.
Speaker:Okay. Well, fear.
Speaker:Where do you feel the fear?
Speaker:Where? Where is that physical
Speaker:sensation? A lot of people will say
Speaker:in their chest.
Speaker:Now going back to
Speaker:like the the app or program analogy,
Speaker:how do apps get on the phone?
Speaker:Well, they get installed, you know,
Speaker:they sure are.
Speaker:Some apps come with our phone, but
Speaker:even Apple, the manufacturer,
Speaker:had to install the apps on the phone
Speaker:for us.
Speaker:So we come into this world
Speaker:basically as a blank phone, a
Speaker:blank Apple phone.
Speaker:And then we get these programs,
Speaker:these apps installed based
Speaker:on the experiences that we have,
Speaker:things that are done to us, things
Speaker:that are sent to us, things that we
Speaker:witness instill these
Speaker:beliefs in us and these fears.
Speaker:A common fear that I see, especially
Speaker:in people with money related blocks,
Speaker:is that they
Speaker:have a fear of success.
Speaker:Now, maybe we'll think, well, fear
Speaker:failure makes sense, right?
Speaker:Fear of judgment makes sense.
Speaker:But you tell me. I actually have a
Speaker:fear of success.
Speaker:I have a fear of winning that
Speaker:million dollars or growing my
Speaker:business to 10 million.
Speaker:And it's true.
Speaker:And the example I give is
Speaker:this often stems from parents who
Speaker:talk bad about money.
Speaker:So let's say you're driving
Speaker:down the road and you're
Speaker:eight, nine years old.
Speaker:You're in the backseat and someone
Speaker:in a Lamborghini drives up next
Speaker:to you, and you're you're in your
Speaker:little family station wagon that
Speaker:your parents have had for ten years.
Speaker:And they look over at that person
Speaker:driving Lamborghinis, all dressed in
Speaker:nice clothes, cars looking good.
Speaker:And, you diagnose,
Speaker:no one needs that much money.
Speaker:No one needs to spend that on that
Speaker:car.
Speaker:Those type of people are selfish.
Speaker:They should be donating that money.
Speaker:They should be helping the world,
Speaker:not spending it on stupid, expensive
Speaker:crap.
Speaker:Well, in that moment, the
Speaker:subconscious mind takes in that
Speaker:information. It says, hey,
Speaker:daddy said money's back.
Speaker:And worse, having
Speaker:money can make you a bad person.
Speaker:So now as you get older, you try to
Speaker:manifest these outcomes and
Speaker:you're trying to manifest the
Speaker:success in the money.
Speaker:But your brain's like, no, we
Speaker:learned that that was bad.
Speaker:So we're going to make you
Speaker:self-sabotage.
Speaker:Because, Tim, self-sabotage and
Speaker:self-sabotage are self-protection.
Speaker:So if you're not manifesting what
Speaker:you want and you feel like you're
Speaker:sabotaging yourself constantly,
Speaker:you're actually protecting yourself
Speaker:from manifesting it.
Speaker:And so that's probably we could have
Speaker:a two hour, three hour, another
Speaker:conversation on just that.
Speaker:But that's that's what we do.
Speaker:We focus on what's the fear
Speaker:or the emotion that's keeping
Speaker:us stuck.
Speaker:Then we have to figure out, well,
Speaker:where did that come from?
Speaker:And so I just give you an example of
Speaker:where that one money can come from.
Speaker:The way you do this is as you feel
Speaker:the fear, you begin to kind of
Speaker:meditate, if you will, on the
Speaker:program.
Speaker:You ask yourself, okay, what
Speaker:age did I learn this?
Speaker:And now people, this is kind of
Speaker:this is a muscle that has to be
Speaker:built.
Speaker:Once you've done some inner work and
Speaker:self-hypnosis consistently,
Speaker:you're going to realize what is an
Speaker:answer from your subconscious mind
Speaker:and what's an answer from your
Speaker:conscious analytical mind.
Speaker:The whole goal here is to tap into
Speaker:the subconscious database.
Speaker:And the way we do this first is we
Speaker:bring up, we activate the feeling
Speaker:and the physical sensation of what
Speaker:we don't like.
Speaker:We ask our mind, okay, well, what
Speaker:age did we first feel this way?
Speaker:We go with our first impression.
Speaker:As far as the number ten, we
Speaker:just simply meditate on that.
Speaker:We go, okay, what happened
Speaker:at seven years old?
Speaker:And we just take a few moments and
Speaker:we just let the we let the
Speaker:subconscious mind begin to bring
Speaker:details. Maybe you notice, oh, well,
Speaker:all of a sudden it's it's daytime
Speaker:and I notice grass and there's
Speaker:a ball and I see my dad,
Speaker:and then all of a sudden this memory
Speaker:just flashes back into your mind
Speaker:is, wow, I haven't thought about
Speaker:this is the time it happened, but,
Speaker:oh, I, I'm there
Speaker:and I see Mommy and Daddy fighting
Speaker:about money and then
Speaker:I and then you ask yourself, well,
Speaker:what did I learn from that
Speaker:experience and I.
Speaker:Learned that money is actually bad
Speaker:because it actually just
Speaker:created stress in our family.
Speaker:And then what you do is you just
Speaker:simply through mental rehearsal.
Speaker:Now we're going to rehearse that
Speaker:memory differently.
Speaker:So we're going to go back in going
Speaker:back to the feeling how important
Speaker:this is. We want to reduce the
Speaker:emotional charge from
Speaker:that old memory.
Speaker:Because remember the emotion put us
Speaker:in the emotion. So the emotion that
Speaker:we experienced from that moment
Speaker:as a child is what's kept us
Speaker:emotion away from our goals
Speaker:are manifestations now.
Speaker:So we need to change it to the
Speaker:emotion that's going to be most
Speaker:beneficial to helping us manifest
Speaker:when we want.
Speaker:How do we do that?
Speaker:We change the emotion by changing
Speaker:our perception of the event.
Speaker:So we can't change what happened,
Speaker:but we can change the perception
Speaker:that the younger self had, which
Speaker:will automatically change the
Speaker:reaction as far as emotions
Speaker:go, which will then allow us to
Speaker:now change that program internally.
Speaker:So that's really it.
Speaker:Figure out the emotion that you
Speaker:don't like.
Speaker:Follow it back to the specific time
Speaker:that you learned it.
Speaker:Rewrite it from a perspective level
Speaker:so it changes the emotion.
Speaker:Then we get into kind of the future
Speaker:pacing, visualization, mental
Speaker:rehearsal of like there you are
Speaker:winning the lottery.
Speaker:Celebrating with friends and family.
Speaker:You're in your dream home and now
Speaker:you're amplifying that good,
Speaker:positive emotion.
Speaker:And now it's becoming kind of the
Speaker:subconscious signature.
Speaker:Like your brain is just a heat
Speaker:seeking missile towards
Speaker:everything that's going to actually
Speaker:produce that emotion.
Speaker:So that's kind of that's the
Speaker:framework in a nutshell.
Speaker:Just to summarize
Speaker:to to change your perspective
Speaker:on an event that happened when you
Speaker:theoretically, if you're a little
Speaker:kid and your father talks badly
Speaker:about money or someone that has
Speaker:money,
Speaker:how would you change your
Speaker:perspective or change the lens that
Speaker:you viewed something that already
Speaker:happened?
Speaker:Sure and great question.
Speaker:And before I answer that, what I do
Speaker:want to say is very often people get
Speaker:to this step or they hear this
Speaker:process for the first time
Speaker:and it it strikes a chord
Speaker:with them in a good way.
Speaker:And having this moment, oh, that
Speaker:really makes a lot of sense.
Speaker:But where we get caught up first a
Speaker:lot is that people will go back to
Speaker:context instead of a specific
Speaker:moment. So it's really this is
Speaker:important nuance for anybody that's
Speaker:watching is that
Speaker:you have to go back
Speaker:to a specific moment or
Speaker:memory that first
Speaker:triggered this program.
Speaker:You can't just think back and be
Speaker:like, oh yeah, I remember my dad
Speaker:constantly struggling with money.
Speaker:I know that he would come home and
Speaker:my parents would argue or talk,
Speaker:or he'd say, money doesn't grow on
Speaker:trees. No, you have to you
Speaker:have to open up the program.
Speaker:So think about like a computer,
Speaker:right. How do you change the code on
Speaker:the program? You have to open up the
Speaker:actual program and change the
Speaker:code.
Speaker:These memories and moments and
Speaker:programs subconsciously work the
Speaker:same way.
Speaker:In order to upgrade the program, you
Speaker:have to find the exact moment or
Speaker:memory where it first started.
Speaker:Then we change the perception of it.
Speaker:So your question was, well, how do
Speaker:we change the perception of it?
Speaker:We just want to ask ourselves very
Speaker:simply, well, what is the positive
Speaker:takeaway that I can.
Speaker:What's the takeaway or the
Speaker:understanding that I can learn from
Speaker:this moment? It's actually more
Speaker:useful because originally it taught
Speaker:me that money is bad and that
Speaker:money's going to equal stress, and
Speaker:that money may make me a bad person.
Speaker:But what's the truth behind that?
Speaker:What can I take away?
Speaker:Because now we've stepped into
Speaker:that program, we've activated, we've
Speaker:opened up the code.
Speaker:So while that's open at a
Speaker:neurological subconscious level,
Speaker:and then we give it a new conscious
Speaker:perception, meaning a new positive
Speaker:understanding, we're literally
Speaker:overwriting that code at a
Speaker:subconscious level.
Speaker:And this takes literally seconds
Speaker:and will permanently eliminate
Speaker:a fear or a money block
Speaker:or a mental program that's not
Speaker:necessary.
Speaker:And then you shoot yourself into the
Speaker:future in your own mind.
Speaker:And is there any benefit to
Speaker:when you do this type of thing,
Speaker:when you visualize and
Speaker:and feel these things in
Speaker:your intentionally trying to
Speaker:reprogram your subconscious?
Speaker:Is there any benefit to doing that
Speaker:in the morning after you wake up, or
Speaker:before you go to bed, when you're
Speaker:close to in between
Speaker:states of mind?
Speaker:Or does that not matter?
Speaker:Oh yeah. Absolutely.
Speaker:So I think who was it, Neville
Speaker:Goddard, that talk about,
Speaker:Shadow State akin to sleep,
Speaker:right?
Speaker:He's talking about hypnosis, which
Speaker:is talking about meditation, which
Speaker:is talking about focus prayer, which
Speaker:is talking about danger.
Speaker:I mean, it's all kind of the same
Speaker:thing to varying degrees.
Speaker:Now, the reason you want to do it
Speaker:right before you fall asleep or
Speaker:before you wake up in the morning is
Speaker:because of what we talked about
Speaker:before, is right before you fall
Speaker:asleep at night time, your brain
Speaker:begins to slow down.
Speaker:We go into a state of mental
Speaker:relaxation. That's the same as all
Speaker:those other states that we've talked
Speaker:about.
Speaker:This happens automatically for all
Speaker:of us on a neurological level.
Speaker:So the theory is, well, why not just
Speaker:leverage that and not have to
Speaker:intentionally like sit down and
Speaker:every time ourselves meditate.
Speaker:The issue with trying to time
Speaker:it, especially before bed, is that
Speaker:while you're tired, you're going to
Speaker:fall asleep. You're not going to
Speaker:you're not going to get through the
Speaker:full, probably visualization
Speaker:or the process.
Speaker:And you have to kind of try to catch
Speaker:it. And we don't really have a way
Speaker:to measure exactly when that state
Speaker:starts.
Speaker:But we do know the more I actually
Speaker:prefer the morning, because the
Speaker:morning, you know, when you're
Speaker:consciously awake, right, you know,
Speaker:and then you can kind of take as
Speaker:long as you need in that state.
Speaker:Because really, what holds that
Speaker:state is the intention once
Speaker:you're in it. Right?
Speaker:So just intending to stay
Speaker:in that kind of in-between state
Speaker:when you wake up is all you need to
Speaker:actually keep it.
Speaker:Then once you're done with the
Speaker:process, then you can open your eyes
Speaker:again and go back into it.
Speaker:But I prefer
Speaker:actually doing some self-hypnosis.
Speaker:Middle of the day when you're
Speaker:not going to fall is not going
Speaker:to fall asleep.
Speaker:And the reason for this is because
Speaker:what you use, you strengthen.
Speaker:Right? And it's like going to the
Speaker:gym. You want to put in the
Speaker:repetitions and you don't want to
Speaker:just rely on kind of like this,
Speaker:intangible, hard
Speaker:to measure state.
Speaker:That's just happening before and
Speaker:after we wake up.
Speaker:And so I think it's really important
Speaker:to build that muscle and be able to
Speaker:get into that state intentionally.
Speaker:Know you can do whatever you want.
Speaker:You got to wait till you wake up.
Speaker:You know, I, I do self hypnosis
Speaker:almost every single day at 3:00 on
Speaker:the dot.
Speaker:And so that's I
Speaker:would suggest first.
Speaker:Sure. Use the time before you fall
Speaker:asleep or when you wake up in the
Speaker:morning. I actually teach something
Speaker:called a snooze protocol that I,
Speaker:I kind of accidentally created
Speaker:because I was like, man, I cannot
Speaker:stop using my snooze button.
Speaker:I press like three times every day.
Speaker:And so I kept trying to force myself
Speaker:to do. I tried doing hypnosis, and
Speaker:there's just something about the
Speaker:snooze button that I was holding on
Speaker:to. So was like, how do I use this?
Speaker:And I said, okay, well, every time I
Speaker:hit the snooze button, I'm going to
Speaker:go into a mental rehearsal.
Speaker:And so I'm sure I might fall back
Speaker:asleep.
Speaker:But now I'm getting every morning
Speaker:I'm getting 2 or 3 reps of
Speaker:rehearsing my entire day.
Speaker:And I call this use protocol because
Speaker:we're hitting the snooze.
Speaker:We're doing our mental rehearsal,
Speaker:we're falling asleep, the alarm is
Speaker:going back off, and we're just
Speaker:repeating that as many times until
Speaker:we're we're fully awake.
Speaker:I love that that is given me another
Speaker:reason to hit the snooze button.
Speaker:I love that.
Speaker:Exactly.
Speaker:Well.
Speaker:So we are here with Anthony Serino.
Speaker:He has all kinds of things
Speaker:happening. He is online courses,
Speaker:he offers coaching.
Speaker:He has a TikTok page that could
Speaker:be at 1 million subscribers and
Speaker:probably is,
Speaker:at the time that you're listening or
Speaker:watching to this.
Speaker:But, Anthony, where
Speaker:can people find you?
Speaker:Yeah. So the best place to find me
Speaker:is either on TikTok or Instagram
Speaker:and TikTok. It's at Anthony Serino
Speaker:on IG, Instagram.
Speaker:It's at the end of this video
Speaker:because someone else had taken my
Speaker:name, unfortunately.
Speaker:So now I got to go. It's a little
Speaker:more, pretentious, you know, the
Speaker:label on it.
Speaker:Also, there is a free,
Speaker:hypnosis audio on my website, which
Speaker:is the information on.com.
Speaker:It's called manifest Anything.
Speaker:You can grab that.
Speaker:If for some reason someone listens
Speaker:to this years down the road is not
Speaker:there, chances are you'll still be
Speaker:able to access a free hypnosis at
Speaker:some point. But for now, I suggest
Speaker:grabbing that because it's a
Speaker:beautiful experience.
Speaker:Hypnotically, that will help
Speaker:people guide them through
Speaker:the process.
Speaker:And what I will say about
Speaker:anybody considering possibly working
Speaker:with me or a practitioner, anybody,
Speaker:is that you got to look at it like
Speaker:having a personal trainer of the
Speaker:mind.
Speaker:You can do all these things by
Speaker:yourself. You can watch the YouTube
Speaker:videos, but when you have someone
Speaker:there holding your hand and guiding
Speaker:you through the process and
Speaker:tailoring it specifically to your
Speaker:wants, dreams and desires,
Speaker:well, one of those is going to work
Speaker:faster is usually with the personal
Speaker:trainer, just like working out your
Speaker:body.
Speaker:And so I would encourage people
Speaker:and listen, I'm not trying to sell
Speaker:myself. Go with someone that
Speaker:you like, you know,
Speaker:you trust, you have rapport
Speaker:with and it will pay dividends
Speaker:and you actually achieve your
Speaker:manifestation skills faster
Speaker:by doing it with somebody else.
Speaker:Most, most of the time,
Speaker:by the way, charge. So I'm saving it
Speaker:on here because I was reading a
Speaker:little bit about your story, but I
Speaker:wanted to hear it directly from you.
Speaker:And like, I never won the lottery.
Speaker:Anything like that, even though I
Speaker:read it was pretty cool.
Speaker:Thank you. So I would love to hear
Speaker:about, like what? How this all came
Speaker:to, to do for you.
Speaker:Yeah. Well, it's it's
Speaker:pretty kind of a crazy story.
Speaker:In 1999, I
Speaker:won the lottery,
Speaker:and a few months before that
Speaker:happened, I had this really vivid
Speaker:dream about it happening
Speaker:in real well.
Speaker:It just within the dream.
Speaker:I had already won.
Speaker:It had already happened.
Speaker:It was so real that I woke up
Speaker:and didn't.
Speaker:It took a little bit to understand
Speaker:that it hadn't happened.
Speaker:It was that real.
Speaker:And so I started,
Speaker:then playing the lottery a little
Speaker:more consistently. I was very young
Speaker:as 21 years old,
Speaker:and after
Speaker:that happened, I went back to
Speaker:college to study broadcast
Speaker:news and journalism.
Speaker:And I've always loved interviewing
Speaker:people, and now I'm.
Speaker:I find these topics of the
Speaker:subconscious and
Speaker:dreaming about things before
Speaker:they happen, or all
Speaker:of this stuff, and of course,
Speaker:lottery winners, because we
Speaker:interview plenty of those on here,
Speaker:those people, people that have won
Speaker:various prizes on
Speaker:here. But it's just very intriguing.
Speaker:So it's a lifelong interest
Speaker:in this sort of thing
Speaker:with our intuition or
Speaker:subconscious and that
Speaker:sort of thing, but have many
Speaker:experiences beyond
Speaker:the lottery with this sort of thing.
Speaker:Yeah. So you dreamt that you won the
Speaker:lottery and what was that.
Speaker:What was the dream of like buying a
Speaker:ticket or what getting a call was.
Speaker:It was a well
Speaker:within the dream.
Speaker:I had already won
Speaker:like it had already happened.
Speaker:And so out to back
Speaker:up a little bit.
Speaker:I was just feeling really
Speaker:down on my was
Speaker:depressed really about my financial
Speaker:state and where I was
Speaker:in life, specifically having
Speaker:to do with where I was at
Speaker:monetarily.
Speaker:And so I opened up to
Speaker:intentionally to what I believe
Speaker:to be God, or some people call
Speaker:the universe like this force that I
Speaker:believe that we're all connected to.
Speaker:And I had this this sounds kind of
Speaker:crazy, but I felt like
Speaker:I went out of my
Speaker:body almost.
Speaker:And I had this
Speaker:dream where I had
Speaker:already won, and it was
Speaker:a feeling of it had already
Speaker:happened. And the first thing that I
Speaker:thought of was, well, now
Speaker:I get to pay off my vehicle, I get
Speaker:to pay off my debt.
Speaker:And I was just so excited
Speaker:and ecstatic
Speaker:and happy about it.
Speaker:And that's just that's mostly what I
Speaker:took away from it.
Speaker:But it was so real that
Speaker:I felt that
Speaker:it was going to happen because
Speaker:I had other dreams on other topics
Speaker:similar to that.
Speaker:So some people think that's
Speaker:coincidence, but a lot of people
Speaker:think that it's not.
Speaker:And I just find it really
Speaker:interesting because I'm not the only
Speaker:person that happens to other people
Speaker:too.
Speaker:So you you had this
Speaker:dream where you already kind of
Speaker:in the manifestation mindset
Speaker:before that law of attraction or
Speaker:any sort of visualization.
Speaker:Or was this like the first time you
Speaker:ever really experienced, like, this
Speaker:sort of thing?
Speaker:I had never I didn't know
Speaker:what manifestation was, and I didn't
Speaker:know what the Law of Attraction was
Speaker:or any of that.
Speaker:I think I had had experiences
Speaker:where I felt that I very
Speaker:much believed that in
Speaker:a higher power that we are
Speaker:connected. We as and I felt
Speaker:that I was connected and that we all
Speaker:are to something larger.
Speaker:And so I think I'd
Speaker:had other experiences where
Speaker:I was able to go into that state
Speaker:and dream
Speaker:about something or feel something,
Speaker:and then it happens.
Speaker:Yeah. Whenever I hear about dreams
Speaker:or,
Speaker:premonitions, we
Speaker:kind of talked about before
Speaker:the fact that, like, time and space
Speaker:doesn't really exist from a
Speaker:subconscious or spiritual level.
Speaker:Right? And so we're kind of tapping
Speaker:into something that actually does
Speaker:exist, like when you won that
Speaker:lottery, in your mind, you had an
Speaker:awareness. It had already existed.
Speaker:As far as your subconscious mind is
Speaker:kind of bringing it to your
Speaker:conscious physical awareness now.
Speaker:But I often look at I
Speaker:forget exactly where I heard this
Speaker:analogy. I don't think it was in
Speaker:relation to exactly manifestation,
Speaker:but it's like if you see
Speaker:water going down a river,
Speaker:right? And then there's like an
Speaker:obstruction in, in the river.
Speaker:Right.
Speaker:Well, what happens right before that
Speaker:obstruction?
Speaker:The water has, it
Speaker:creates a force.
Speaker:Right. And the water begins to
Speaker:ripple before it hits the,
Speaker:the object.
Speaker:And so I find that those those
Speaker:premonitions, those dreams are very
Speaker:much those ripples before the
Speaker:goal is achieved or before the
Speaker:event.
Speaker:And so we're kind of just picking up
Speaker:on the energy or something.
Speaker:Right. But before the actual event
Speaker:has happened in this timeline.
Speaker:Yeah, that's that's really
Speaker:interesting.
Speaker:I had a scientist on here once
Speaker:that said that there was he compared
Speaker:it to if you're looking down at a
Speaker:ruler and it all,
Speaker:you can kind of look up and see
Speaker:what is happening.
Speaker:So and someone else said
Speaker:that if there is a huge
Speaker:something that is really substantial
Speaker:to your life that happens, then
Speaker:you should be able to feel it
Speaker:beforehand because
Speaker:of the because there is no time
Speaker:in his opinion.
Speaker:Yeah, no I do.
Speaker:See, this is where I go back and
Speaker:forth. Great.
Speaker:I think both are 100% right.
Speaker:We are 100% spiritual and 100%
Speaker:physical all the same time, you
Speaker:know, and so we we try
Speaker:to navigate both worlds
Speaker:and it's,
Speaker:it's it's so hard to track
Speaker:and measure the spiritual,
Speaker:supernatural side of things when
Speaker:we're so in tune with our physical
Speaker:intersection and whatnot.
Speaker:And we have a duty to track what's
Speaker:happening physically.
Speaker:So yeah, there's so many things that
Speaker:are unexplained.
Speaker:And I caution people sometimes
Speaker:to, you know, a lot of
Speaker:lot of gurus on here, even even
Speaker:myself sometimes.
Speaker:Not that I'm a guru, but I'll say
Speaker:some things and I'm very adamant and
Speaker:confident about it.
Speaker:But people have to take everything
Speaker:with a grain of salt, right?
Speaker:If it's too good to be true, you
Speaker:know, I don't always think that it
Speaker:is, but sometimes it is.
Speaker:And just because something is
Speaker:possible doesn't mean it's likely.
Speaker:And so I people
Speaker:either resonate with me or they
Speaker:don't. They get really offended
Speaker:because I, I tend to knock people
Speaker:down a few notches on, on some of
Speaker:the nuts.
Speaker:And I'm not going people down on
Speaker:their dreams and their expectations.
Speaker:And I want you to dream big.
Speaker:I want you to expect, but I want you
Speaker:to dream for yourself and expect
Speaker:more from yourself and your
Speaker:abilities and and your behavior.
Speaker:Because that,
Speaker:and I'm sure in your
Speaker:experience of you here is like,
Speaker:you take action like this, this
Speaker:podcast and your videos
Speaker:and your YouTube channel. And did it
Speaker:just, like manifest itself
Speaker:overnight? Like you had to move
Speaker:towards that. You had to bring
Speaker:your idea, your vision that already
Speaker:existed in some sort of reality.
Speaker:You had to make it a physical
Speaker:reality by consolidating time
Speaker:and space through taking action and
Speaker:influencing your own behavior.
Speaker:Right. Like so what do you think
Speaker:about, like the action and the
Speaker:behavior part of it?
Speaker:Yeah, that's exactly right.
Speaker:And I completely agree
Speaker:with you. And this,
Speaker:even this podcast that I'm now
Speaker:producing is
Speaker:or was inspired
Speaker:by a dream.
Speaker:I had this very vivid dream.
Speaker:I was wondering, is sort of on the
Speaker:fence of whether I should even be
Speaker:doing this and putting myself out
Speaker:there.
Speaker:And so I again opened myself
Speaker:up to what I call the universe
Speaker:or God, and had this
Speaker:very vivid dream, whereas
Speaker:interviewing,
Speaker:Conor McGregor actually,
Speaker:because in my mind, at the time, he
Speaker:represented,
Speaker:someone that was very wealthy, that
Speaker:came up from not having much.
Speaker:And so sort of like a lottery
Speaker:winner. And to me, it was so real
Speaker:that it meant I should interview
Speaker:that person and love Conor,
Speaker:or some people don't love
Speaker:him. But regardless,
Speaker:he was very inspiring for what
Speaker:he has achieved with that sort of
Speaker:thing. And he's also very much into
Speaker:the spoken about publicly his
Speaker:thoughts on the mindset, the power
Speaker:of the mind.
Speaker:And so.
Speaker:That inspired me to
Speaker:take action and start from nothing
Speaker:other than this ethereal thought and
Speaker:this belief and this knowing
Speaker:that this is this belief
Speaker:that it will be successful or
Speaker:at least worth doing, where I can
Speaker:get to that level where I'm
Speaker:interviewing, you know, very
Speaker:notable people like yourself.
Speaker:And so I
Speaker:believe this and I started with
Speaker:nothing and just kept going and
Speaker:taking action and being persistent
Speaker:and getting better and better and
Speaker:better.
Speaker:So I love that.
Speaker:Have you found that in your career?
Speaker:Because there seems like there's
Speaker:many ways of attaining success
Speaker:and winning a lottery
Speaker:in metaphorically.
Speaker:Well, and that's the thing is, I,
Speaker:I'm such a big advocate for
Speaker:starting a business because I get to
Speaker:print my own lottery tickets every
Speaker:single day, right?
Speaker:Like, I as
Speaker:a as if you're a coach, if you're a
Speaker:business owner or sales
Speaker:professional, you get to control
Speaker:your own luck, and you have so much
Speaker:more control than you can possibly
Speaker:imagine.
Speaker:So I rely on scratch on ticket when
Speaker:you can just focus on what you have
Speaker:control over and probably
Speaker:set yourself up far better than that
Speaker:lottery. Because here's what happens
Speaker:to Tim.
Speaker:Sometimes people win the lottery or
Speaker:come into a windfall without
Speaker:having the right subconscious
Speaker:programing, because I do think there
Speaker:is some element of chance of luck
Speaker:that supersedes even our own kind
Speaker:of subconscious physical programing
Speaker:now.
Speaker:But why do you think over 50%
Speaker:of professional athletes go bankrupt
Speaker:and like the NBA and NFL,
Speaker:it's because they get all this
Speaker:money. They have this windfall on
Speaker:the success, but they haven't
Speaker:upgraded their subconscious
Speaker:operating system, and they still
Speaker:have the limiting beliefs and money
Speaker:that goes away.
Speaker:Mike Tyson, over $400 million
Speaker:in his career went bankrupt,
Speaker:one of the most successful boxers of
Speaker:all time. Why? Because he didn't
Speaker:have the right subconscious
Speaker:operating system.
Speaker:So this is why I caution people to
Speaker:just automatically, they shouldn't
Speaker:be just jumping to the Big
Speaker:Easy manifestation
Speaker:that's going to give us a windfall,
Speaker:because sure, you might get it even
Speaker:right, but it might go away just as
Speaker:fast. So, that's
Speaker:why the alignment between the
Speaker:conscious and subconscious,
Speaker:goals is certainly so critical.
Speaker:And I do have I do have a hot take,
Speaker:that is pretty interesting.
Speaker:And it goes against everything
Speaker:that like Neville Goddard and
Speaker:Manifestation, people often say,
Speaker:I believe wholeheartedly
Speaker:that you should tell other people
Speaker:about your manifestations.
Speaker:And.
Speaker:It's for two reasons.
Speaker:One, just thinking about that.
Speaker:If you have any resistance to
Speaker:telling other people about your
Speaker:manifestations, that's pointing to
Speaker:eliminate belief you have about your
Speaker:manifestation.
Speaker:If you're not willing to get on the
Speaker:rooftops and shout about
Speaker:your goals and feel so confident
Speaker:it's going to happen in front of
Speaker:other people.
Speaker:Well, there's some subconscious crap
Speaker:there. Technical medical term.
Speaker:Right?
Speaker:There's some subconscious, goo
Speaker:that's there that needs to be
Speaker:cleaned up.
Speaker:So I have found in my life and
Speaker:I've experimented with this
Speaker:in clients.
Speaker:Start telling people
Speaker:about what you're trying to
Speaker:manifest.
Speaker:And people become like your little
Speaker:manifestation minions, right?
Speaker:A story that I've told, online
Speaker:before is
Speaker:I used to do this, gold coin
Speaker:manifestation with people.
Speaker:So I started working with a client.
Speaker:I would show them the power of the
Speaker:mind and manifestation by getting
Speaker:them to manifest a gold coin.
Speaker:And the reason a gold coin is
Speaker:because it's something unique
Speaker:enough, but also something
Speaker:believable enough.
Speaker:Right? So I wanted to be able to get
Speaker:a quick win for somebody that for
Speaker:tapping into that, but to not be
Speaker:like, hey, you're going to manifest
Speaker:$1 million in the next couple of
Speaker:weeks. So there's
Speaker:one gentleman I was working with.
Speaker:I said, hey, I'm going to I'm going
Speaker:to compete with you here.
Speaker:I'm going to see which one of us can
Speaker:manifest a gold coin first.
Speaker:And he laughed and said, all right.
Speaker:So at the time I had, I
Speaker:stood there still, friends of mine,
Speaker:but I was hanging out with these
Speaker:friends, and I was telling about
Speaker:this client and how I was going to
Speaker:manifest a gold coin.
Speaker:And this one particular friend,
Speaker:she's never believed in what I do.
Speaker:She never believed the manifestation
Speaker:hypnosis.
Speaker:She always thinks it's the weirdest
Speaker:thing ever.
Speaker:And so I say, hey, I'm manifesting a
Speaker:gold coin.
Speaker:And she goes, you know, right,
Speaker:you're going to manifest a gold
Speaker:coin. I go, yeah, I'm watching.
Speaker:And so a week goes by and I'm
Speaker:hanging out with her again,
Speaker:and she comes up to me with, like,
Speaker:this smug look on her face, and
Speaker:she's like, so you manifested that
Speaker:gold coin yet?
Speaker:And me knowing that it was going to
Speaker:happen, just not exactly when I
Speaker:said, yeah, of course I'm going to
Speaker:manifest it.
Speaker:And she goes, she reaches from her
Speaker:pocket and she pulls out like this,
Speaker:clear jewelry box.
Speaker:And what do you think is in the
Speaker:jewelry box?
Speaker:Hmhm.
Speaker:The gold. Gold coin.
Speaker:Coin.
Speaker:Oh my gosh.
Speaker:Yeah. So she goes, You thought
Speaker:you were going to manifest it and I
Speaker:got. I just did and she gives me
Speaker:she gives me the gold coin.
Speaker:And so the moral of the story is, is
Speaker:that one supernatural things
Speaker:happen in practical ways or two.
Speaker:The reason I was able to manifest
Speaker:it, and as quickly as I did, is
Speaker:because I told other people diamond
Speaker:manifestation, and they very
Speaker:literally brought it to me.
Speaker:And so this goes against every
Speaker:conventional wisdom.
Speaker:You know, because people are like,
Speaker:well, our other people's belief
Speaker:system is going to affect mine, or
Speaker:they give me the evil eye, all these
Speaker:different things.
Speaker:Well, then your belief systems
Speaker:aren't strong enough if you're going
Speaker:to let someone else's affect yours.
Speaker:Right. So,
Speaker:that's that's one of the biggest, I
Speaker:think, tips that
Speaker:people get triggered by.
Speaker:But it has the most profound result,
Speaker:for new manifestations and people
Speaker:who haven't tried that before.
Speaker:When you went to 100,000
Speaker:followers on TikTok,
Speaker:were you starting at zero when you
Speaker:started? Or, you know, right around
Speaker:not very many.
Speaker:And then you got that. And so I had
Speaker:a timer.
Speaker:So I forget exactly how many I had.
Speaker:It wasn't a fresh account, so I used
Speaker:to own it was like,
Speaker:I think maybe I had a couple
Speaker:thousand followers, I'd say,
Speaker:and it was a
Speaker:for my other business, I used to own
Speaker:a tattoo removal business that I
Speaker:actually manifested selling, growing
Speaker:and selling. And that's a story for
Speaker:another time because that happened.
Speaker:See me miraculously, and I've
Speaker:manifested real estate properties
Speaker:that weren't for sale, and I just
Speaker:randomly got reached out to to buy
Speaker:them and didn't have the money
Speaker:at the time. And I was able to come
Speaker:up with like, all crazy stuff that
Speaker:maybe we could do around to for
Speaker:this.
Speaker:But yeah, I had
Speaker:maybe a couple thousand followers.
Speaker:But I will say is if anybody's
Speaker:trying to grow their following, what
Speaker:we've seen from the backend side of
Speaker:things is that it's usually best to
Speaker:start from scratch and then stay
Speaker:consistent, rather than trying to
Speaker:revitalize an existing account.
Speaker:But to answer your question, yes, I
Speaker:had a couple thousand followers
Speaker:within that first month.
Speaker:I literally this is what I did talk
Speaker:about identity.
Speaker:I just called myself TikTok
Speaker:hypnotist. I was a nobody.
Speaker:I didn't know what the heck I was
Speaker:talking about. I was just like Anthony
Speaker:TikToks hypnotism.
Speaker:That's my my name
Speaker:on there to this day.
Speaker:And I have no doubt
Speaker:that stepping into that identity
Speaker:and that self-image and that belief
Speaker:system had a direct impact
Speaker:on my level of growth on there.
Speaker:So, you got to become
Speaker:the type of person who would already
Speaker:have the thing that you want to
Speaker:have.
Speaker:And if you're not manifesting what
Speaker:you want because you're not the type
Speaker:of person to manifest it as,
Speaker:people get a little, a little uneasy
Speaker:when I see that.
Speaker:But it's just a fact, you
Speaker:know?
Speaker:And what was the difference between
Speaker:100,000 and now you're close
Speaker:to a million followers on TikTok?
Speaker:What was that? Was there anything
Speaker:else different that you did or
Speaker:specific that you did to
Speaker:propel because you really,
Speaker:really went up like a rocket ship?
Speaker:So I once again, I stepped into the
Speaker:feeling of already having I mentally
Speaker:rehearsed, I would mentally rehearse
Speaker:the number on my follower count
Speaker:going up.
Speaker:I literally see it so vividly in my
Speaker:mind, talking to my wife about
Speaker:talking to my friends and family.
Speaker:I would see myself creating the
Speaker:content and the videos, going viral
Speaker:and stepping into the energy of
Speaker:like, people, like commenting and
Speaker:anything that would just come out
Speaker:and people get to kind of,
Speaker:you don't need to worry about it
Speaker:being the exact right mental
Speaker:rehearsal. Just let your mind begin
Speaker:to produce images and thoughts and
Speaker:feelings that just naturally
Speaker:come up, that are associated with
Speaker:the general outcome that you want.
Speaker:And so that's what I was doing every
Speaker:single day, sometimes multiple
Speaker:times. I mean, there were some days
Speaker:where I was just, like, literally
Speaker:hypnotizing myself for hours at a
Speaker:time and doing this work
Speaker:that I'm talking about. Like it?
Speaker:I know people see me and like, oh,
Speaker:if you go, do you like people think,
Speaker:oh, you got lucky.
Speaker:This happened overnight.
Speaker:But every single day I literally
Speaker:I time blocked and I set aside
Speaker:specific time I set and I wrote
Speaker:down outlines and like I had all
Speaker:this kind of reverse engineering
Speaker:crafted from a subconscious
Speaker:perspective or perspective.
Speaker:And then I did that thing, you
Speaker:know, I did the reprograming
Speaker:and what happened, everything.
Speaker:Everything just kind of fell into
Speaker:place.
Speaker:Wow.
Speaker:Well, I'm just going to say
Speaker:congratulations on a million
Speaker:followers and let's see what,
Speaker:because you just hit you just hit
Speaker:1 million on TikTok.
Speaker:Congratulations.
Speaker:I love thank you, I love
Speaker:it. You gave my real time first
Speaker:impression because this is the first
Speaker:time I'm seeing a million.
Speaker:I don't know if you you to pick it
Speaker:up as the first time I'm seeing that
Speaker:one in that and man,
Speaker:does it feel good. Like everything
Speaker:that I've been doing up until this
Speaker:point is like, you know, when
Speaker:people have that, like, life flash
Speaker:before their eyes sort of moment
Speaker:like, this is seeing this
Speaker:number is exactly everything that
Speaker:I've been envisioning.
Speaker:And, could you be happier
Speaker:to celebrate with you, Tim?
Speaker:My my new friend here.
Speaker:So thank you for, thank you for
Speaker:being a part of.
Speaker:Yeah. Congratulations.
Speaker:You have 1 million things to
Speaker:celebrate.
Speaker:That's incredible.
Speaker:Yeah. So, I mean, that's a dream.
Speaker:That's a dream come true.
Speaker:Yeah. I'm so happy for you.
Speaker:Congratulations.
Speaker:Thank you, my friend.
Speaker:Yeah. Anthony Serino.
Speaker:It's such a pleasure.
Speaker:Having you on here is so intriguing.
Speaker:We could talk all day, but is
Speaker:there anything that you wanted to
Speaker:say today that I just don't know
Speaker:enough to ask?
Speaker:Or that you just wanted to say
Speaker:today?
Speaker:Yeah, absolutely.
Speaker:First, thank you for having me.
Speaker:I appreciate the opportunity.
Speaker:And you trust me enough to
Speaker:be here for you and your community.
Speaker:And I want to just drive a point
Speaker:home. This is the point I was at
Speaker:home. Is that the one
Speaker:thing that people do that are
Speaker:listening or watching?
Speaker:This is it.
Speaker:They started just stepping into
Speaker:their outcomes more often.
Speaker:They started programing that heat
Speaker:seeking missile that's inside
Speaker:of them. That's subconscious mind.
Speaker:Sure. You got to take the foot off
Speaker:the brake. You got to do some of the
Speaker:emotional and deep subconscious
Speaker:work.
Speaker:But it'll pay dividends just by
Speaker:mentally rehearsing your
Speaker:manifestations.
Speaker:And keep it simple,
Speaker:right? This magic trick seems
Speaker:big and
Speaker:miraculous, but it's
Speaker:very easy to really manifest
Speaker:things. And I think I don't know how
Speaker:to get people to believe that one.
Speaker:It's possible.
Speaker:And then two, it's a lot easier than
Speaker:they may have thought before.
Speaker:So mentally rehearse, step
Speaker:into your outcome, step into the
Speaker:feeling.
Speaker:And that's really what it's all
Speaker:about.
Speaker:It seems very wise.
Speaker:It's very inspiring.
Speaker:Thank you so much for coming onto
Speaker:the program today.
Speaker:I really, really appreciate it.
Speaker:Thank you very much for your time.
Speaker:Thanks again.
Speaker:I appreciate you.
Speaker:So that was my interview with
