In this episode I discuss HOW the governors and President are abusing these "emergency" statutes and how that PROVES our system doesn't scale. This is NO emergency. Emergencies are sudden events, fires, storms, tornadoes etc. In those situations there is NO need to understand the "basis" for the emergency. They are OPENLY OBVIOUS emergencies. But we don't have any of the evidence necessary to demonstrate any emergency. Yet they continue to exercise "power" over us under the UNproved guise of this fake emergency. This fake emergency is proving that our system does NOT scale. We can't stop any of this abuse and there is NO consequence to BOTH sides who are doing it to us.
