Shownotes

Why do some spiritual entrepreneurs continue to struggle financially even after years of personal growth, healing, and mindset work?

In this Sacred Business Calibration, Kelle Sparta coaches a holistic entrepreneur through a persistent scarcity pattern that has repeatedly limited her business growth. Together they uncover the childhood experiences driving unconscious self-sabotage, explore why guilt often accompanies receiving, and reveal how shifting from a parent-child relationship with the Universe to a true partnership can transform both business and personal growth.

The conversation also dives into practical business strategy, including webinar marketing, Facebook advertising, AI-assisted content creation, and building a sustainable client acquisition system without burnout. This episode is especially valuable for spiritual practitioners, coaches, healers, and conscious entrepreneurs who want to expand their impact while maintaining energetic integrity.

Welcome to Spirit Sherpa, where we bring spiritual practitioners, coaches, and teachers into success, sovereignty, and spiritual expansion. I'm Kelle Sparta, transformational shaman, spiritual business coach, and your host here for today's Spirit Sacred Business Calibration. Uh, and so in a Sacred Business Calibration, uh, we are taking the question from the person who is on the podcast, and I am feeling into it to provide them with a combination of business advice, you know, grounded, basic, really good business advice, and, uh, energetics.

So if there's a past life issue, if there's an ancestral line issue, if there's something in the energy field, if there's a curse operating, you know, whatever shows up, right? And so we're gonna look at the entire package all at once and see what comes out of the field to be discussed, and you get to watch that in real time.

Now, one thing you should know as you are listening to this podcast is that this podcast will be 15 to 20 minutes of content. There, the actual recording itself is probably gonna be closer to an hour, uh, because that's just how we roll. If you want to hear the entire recording session, that is included as part of the Sacred Profits mentorship site.

Uh, and that is available, and that provides you with marketing advice and all sorts of things along the way as well. So if you're interested in that, there's a link in the show notes. All right. Now, on to our discussion for today. Stacy Please introduce yourself to our audience and tell us a little bit about your business.

Hi, my name is Stacey. I'm in Evergreen, Colorado. I am a holistic entrepreneur. What I like to say is I fill in the frequency gap. Back in the day, we would walk on the ground, we would get grounding, and now today, fast-forward, between social media, Wi-Fi, all this different connection, we're really not connected like we used to.

So there is a frequency gap, and there is a product out there that brings in a frequency known as PEMF, pulsed electromagnetic field, and terahertz, which is basically the grounding frequency that comes out of Mother Earth, and now it's in a portable, affordable device that people can have in their homes.

As little as 20 minutes a day can put their feet on the device and ground themselves. For me specifically, I love to focus on people that have been stuck in trauma or some type of nervous system regulation where it's stuck in fight or flight. And I think especially with today's world, so many of us are stuck there, and we don't even know that.

And when we're stuck there, our bodies cannot do what it's intended to do: communicate, coordinate, and repair. So this device is a signal directly to our nervous system that allows it to regulate, and our system goes, "Okay, what do I need to do?" And it starts to fire. It starts to fire a signal, meaning that's what I mean by firing sign- uh, signaling, communicating, coordinating, and then it can repair itself.

And, um, so that's what I do, and I also, whether it's individuals or holistic practitioners that wanna bring it into their office for another revenue stream, whether they rent it out, whether they charge per usage, or they actually sell the device and obviously get a commission too for selling it, I find it...

That's also very helpful because obviously holistic practitioners, whether they have a client that is stuck, isn't really-- They keep coming back in for the same thing. This really seems to land and help them get whatever treatment it is, whether it's acupuncture, chiropractor, therapy, it helps them land differently, and we're finding it to be a huge...

Just the testimonies, and that's what's so fulfilling to me, is I'll get calls from my clients and say, "Hey, my nervous system has been jacked, hijacked for 20 years." I'm getting eight hours of solid sleep. Yeah. I am feeling better, I'm happy, and anywhere from... And then, like I said, your body can then repair, whether it's diabetes, high blood pressure, whatever, and I'm gonna stop you there so that we can have time to get into the- Yeah

the coaching. Um, but yes, I will agree with you that nervous system regulation is crucial. The moment I first regulated my system, this, a whole layer of stress I wasn't even aware I was holding just fell away. It was amazing. So I highly recommend anything that can regulate your nervous system. So, um, let's talk a little bit about why you booked the call, and so, you know, what is it that we're talking about today?

I'm very open. I love what you do. I love that you, um, found your gift and you're sharing it with other people and helping, being of service to people so then they can continue on with their gifts. What really attracted to me is, like, where the blocks are, right? So for me, the block on a practical standpoint is scarcity.

I just, I have a paradigm of scarcity, of survival from my childhood to forward. And when my business starts to grow, I think I then sh- un- subconsciously shut it down. Yeah. And there's a block there. And I'm like, I've done a lot of therapy type, from sound healing to energy healing to retreats, you name it, and that always keeps coming up, and it just showed up for me the other day.

And to be really honest, it feels like it's even a breadcrumb will shut it down. Mm-hmm. And it's not like you just got $10 million, like, and that's your ceiling. It's like, no, you got 1,000 bucks, and I'm just like... And then I go into... And it shuts it down. And- Okay. So what's the eh about, about the $1,000? Is it a s- I- is it a fear of losing it?

It feels like it's a too good to be true. Like, is this really happening? Okay, so you're waiting for the other shoe to drop. Yeah, yes. And so I've had coaching on, is it really happening? And then I used to put, "to me" on the end, and I let go of that. And then the it, so I broke down like all, every single word in that sentence Okay

but it's still showing up. Okay. All right. And so what other things have you tried before? 'Cause I don't wanna go down roads you've done. Yeah. I mean, I've tried coaching. I've done spiritual healing. I've done cleansing. I've done past, past lifetimes. I've dove into the Bible. I'm reading books, you know, going forward.

And I don't know, and it, now that it's popping up for me, what also feels like it ties to is I'm building my business one at a time, and it's moving so... It's so slow, but it's so fulfilling. Yeah. It's just, it's such a reward, and I get so much pleasure. Like, I get so cup overfill when I get a call from one of my clients that has literally has changed their life.

And- Okay ... it's not glory to me. It's glory to Mother Earth and the Creator because it's PMF, right? You know, the inventor was just brilliant enough to create it into something that's portable and affordable. Okay. But, but you sold it. I sold it, yes. Okay. You, you were the, the avenue by which they found their solution, so you have to take some credit Yes.

Yes Okay. Yeah, okay, I can see there's discomfort there, so we'll talk about that. Okay. And, and, okay, so y- but I'm looking at your house in the background. I'm assuming this is a, an actual background of your house and not an image. Yes, I am- Yeah ... a housemate with a... I have a roommate, so I'm renting a room in this house to rebuild- Okay

where I'm at now. But it's, but it's a n- it's a nice house, so- Yeah ... you know, so the, so it's clearly not a I can't have nice things energy, right? But let me ask you what would happen in your childhood when money would come in. What, what, what was the thing that caused this in your, in this life? Um, it was, it, uh, guilt would follow it.

Like, my mom would go out and she would buy me something 'cause I helped around the house, and I did- Yeah ... you know, I was really helpful. And then she would go out and she would buy me something, and literally on the drive home she would be like, "I don't know how I'm gonna afford to pay for that, but we'll figure it out.

Maybe we'll return it." And so it was a reward... It was doing good work, a reward, and then guilt. Oh, okay. All right, so that's messed up. Let's start with that. Yeah, so, like, I, I had something similar where my mother would get paid once a month, and so by the end of the month the refrigerator was looking really empty.

We always had food, but the refrigerator, the fresh food, was empty. It was all in the freezer at that point 'cause we m- feel, meal prepped. And so I learned that an empty refrigerator made me feel poor, made me feel like I was broke because the, the empty refrigerator correlated to we're broke, right, in my house.

So these are the sorts of things you have to look at, right? And so I didn't bother unwinding that. I just make sure my fridge is always full, and then I don't have that problem, right? Mm-hmm. But, um, you know, the, the, this piece of, "I don't know how we're gonna pay for it," so you need to take those apart and say, "Okay, so Mom wanted to show appreciation for me.

Her love language is giving gifts, and so she wanted to show appreciation for me. And she also had an inappropriate relationship with me where I was her friend and not her child, and therefore she would share with me her, her concerns after the fact because I was her friend and not her child." And that was not something that she should have told me because the whole point of the love language was to allow me to freely receive the gift, and this would make the gift not a gift, right?

Mm. But she was doing the best she could with what she had, and she had bad boundaries, right? And so when you can look at it that way, you could say, "Oh, okay. It wasn't ever about me. It was all about her," right? Okay. She gets to feel good for appreciating you because she felt bad that you were helping, clearly.

It was like, you know, "You shouldn't have to help. I should be taking care of this, but I'm not, so I'll buy you a gift to make you feel better, and then I'm gonna confide in my friend that I don't know how I'm gonna pay for the gift that I just paid for to make myself feel better about you doing the work around the house."

And the, she was in her, "Uh, uh, uh, uh," right? And so- Yeah ... this is not about you at all, okay? Y- because you- Got it ... were giving. You were doing it out of- Yeah ... the goodness of your heart because you wanted to help, not because you wanted the gift, right? Wow. Yeah, yeah. This has never been at this layer before, but it all resonates because with other things in the dynamic, what you're saying is true.

Yeah. So got it. Yeah, so- And I felt it all the way down my body. Yeah. So it's not about you, so hand it back to her, okay? Because you, you weren't, it wasn't required for you to feel guilty. She wasn't trying to make you feel guilty. She was just communicating with her friend. She was just sharing her feelings with her friend.

It wasn't in- the intention was not to mess with you. It was to unburden herself of her fears. Yeah. So there are things that happen to us, and there are stories that we tell them ourselves about them. 90% of life is what happens to us, and 10%... Or, or 10% is what happens to us, and 90% is what we tell ourselves a story about.

So we just need to change the story. Yeah, absolutely. Story is Mom was emotionally unregulated, which is why you are so attracted to this. Mom was emotionally unregulated, and therefore her nervous system was unregulated, and therefore she did things to help regulate it, and they were often c- contradictory in behavior towards you.

And that had nothing to do with you. It was all about her trying to regulate her own nervous system and her own emotions. Yeah. Wow. Yeah. Yep. I can still s- I, I can see me driving in the car with her when this conversation I'm reflecting on shows up. And her lifestyle was... I mean, she was doing the best she could, but she was always in survival too, and just all this, and then I just grew up faster than I needed to, so.

Yeah. So help me unders- All right. Got it. Now what's, like, how then... It's just telling, what's the new story? This was about her. Right. Not about me. It's all about her, right? And so, you know, you were only ever giving from your heart. And we don't, we're not gonna even attach anything now to what happened back then because back then wasn't about you.

It was about her. And that's where it shuts down- Right ... because I give from my heart, even with this device, and I give from my heart, and the flow comes, but if it comes too much, I shut it down- Right ... because I'm that. Shut it down before the guilt or something goes wrong. Exactly. Oh, wow. And you're, the universe is not your mom.

Okay? 'Cause right now universe is parent, okay? And you're treating the universe as your parent, and you're treating it as your mom, and you're expecting the guilt, and therefore you're shutting down before you get to the guilt. So there are two things you can do. You can either refuse to ever feel guilty about anything ever again, which I would highly recommend 'cause you probably have a highly developed sense of guilt.

Mm-hmm. So unless there is a really good reason that someone else is saying you should feel guilty and your internal being says, "Yes, I do feel guilty." If you kill somebody, you feel guilty, right? But anything short of that, you know, um, short of some major betrayal or injury to somebody else, th- there's no, no guilt required.

Mm. In fact, I would put a sign up all over your house that says, "No guilt required." And just refuse to rece- to, to feel guilty anymore, 'cause guilt, guilt is... When it's externally imposed, it is a manipulation tactic. Okay. When it's internally imposed, it is a self-abuse tactic or a resistance tactic, one or the other.

And if you just refuse to participate, then you don't have to worry about it. Guilt is never a constructive emotion, even if you did something horrible to somebody, right? Even if you did that, guilt is not constructive. It may be instructive, but it is not constructive, and usually it holds you back from actually moving forward with that because you're...

It's a stuck point. It's a resistance point. It's a, "I, I, I need to stay here and, and abuse myself with this," right? That is, that's what guilt is. It... You need to look at guilt and be like, "Go. You gotta go." Okay? So that's number one. And number two is to just not, uh... So there's two pieces to number two, which is about taking the universe out of the parent role for yourself, and that is, that's about coming into partnership with the universe and out of parent-child relationship, and that's entirely necessary when you're in this state.

Right? So bring the universe into the role of partner, and now you are partnering by doing your work, putting it out into the world, and the universe is partnering by bringing you more people. And so you just look at your partner and you go, "Great job," and appreciate it, right? Look at the universe and be like, "Damn, you rock.

This is amazing. More, please. You're doing great." Right? And now it becomes about appreciating the universe for bringing you the money, and not about being afraid that you're gonna be guilted for it because it's not your parent, it's your partner. Oh, that's a shift, too. Yeah. Wow. I feel that in my knees. I mean, it's all, like, down, all the way down to my knees, down to my feet.

I gotta take off my shoes 'cause I'm just like, this is landing. Yeah, that is a different dynamic, a partnership with the universe as opposed to a parent-child. And the guilt and just stop it from there just to keep it flowing. Yeah. Got it. Got it. Yeah.

I'm just gonna let you breathe for that for a minute because that's, you're gonna need to take that in 'cause I can feel it landing. It is. It was such a dynamic. The universe was my parent, and then it was just that now the partnership is a whole different feeling of it and to be able to talk to it like a parent and thank it for, like, just thank it Like a partner And I've certainly always been grateful, but never in the partner relation- Yeah

dynamic before. Yeah. When we are grateful to a parent, it's often in supplication, right? It's like we're like, "Oh, thank you for approving of me. Thank you for taking care of me. I'm a little thing and I have no power," right? Because that's what the child dynamic is, is I'm a child. I, I, if you leave me alone on the street, I'll die, right?

And so, you know, I am entirely under your thumb and your requirement, you know, and I, I have to make you happy with me because m- I might die if you are unhappy with me, right? Yeah. And so there's always that dynamic. When you talk to the universe, now you need to not be talking in a parent-child relationship.

You need to be talking in a partnership relationship because then you're holding your own power. You need to be holding your own power if you're going to do anything in the world, right? And so then it becomes a partnership, and it becomes a balance of trusting the universe to provide what you need and telling the universe what you want.

Mm-hmm Not wishing for- Mm-hmm ... not saying, "Am I good enough?" or, "Is it okay if I have?" But saying, "Hey, we're going here. This is where we're going together." 'Cause that's your job. Your job is the destination and the motivation. The universe's job is the navigation, the how, right? So we say where, and we start moving, and the universe provides us with the doorways We just have to stay present for them And not shut up.

And then when it comes in, so this will also help with that dynamic, like is it really happening? 'Cause it's like I said, the breadcrumbs come in, and then I just shut it down. So I was shutting it down because I was... the guilt gonna come. Right. Yeah. So now when that happens- You're like, oh, the universe is doing its job.

Thanks, partner. You're doing a great job, right? Let's just keep going. Yeah. Keep going. Yeah. And it's like, let me walk through that door. Let me see where it takes me. Wow, universe, that was magical. You're doing such an amazing job. Thank you so much for partnering with me. You're doing a w- uh, this- just, you're a perfect partner for me, and I love you so much, and I trust you 'cause you're always gonna look out for my best interests, right?

That's the energy. Okay. And if something isn't right in your world, you look at it like, huh, that's weird. Universe, what's going on with that? Are you trying to tell me something? You know, maybe this isn't for me anymore. I know. So when there's breakdown, 'cause there will be breakdown, you know. Yeah.

Universe broke down my business over the last, uh, uh, uh, in like the end of October to the end of December, or mid, mid-October to the end of December. It was like, nope, we're just gonna pull everybody away from y- I was having surgery, so everybody felt in, and they were like, "Uh, no, the energy's not there," and so nobody signed up.

And I was like, right, but I'm like, okay, clearly there's a message here. Yeah. I trust the universe. It's gonna be okay. The universe has never let me be homeless or f- or hungry. So I'm like, okay, I trust the universe. And I looked at it, I was like, what's going on here? And I was like, ah, I need to reposition the business, and then it's going dang, it's taken off, right?

So, and I haven't even finished the reposition yet, right? The website is not done, right? It is not at all done. But, you know, I'm just getting the message out with this and everything else, and it's, it's taking off, right? We've already brought like 22 people into the program in a month, right? Mm. And, uh, so you know, it's amazing.

Yeah. And then it's just- That's good ... a matter of, of getting it moving, right? But you have to trust the universe. Yeah. Even when it looks like it's not working for you, you have to be like, it is always working for me. Everything happens for me, not to me. Yeah. And so- Yeah. Every, every- Yeah ... morning I wake up and I'm like, okay, if this is the direction, whatever direction you want me to go in today, I'm open and obeying, and something will show up.

Uh, obeying. Stay away from that word. Obeying is something you do for a parent. We do not obey our partner. Yeah. Yes, you're the second- Watch your language. Yes, yes. I use it in the biblical phrase, but- But that's still a parent-child relationship in the biblical phrase. Yeah. Right? So I, yes, and I wake up and it's, and what shows up for me is either a testimony, phone calls, people reaching out to me, and I'm like, okay.

And then I get filled so much all day and I'm like, okay, how can I take this to be bigger? Yeah. Instead of one at a time. And what showed up for me this week were two things. One was a social media guru- And I was like, "Okay, I'm not into videos, but if this is what it's gonna take," but it was $36,000. I'm like, "No."

Ooh. Okay. Yeah. I'm like, okay, that's not gonna happen. I asked him to put guarantees of something, and he wouldn't. So I'm like, no. Right. So like yesterday it was postcards, and I listened to... And he was selling his course, and it was for $2,000. So I was like, well, maybe I can figure this out on my own with AI of how to create postcards and make it to go out.

But I feel this pull to bring it out to a larger audience, and- Yeah ... and I'm like- And I don't think either of those are the right path for you. Yeah. Uh, I don't know what the social media guy was gonna do, but the thing that first came to mind for me for you, uh, was a webinar or lives. One or the other, or both, right?

Where you talk about what the challenges are, what the benefits are, things like that, right? And then you send ads to the webinar, right? So is this a multi-level marketing thing? Network marketing? Okay. It's, it's affiliate marketing. It doesn't have auto-ship, so it kind of makes us a little different. Most multi-level is, uh, auto-ship.

There's no auto-ship, and you can just buy the product- Well, it's a one-time product purchase, so it's not a recurring project, pro- product purchase. Well, they... Yes, they have seven different products- Okay ... and then they are coming out with one every year. They have 170, 140 patents. Okay. So PEMF is the basis for almost all their products, but again, it's not an auto-ship, so.

Yeah. Okay. Makes it different. Yeah. But in terms of marketing, not so much. So it's, um, it's still you're looking for the people who are gonna be interested in the work, right? And so spiritual practitioners, massage therapists, yoga instructors, tantra instructors, um- Chiropractors, acupuncturists- Yeah

physical therapists, it's huge 'cause it has a lot of torn ACL. Yeah. It was healed in two weeks. I mean, that's on the photos. Yeah. Yeah. So- Because of the PEMF and frequencies, but yes. Yeah, so all of these people are gonna have-- They're open to the idea of frequencies having an impact, right? Yes. And so then it's a matter of how do you get your stuff in front of those people, right?

Yeah. Yeah. And so there's, there's pathways to do that. You can do that with email marketing. You can do that with adver- you know, social media ads, and you can do that with doing the w- you know, basically you've gotta get the people to the webinar, right? So you do the webinar, the w- and you've gotta structure the webinar properly, right?

And there are all kind... And this is where AI can help, right? You just l- ask AI and be like, "I need the perfect design for a webinar to convert to a mid-ticket..." How much is your PMF, PEMF? $1,000. Okay, so a mid-ticket. "So how do I design a webinar to convert to a mid-ticket purchase?" Right? And then you do it that way, and it'll give you-- And it'll even write the script for you.

I would highly encourage you change the language to sound like you, but don't change the... Once you change the language to sound like you, send it back through and see if it tells you that it sucks, because sometimes we will really pull all the power out of the presentation just by trying to make it sound like us, because we tend to be less definitive and less confident and less con- you know, convincing in that regard.

So- Got it. Yeah, it's very blueprint-ish- Yes ... to it. But that's the power of it. You don't wanna- Exactly ... you don't wanna live the, leave the architecture in the blueprint. Correct. And then you also need to make sure that it has captions turned on, because people will stay longer if they're reading and listening at the same time.

So absolutely have the captions turned on, and it makes it available to people who are hearing impaired. So all of those reasons. And, um, and then your marketing. So y- if you do, let's say Facebook ads, don't buy Google ads. Google ads are dead, okay? The AI is delivering results and, and you won't even see the, the Google ads showing up at, by the...

Most people are stopping at the AI results and not looking any further. So it's a waste of money, right? But, uh, if you buy Facebook, Facebook ads are still valid. And, um, so if you're buying Facebook ads, you have to be careful what you use as language. You can't use the words like anxiety or trauma or anything like that.

You can use nervous system regulation. You can use anything that's positively oriented, but the ad cannot define the user's experience. So you have to say, "If you feel like this," you can say that, but if you can't say, "Hey, you're having this problem." They won't let you do that, right? You can say, "If you're someone who experiences X, Y, or Z," right?

But you still can't use anxiety and, and, you know, there's still words that are medical, clinical diagnoses that you cannot use Okay? So pay attention to the, the rules so that you don't get, you don't waste time with reviews that say no, right? Uh, there's comm- they're called community guidelines. Okay? And so you want it to be a problem, agitate, solve structure for your ad.

I- if you're having problems sleeping at night, if you're finding that you are stressed, stressed is something you can use. You can't use anxiety. You can use stress, right? You're more stressed than normal, or even just that you're, you're on edge a lot, right? On edge a lot would be good. You know, let's say that.

And, you know, the middle of the night thought, whatever the middle of the night thought is for the person when they wake up, like I did this morning at 3:30 in the morning, right? I didn't have a middle of the night thought. I just couldn't get back to sleep, but a lot of people, the moment they wake up, have a middle of the night thought, right?

And that's the thing that keeps them from going back to sleep. So talk to your people that are buying this and find out what their middle of the night thoughts are. And, or look back at you before you started doing this and what was your middle of the night thought, right? And then y- whatever that middle of the night thought is, you go into the agitate.

It's like, ah. It's like, whoa, you know, I'm never gonna be successful. I'll, I'll never figure this out. And so da, da, da, da. You go into the, the, the spin because the middle of the night thought triggers the spin of panic, right? It's the la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la. And then you go into solution, which is if your nervous system was regulated, if you were grounded, you wouldn't be having these problems, and here's how you fix that.

Or actually, you, sorry, you cannot go into s- into education. I did that, and I screwed up. You cannot go into education. You have to say, "Attend this webinar to find out how to fix it." Don't tell them what's in the webinar. Okay. Okay? Because the webinar is the education, so you can't educate and sell at the same time.

So you wanna sell them into taking the webinar Okay? And it'll be the, you know, the 10 or 11 steps or whatever it takes, you know, the, the single step to, to regulate your nervous system, you know, whatever the webinar is. You gotta have a good title. Title has to be compelling, right? Got it Or the 20-minute solution Probably, yeah Right?

Yeah, the 20-minute solution to your nervous system dysregulation. And then the webinar needs to be 20 minutes or less, because they're gonna assume it's a webinar, right? So, the webinar needs to be under 20 minutes. Now, that's the structure. And then- Can the webinar be recorded or it has to be, like, a live one?

You absolutely should record it. Okay. I would do it live the first few times. You know, do it two or three times until you get a really good recording, right? And then on the live calls, if you can get people to show up, if you have enough people and you promote it in advance, then, uh, you'll get questions, and then you'll know that you need to add those, because every question is an objection in hiding, right?

And so you wanna pull all the objections out and get all of the questions that you can so you can incorporate those into your presentation so that when you get to the end of the presentation, there's no questions left and people can buy. Mm-hmm. Okay. And then you just use the Zoom recordings as your- No

the record? There's a, there's various incentry webinar platforms that you can use. Uh, GoToWebinar has it. Um, what's the other one? It's, uh, starts with an S. Um, oh yeah. Forever. Okay. I haven't used it-- I haven't done a webinar in ages, so I'm trying to remember the name of it. But there-- If you just Google, there's a ton of different platforms that, that host webinars for you.

And they'll, they'll help you. They have structures for sales pages for webinars that are included with the subscription fee, and you just make it yours. You know, make it your, your, uh, language and fill it in and whatever. And they will run them as evergreen, and they will look, when somebody signs up, they will look like the webinar's starting in three minutes or five minutes or whatever, and then they'll be like, "Oh, I'm signing up.

Let me get everything put away. Let me get ready," blah, blah, blah. But it's actually just an evergreen webinar. And then they'll have the option of, "Oh, I can't do right now. I can sign up for one on this day or that day," and it'll be the next day or the day after, right? So... Okay. Oh, okay.

Okay. So do the Facebook ads to bring people to a webinar. Yeah. That's gonna be your best bet, because you have a great presence on camera, and so, you know, you're not gonna have a problem getting your message across. When you talk about your stuff, you are passionate. You are m- you have a high belief function on it, and therefore, I'm not worried about you being able to do a good webinar.

So that for you would be a really good option for getting people in, and it becomes an automated option once you've gotten it mastered, right? You may have to do it four or five, even 10 times to get the video that you really want, right? But when you're recording the video, make sure you're recording speaker only, or, or presenter only, not even speaker, because you don't want it flipping back and forth on your video recording to somebody asking a question.

You don't want them on the final recording. They don't wanna be on the final recording. Yeah. So you just... You're gonna have to do it multiple times until you've got it down and grooved, and then once you've got it grooved, it'll come out great one time, and then you just keep that recording, and you dump that into your webinar product, and off you go to the races.

And having done it five, 10 times before that, you'll have gotten enough sales in to pay for the, the webinar stuff. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. That feels good. Yeah. And that other wow, wow, wow, the partnership with the universe. Yeah. 'Cause I keep reflecting back, and it doesn't have the energy that it used to before.

Right. Yeah. And it's just like, okay, it's a memory. That's it. Yes. Mission accomplished. Yeah. Yeah

Awesome. I am so glad that I could finally give you a result after all that work. Oh my gosh, you've been working this for ages. I could tell. I'm a workhorse, that is true. Yeah. Well, the workhorse thing, and, and that might be a definition to look at, too, right? Yeah. Does it have to be hard? You're right. You know?

Right. Um, Josh and I are running the Sacred Profits program, and, and I am a workhorse, too, and I have been slowly over time pulling back and going, "Okay, I'm gonna pa- pick an easier, easier path," right? And Josh is actually holding my feet to the fire on that every time. Like, we had a conversation this morning.

I was like, "We need to go and optimize our all 800 videos on the YouTube site." And he's like, "Do we, though? What if that sounds like no fun?" He's like, "I don't wanna do that." And I'm like, "Well, I don't wanna do it either, but I'm doing other things I don't wanna do because I'm committed to the outcome." And, and he's like, "Yeah, but do we?"

And I'm like, you know, I, I thought about it. I was like, "No, we don't. We only need to optimize the ones that are business related," which are maybe 30 or 40 of them that have been done before now, and then make sure the ones going forward are. And I'm like, "Oh, yeah, that would be a lot easier," you know? Yeah, it's, it's...

But these are the sorts of things you have to ask yourself the question, what if it was easy? You know, because I- yesterday, I was tired, and I'd worked a whole day, and I'd done a lot, and I'd done a lot the day before, and I was just like, "Okay, I'm, I'm hitting my limit. I'm on fumes." And I ha- had a networking meeting, and I was like, "Okay, so I'm gonna go on this networking meeting 'cause I like this lady, and, and we're gonna hang out," right?

And she's gonna be on the podcast a little later, guys, so you'll, I'll tell you who is, her name. Her name is also Stacy, so you'll see her. And, um, and I got on the call, and she's like, "What's going on?" And I'm like, "Ugh, like I need to set up my affiliate program, and I've never done it in this particular program before.

I've got one over in the other site, but it's not here, and it has to be here, and blah, blah, blah." And I real- I'm done, like I'm having to learn new things every day because I'm having to set up all this stuff right now, and I'm like, "Ah, I don't wanna do it." And she's like, "Well, let's do it together. I know how to do it."

I was like, "You do?" And she said, "Yeah." She said, "We can do it. It'll take like 5, 10 minutes." I'm like- Oh ... "Really? Because I've been dreading this for, for two weeks," and she's like, "No, no, it'll be fine," because the last one I set up was a nightmare. It was a lot of work. And, uh, I'm like, "That would be great." And so she said, "Just share your screen," and she walked me through the whole process, and she, and in 10, like 10 minutes, we had it all done.

And I'm like, "Oh my God," right? That was cool. And then I said, "But, you know, now I've got this other thing where this is broken, and it's not working, and, and I, I've been trying to figure it out, and I can't figure it out, and I've, I've written to my person who does my program, and they haven't gotten back to me."

And, and she's like, "Well, come with me. Here's a link. We're gonna go to a Zoom room." I'm like, "Okay." And so we went over to this Zoom room that was open office hours for a company that runs a GoHighLevel agency, and they just have open office hours to answer questions about GoHighLevel. Oh. And I came in, and I went...

And the woman went, "Oh, come here. Do this, do that, do the other thing. Oh, you've got a problem. This person has two, two contacts. You just need to merge their contact. It'll be fine. That's why they're not seeing it." I'm like, "Oh," and it was fixed. Okay. See, fun. Right? Absolutely. And then what if it was easy, right?

Yeah. I just showed up for the meeting, the, going, "I like this person. She's not gonna overtax me. I know that if I tell her that I need to not be overtaxed." And she just solved all my problems. I was like, "Well, that doesn't suck," right? So you just, you gotta give yourself space for it to be easy Yeah. You know?

Because- And, and I've been settling more and more into that of it, of like, it doesn't have to be so hard. Yeah. And it's, and it's, with this business, it's been relatively easy, I must admit, the flow, but I'm getting so much fulfillment from it. Again, it's just getting it out to a larger group- Yeah ... because there is an urgency to it.

Yeah. People's health and, and all that. Mm. I mean, like- Okay. So that's pressure you don't need. Yeah. There's this... I mean, I will tell you, after having been in this industry, I've been studying personal growth and development, and I was raised in the New Age movement, so over 50 years I've been in this industry, and this entire time everybody in the industry has come from a place of trauma at some point.

So they have all needed this always. Yeah. Okay? For 50 years they've needed this, and they... And so there's no more... I mean, yes, it's more intense now, but you can't hold that over your head. That is a way to beat yourself up for not doing it faster. We don't wanna do that. Yeah. We wanna come at it from a clean place, right?

Just like you don't ever wanna power through doing something, because that's you crossing your own exhaustion boundaries. If you're like, "I'm just gonna power through," don't. Don't. If you have to pull up power through energy, you are, you are investing in burning out Yeah, or wearing that hat. I always, I'll just put on that hat, whatever it takes.

It's like- Yeah ... no, that burns me out. Whatever it takes is a fine hat in terms of the long run. I will do whatever it takes to get me where I need to go. That's a fine thing in the long run, but in the short run it sucks because it's a I'm gonna cross my own boundaries, burn myself out, fry myself to a crispy critter, and then fall on the floor and twitch and wonder why I'm doing it.

Yeah. 'Cause that's, that's a pattern, right? And then I'm gonna get up, you know, I'm gonna give myself half a day, and then I'm gonna say, "Okay, I feel better than I did. I don't feel good, but I feel better, so I'm gonna go back to work." And then the burnout, fall down, burnout, fall down, burnout, fall down cycle continues because you never give yourself enough time to recover.

And the, the recovery time is about three times as long as you think it is. So if you're feeling better at two weeks, then you need at least six. Yeah. And that's probably still too little, to be honest. I'm being generous. So, you know, that's the thing. And so it takes, it takes months to recover from a full burnout.

And so this is why you don't wanna put yourself in that position, right? You wanna start treating yourself better. If you would look at a friend and say, "You're tired. You need to stop," you need to be your friend and say, "I'm tired. I need to stop," right? Yeah. The other burnout for me is chasing the money.

Yeah. I burn out fast if I just even think about I need money, I need to get this. That is, that burns... I don't know if it burns me out or it doesn't motivate me, but there's something there that is not my motivation. Well, it's, it's trying to motivate yourself out of lack and scarcity. Yeah. You know, that's, those are mutually exclusive energies.

Motivation and lack and scarcity are mutually exclusive, right? It's not gonna work. You do have to pay attention to the money, but if you're gonna pay attention to the money, you need to pay attention to it from a, I'm gonna meet this goal because it would be fun for me to... You know, this goal represents X number of people, and I, I wanna help X number of people, right?

And so you do wanna focus on the money because if you ignore the money, then the money is gonna ignore you back, right? You've gotta make sure that the money is involved because it is a business. It's not a charity, right? Yeah. And then you do need to make a living from it, so you know, let's get on that, right?

So, but you can't do it from a place of, "Ah, ah, I don't know how to pay the rent. Ah." Right? You can't do that. The, "I don't know where the money is in my bank account to pay my bills," you need to treat that like it... There is a, a chair on the table in your dining room. You live with a h- a housemate, so that would not be somebody breaking in, right?

You would just assume that your housemate had put the chair upright on top of the table, and you'd be like, "Why is that on the table? That is not supposed to be there. That's very odd. I'm not sure why they did that. Let me take it off the table and fix this." And it's a, "Huh." There's no stress, there's no upset, there's no anything.

It's just, "Huh." And that's when you look at your bank account and it doesn't have enmon- enough money, you go, "Huh. Hey, universe, weren't we supposed to have that in there? We were supposed to ha- Okay, can... We need to fix this, okay? Okay. Let's take the chair off the table." Right? And that's the energy for it.

Got it. 'Cause otherwise you're, you're building in fear and angst and upset and scarcity and lack into your manifestation process, and those will hobble it. You know? It's, it's... You're basically fighting against your own internal headwind. Yeah. So you can't, you can't be doing that. I like your money meet this goal is this amount of people.

Right. That amount of people I'll help, and that is... Because I didn't know how to look at the money part of it. Yeah. 'Cause it is a reality. Sure, yeah. But for you- Put it in that perspective. Yeah, for you it's about the validation feedback of the people getting results, right? Yeah. And so you need to look at it as how many people can I help today?

And it's like, "I wanna help 20 people a week."

20 people a week. If you can help 20 people a week find stability and, and s- neuro Nervous system regulation Thank you. That's- Yeah ... yeah, my brain was like, "Uh, what?" Yeah. If you can help them find that, uh, you know, the, how much commission are you making on that $1,000 sale? Right now I'm just set up so that would bring me over 10 grand.

10 grand. Okay. So that would be a $40,000 month if you did it 20 people a week. Yeah. How does that feel? Exciting. I mean, I'm exciting for the money, but it's more exciting 'cause I get to help 80 people- Right ... long stream. Yeah. Yeah. So look at how many people I can help, which then turns into a goal of- Exactly

number. Yes. And then that turns into my profit. Exactly. Okay. Oh, that's huge. Thank you. Yeah That was big. Well, that was the bigger one, and then the first- Yes ... one, it's just like a psh. Yeah. Okay. Thank you. All right. Uh, we need to wrap up 'cause I've got another call on the back end of this, and we're four minutes away from that call, so I gotta, I gotta boogie.

Uh, but where do people find you? I have a website that's really easy. It's, uh, Reset to Source. Isn't that clever? Yeah. ResettoSource.thefrequencyawakening.com. So ResettoSource.thefrequencyawakening.com. Okay. That, that was not faster. That was not easy. I- The first part would've been easy if it was just a .com, but we will put the link in the, in the show notes- Do ResettoSource.com

so people will find it. It'll be fine. So- Or do ResettoSource.com. It'll go there Okay. That'll be better. Yeah. Okay, great. And then just a reminder, guys, please like, subscribe, share, rate, because that's how, if you've got anything out of this conversation or any conversation you've heard here on the podcast, it, this is how you ba- balance the karma is by helping us to be seen by more people.
