In this episode, I interview Dr. Stephen Tracy about the implementation of Choice Theory in public schools. Dr. Tracy has quite an educational background and vast experience in the public school system. He became interested in Choice Theory after hearing Dr. Glasser speak and knew he wanted to know more. Steve has had the experience of using Choice Theory in his various superintendent roles and shares his experiences in how it helps with building relationships with students and faculty, helps with grades and teacher retention.
