Most importantly, I’ll share somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body and create a felt sense of safety, such as:
- Visualizing unconditional love and nurturance to soothe the part of you that feels unsafe.
- Reassuring your inner child and offering the comfort they needed back then.
- Using grounding techniques like the Butterfly Hug to calm your nervous system.
- Practicing gratitude for your body’s attempts to protect you.
