Yes. I said banish - not manage or find some stress relief. It takes just one simple step and that step has been staring you in the face, hiding in full view, since the 1980s (and actually a couple of thousand years).
And you don't just need to rid your life of stress so that you can be a bit happier. When you choose to be stressed (yes, it is a choice you make), you damage your physical health in at least five different ways and... shorten your life.
And, yet, as I said, stress is a choice. Yes - you do it to yourself. It has nothing to do with what's going on in your life and everything to do with what you think about what's going on in your life.
So, listen in and wise up - take this one step and banish stress.
Oh and by the way, banishing stress opens up your mind to whole new vista of what your life could really be... your life, your way.
