of the Mind Body Marathon podcast. This is a new show that will focus on the comprehensive aspect of your health and lifestyle. It's the goal basically for us to give you as much information as we can on how to live a happier, healthier life, And we're gonna look at it through the lens of current research and science, but we're gonna sort of whittle it down to a fun show where basically we have a lot of really cool guests, and we cover a lot of really cool topics in a fun manner. So I myself am a sports chiropractor, so I own and operate Ohio Sports Chiropractic and Rehab. And on a daily basis, I treat people with mainly running injuries and other different sports injuries, so that's sort of my specialty. I'm also an exercise physiologist, so I understand the sports science and sports training theory side of things. So I can decipher the difference between like yoga and like MMA, running, and all the different sports, and how to sort of weave all that together for you personally, and how to understand how to utilize those things for better service in your life. And then lastly, I'm a runner, so which is the marathon component.
