Speaker:comfortable with your desires and being able to express them
Speaker:when you have sexual confidence, you're more likely to have a
Speaker:fulfilling relationship, enjoy sex and feel empowered in your
Speaker:personal life. We all have behaviors and mindset that hold
Speaker:us back, often, even without realizing it. These stem from
Speaker:past experiences, society pressures and even well meaning
Speaker:but misguided advice from others. They can make us feel
Speaker:anxious, unsure or unworthy in our intimate relationship.

Speaker:Let's talk about comparing yourself to others. We live in a
Speaker:world where social media showcases everyone, highlight
Speaker:real, make it look easy and feel like we don't measure up. But
Speaker:when you compare your sex life or your body to someone else's
Speaker:curated story. You're setting up yourself for disappointment and
Speaker:self doubt. This comparison can make you feel like you're not
Speaker:good enough, or that your experiences are somehow less
Speaker:valid.

Speaker:all had this moment where we criticize ourselves for the way
Speaker:your performance is, or even your desire. But when you
Speaker:regularly engage in negative self talk, negative thinking,
Speaker:performance rather than pleasure is another major confidence
Speaker:killer. When you prioritize performance over enjoying
Speaker:necessary pressure on yourself. This can lead to anxiety and
Speaker:make it difficult to relax and even enjoy sex. It's about
Speaker:shifting your focus from doing it right to experiencing

Speaker:focusing on performance over pleasure. Four, fear of
Speaker:vulnerability. And five, people pleasing. Overcoming these
Speaker:barriers can lead to a healthier, more fulfilling
