In this wonderful, spiritually inspiring episode, we learn from God’s Word that the Lord is always speaking to us.  We must open our ears to hear what the Spirit is saying to the church. We are called to surrender our lives to the authority and lordship of Jesus Christ.

The Lord gives us His mercies and commands us to take practical steps to apply the truth of His Word to our daily lives.  We must place our entire being at God’s disposal.  

We are God’s holy sanctuaries and holy temples. Our bodies belong to the Lord.  It takes discipline and self-control to fully surrender to the Lord. We can never lose when we surrender to the Lord. He wants all of us.

We must also give the Lord true worship. We are called to worship.  We are instruments of worship.  Worship comes before service.

We must live our lives according to the authoritative Word of God. The Word of God is plain and clear that we are never to pattern our thinking according to the world system.

 We are challenged in this episode to allow the Lord to transform us by the renewing of our minds. We must sow the seed of God’s Word in our hearts daily. We are encouraged to live out the truth of God's Word daily.
