Studies suggest that those of us who are more self-reflective also report being happier. This is because asking thought provoking questions encourages us to prioritise positive experiences in our life.
However, self-reflection can change into rumination and overthinking so to find out more about how to reflect well, Klaudia invited Tamsin Hartley, a physiotherapist, coach and trainer who created the Listening Space – a new approach to listening to yourself and others that can be powerfully transformative.
In this episode, you will have a chance to experience the listening space to help you to self-reflect with use of metaphors on what happiness means to you.
You will also explore practical steps of how you can help others to self-reflect.
