Welcome back to another episode of health hacks. This is my final episode in this series on the benefits of detoxing, episode number 417. And I started it way back at episode 403. So feel free to go back and check out all the quick little health facts I've done between then and now. And all of the benefits and these ones that I focused on are not even all of the benefits of detoxing. However, there are some key highlights for you to hopefully motivate you into considering this for your own health and well being. And I have two more reasons today. And one of those is enhanced libido. detoxing helps to balance hormones, and it also helps improve circulation and as a result that can enhance your libido and your sexual function. And detoxing truly results in overall improved vitality, and wellbeing helping you look and feel your best because let's face it, those toxins are weighing you down or bogging you down, they are creating health issues in the future for you. And nobody goes to bed one night perfectly healthy and wakes up the next morning with a diagnosis of some kind of disease of the body. It's been brewing in the body over time. And one of the reasons for that is the toxins that have gone into the body that the body doesn't know what to do with and our kidney and liver are overburdened and can't get them out. And then that traps them in the body and it causes inflammation of the body and then that causes disease. So when we remove those toxins, we allow our kidneys and our liver to be able to function at their optimal level and do their job properly. Then you get to enjoy overall health and well being vitality, good energy, good sleep, and just feel your very best every day. So I hope you've enjoyed this series.
