This week, I sat down with Nicole Bearne to have a conversation about her career in motorsport.

Nicole has had an amazing career that I think would make anyone’s jaw drop. She’s worked with Honda. Brawn and Mercedes throughout their transitions over the years. She watched how a team that was struggling for money and had to make redundancies went on to win 8 world championships and was a part of all of it.
