Initiation to the Wolf Way”

Speaker:

by Tannihn My name is Matthew,

Speaker:

I am not a great man,

Speaker:

nor am I an important person.

Speaker:

I am a simple native of Qatan like many others,

Speaker:

although I was not born there.

Speaker:

My parents had left our land when they were still young to offer me a different life from their brothers and sisters.

Speaker:

Unlike them, I went to a modern school.

Speaker:

I read books, watched movies, and enjoyed student life.

Speaker:

I worked as a librarian and started a family away from tradition.

Speaker:

However, on this day when I am getting old,

Speaker:

I want to leave a trace of what I have experienced to my descendants

Speaker:

so that we do not forget where we came from.

Speaker:

I want something left of who we were

Speaker:

and the legacy that our blood carries.

Speaker:

So, I will tell you my story as faithfully as I can remember it.

Speaker:

I will begin with the day when, as a young adult,

Speaker:

my life as a city dweller was transformed

Speaker:

and never returned to what it was.

Speaker:

I still remember it with crystal clarity. **********

Speaker:

The landscape flew by at a high speed.

Speaker:

My eyes didn’t have time to focus on a tree or a small hill

Speaker:

when they had already flown out

Speaker:

of my field of vision.

Speaker:

The sky was a perfect blue

Speaker:

with just a few scattered clouds wandering.

Speaker:

The sun, still low on the horizon,

Speaker:

drew majestic shadows on the vivid green plain and the farms.

Speaker:

The train, which was moving almost perfectly silent,

Speaker:

was passing through the counties of West Havre

Speaker:

right into the hinterland of Qatan,

Speaker:

the land of my ancestors.

Speaker:

I came from Beaufort, the prefecture of the province of Adurie,

Speaker:

where I had just finished my studies.

Speaker:

A few days before,

Speaker:

I had received a letter from my childhood friend Ikita

Speaker:

telling me that I had reached the age of initiation according to our customs

Speaker:

and that I had to travel to our cairn

Speaker:

to complete the rituals.

Speaker:

My parents had never told me about this.

Speaker:

I didn't know much about the culture of my tribe.

Speaker:

Ikita often came to the house in the summer when we were children.

Speaker:

We were inseparable,

Speaker:

exploring the grove behind my house.

Speaker:

We would hunt evil spirits

Speaker:

around the den we had built.

Speaker:

We shared so much in our imaginations

Speaker:

and activities as well

Speaker:

as in our curiosity about each other and life.

Speaker:

But when we were about fifteen,

Speaker:

he stopped coming

Speaker:

and didn't answer my letters.

Speaker:

After all these years,

Speaker:

I had stopped waiting for him.

Speaker:

So, I was surprised to receive this message.

Speaker:

However, I was happy about it,

Speaker:

so much so that I took the first available train

Speaker:

and then had just enough time to tell my family that I was leaving.

Speaker:

I was still drinking my black tea when the train arrived at the station.

Speaker:

It was built with white logs and its facade looked quite simple.

Speaker:

I had never been here before,

Speaker:

but it wasn’t unlike what I expected to see in such an uncivilised land.

Speaker:

I grabbed my backpack and finished my cup in a hurry

Speaker:

before stepping out of my cabin

Speaker:

but not without some trepidation.

Speaker:

I wondered how much Ikita had changed.

Speaker:

There was no one in the corridors;

Speaker:

I must have been the only one to come all the way here.

Speaker:

Without further ado,

Speaker:

I went down to the dock.

Speaker:

The cool air bit my face.

Speaker:

I wrapped myself in my hoodie to recover some warmth

Speaker:

and looked around.

Speaker:

A little further on I noticed a person my age.

Speaker:

He had beautiful

Speaker:

mid-length black hair blowing in the morning breeze.

Speaker:

His dark brown, almond-shaped eyes sparkled

Speaker:

as he stared at me with a broad smile.

Speaker:

He was wearing a simple red and black checked shirt,

Speaker:

worn blue jeans and battered combat boots.

Speaker:

It didn't take me more than a second

Speaker:

to recognize

Speaker:

him. “Ikita!” I shouted happily,

Speaker:

waving my hand. No sooner had I called out to him

Speaker:

than he was already running towards me.

Speaker:

I opened my arms and welcomed him with a frank embrace.

Speaker:

He hugged me tightly

Speaker:

and seemed extremely happy to see me.

Speaker:

“Matthew, it's been so long,”

Speaker:

He almost cried in an emotional voice.

Speaker:

“Six years, uh?” I replied with affection

Speaker:

but with a tinge of sadness.

Speaker:

“Why did you stop corresponding with me?

Speaker:

You never answered any of my letters.”

Speaker:

“It's not like I didn't want to.”

Speaker:

He straightened up

Speaker:

and dried the tear that was running down his cheek.

Speaker:

“I was forbidden to do so.”

Speaker:

“I don't understand.”

Speaker:

He looked obviously embarrassed by my questioning look.

Speaker:

I began to wonder if it was related to my parents’ departure from the tribe.

Speaker:

I remembered these moments of embarrassment in our childhood

Speaker:

when Ikita would evade my questions.

Speaker:

There were also those times when I asked my parents about the tribe,

Speaker:

but they had always refused to answer my inquiries.

Speaker:

I never questioned this behaviour.

Speaker:

At least not until recently.

Speaker:

Ikita ran his hand through his hair

Speaker:

and looked away. “Let's just say the elders didn't want you to know

Speaker:

certain things,” He sadly informed me.

Speaker:

“When I finished my initiation,

Speaker:

it was decided that I should cut our ties off.

Speaker:

I never wanted that,

Speaker:

but I had no choice.”

Speaker:

“What changed?” “I've...

Speaker:

earned stripes, you might say.”

Speaker:

He beckoned me to follow him,

Speaker:

and we set off towards the entrance to the station.

Speaker:

I couldn't see any lights or anything electrical in the hall.

Speaker:

I felt as if I had returned to the Stone Age.

Speaker:

There was not a living soul behind the counter;

Speaker:

the place didn't look very busy.

Speaker:

We walked through the front door,

Speaker:

and I noticed a pickup truck with a couple of people who looked like hunters.

Speaker:

Their rifles were prominently displayed,

Speaker:

and they were looking in our direction, beers in hand.

Speaker:

The older one was smiling at me,

Speaker:

showing a very sloppy set of teeth;

Speaker:

he lifted his bottle and waved at me.

Speaker:

There was something I

Speaker:

didn't like about his gaze.

Speaker:

“Don't mind them,”

Speaker:

My best friend suggested.

Speaker:

“They are morons.” “They look to have been waiting for us.”

Speaker:

“Because they have…”

Speaker:

We continued walking along the road towards the coniferous forest, moving away from the group that kept staring at us.

Speaker:

I felt uncomfortable, even threatened.

Speaker:

I waited until they were out of sight.

Speaker:

“Who the fuck are they?”

Speaker:

I asked Ikita. He sighed before answering me.

Speaker:

“Members of the Murphy family. They don't...

Speaker:

really like us.” “And what did you...

Speaker:

what did we do to cause this?”

Speaker:

“We exist. That's enough for them.”

Speaker:

He turned around to see a very sceptical face.

Speaker:

“You'll soon understand.”

Speaker:

We walked for a whole hour in the deep forest until we came to a large clearing.

Speaker:

There was a small hamlet there which was familiar to me.

Speaker:

I remembered the pictures from my parents’ old album

Speaker:

and recognised the large reindeer statue near us.

Speaker:

This was where my tribe used to live.

Speaker:

I stopped to get closer to the sculpture.

Speaker:

The details of the animal surprised me.

Speaker:

Each part of the body was extremely realistic.

Speaker:

The antlers were majestic,

Speaker:

and I could barely feel the fur with my hand.

Speaker:

I stared at it and admired it so much I was fascinated.

Speaker:

“What exactly does this animal symbolise here?”

Speaker:

I asked my friend.

Speaker:

“He’s the guardian of the forest.

Speaker:

He protects us from evil spirits.

Speaker:

We often pay him homage.”

Speaker:

“I see. I had forgotten that the area was full of supersti...”

Speaker:

I immediately shut up in horror,

Speaker:

realising that I was about to say something very disrespectful.

Speaker:

Ikita said nothing,

Speaker:

shrugged and gave as his only answer

Speaker:

an enigmatic smile

Speaker:

before silently walking away, arms behind his head.

Speaker:

I was so embarrassed

Speaker:

that I just followed him with a quick step.

Speaker:

There was plenty of life here.

Speaker:

Young children were running on the dirt road,

Speaker:

rolling on the ground, fighting,

Speaker:

but they were laughing their heads off too.

Speaker:

Men and women went about their daily routine in front of their rustic houses, cleaning, cooking, and talking.

Speaker:

They all greeted my friend as he passed before them. I could really

Speaker:

feel the respect in their voices.

Speaker:

However, I noticed quite quickly that they were avoiding me

Speaker:

and ignoring my own greetings.

Speaker:

“What a welcome…” I complained.

Speaker:

“Don't worry about it.”

Speaker:

Something was clearly wrong,

Speaker:

and his nonchalant attitude was strange.

Speaker:

Between the behaviour of the hunters and the tribesmen,

Speaker:

I couldn't help but feel that Ikita was hiding something important from me.

Speaker:

Something was going on

Speaker:

and my arrival was not to everyone's liking.

Speaker:

“Ikita, I...” “We're going to my place,”

Speaker:

He interrupted me abruptly.

Speaker:

“We don't really have time to visit.

Speaker:

Your initiation is to start today,

Speaker:

or it will be too late.

Speaker:

late." “What? I'd at least like to settle down.

Speaker:

I've been on the train for twenty hours and…”

Speaker:

“Matt, there's really no time.”

Speaker:

He was staring at me with a worn and tired look.

Speaker:

He had been a playful person in my memory,

Speaker:

but he didn't look like a teenager right now.

Speaker:

I held back from answering

Speaker:

and decided to trust him.

Speaker:

We passed through the village in full view of its inhabitants and reached a hut hidden in the bushes at the edge of the clearing.

Speaker:

If the dwellings I had seen a moment before were rather recent and well-built,

Speaker:

this one was much older.

Speaker:

The wood was dark and showed the weight of the ages.

Speaker:

A few crates were lying outside, as well as a lot of various tools.

Speaker:

“We've arrived!” Ikita opened the door

Speaker:

and invited me in.

Speaker:

I found a single room in disarray with

Speaker:

everything and anything everywhere.

Speaker:

The bed was unmade and covered with different clothes simply thrown there.

Speaker:

The rest of the room was not much different from my student room in terms of cleanliness,

Speaker:

to be honest. In one corner was a workshop with many handmade trinkets

Speaker:

sitting carelessly.

Speaker:

Surprisingly, a pleasant smell of sawdust pervaded the room barely masking that

Speaker:

of my childhood friend.

Speaker:

He sat down on the bed casually.

Speaker:

He was still as handsome as he had been then,

Speaker:

if not more so. “You can put your things here.

Speaker:

I'll fix you something to sleep tonight when we're done.”

Speaker:

“You live in an interesting place,”

Speaker:

I said, throwing my bag on the

Speaker:

bed. “Since Dad died,

Speaker:

I'm the one who has to take care of the house and his responsibilities.”

Speaker:

“You must be an important person now,

Speaker:

the way the tribesmen were talking to you.”

Speaker:

He spread his arms and legs and dropped limply onto the mattress.

Speaker:

“Yeah, kinda like that.

Speaker:

I'm the shaman of the tribe now that he's gone.”

Speaker:

“That's... great, I suppose?”

Speaker:

I thought for a few seconds.

Speaker:

“I owe it to you to be allowed to be here then.

Speaker:

It's clear that this...

Speaker:

initiation you told me about was forbidden to me before.

Speaker:

before.” “True. But it's not anymore! And time is running out.”

Speaker:

He stood up suddenly

Speaker:

and went to a chest near the workshop.

Speaker:

“We need to finish preparing for the ritual.”

Speaker:

He took out several items:

Speaker:

candles, runestones, a large jar of charcoal-coloured powder

Speaker:

and, among other things,

Speaker:

a wolf skin. He placed the latter carefully on the table before suddenly starting to undress.

Speaker:

“What the hell?!” I quickly covered my eyes, blushing like a peony

Speaker:

as Ikita's intimacy was revealed to me.

Speaker:

He paused and looked exasperated.

Speaker:

“It's okay! It's not the first time!

Speaker:

And hurry up and do the same.

Speaker:

You don't commune with nature spirits in industrial clothes.

Speaker:

Au naturel, I tell you!”

Speaker:

He looked quite serious.

Speaker:

Without waiting for an answer from me,

Speaker:

he finished removing every bit of fabric from his body.

Speaker:

I was amazed at how much he had changed in a few years.

Speaker:

He was slim but with the robust musculature of a trapper.

Speaker:

His thighs and buttocks were nicely developed,

Speaker:

forged no doubt by walking and running in the forests and mountains of the region.

Speaker:

His hairless torso was

Speaker:

magnificent, neither too shaped

Speaker:

nor too little. And, of course, I'm not talking about his manhood,

Speaker:

which he obviously took care of.

Speaker:

I couldn't look away

Speaker:

and he soon noticed my passivity.

Speaker:

“Well then?” He asked. “We haven't got all day.”

Speaker:

Blushing even more, I complied.

Speaker:

With difficulty at first,

Speaker:

I took off my cotton hoodie followed by my T-shirt.

Speaker:

He was watching me

Speaker:

the whole time, which didn't help me in any way;

Speaker:

but I continued until I had only my underwear on.

Speaker:

My hesitation and,

Speaker:

indeed, my erection were visible.

Speaker:

Ikita laughed and shook his head in amusement.

Speaker:

“Cool, Matt. It's not the first time I've seen you like this, you know?”

Speaker:

“If you'd at least tell me why we have to be naked…”

Speaker:

I replied awkwardly.

Speaker:

“You'll understand during the ritual. Trust me...

Speaker:

please?” The look on his face was almost a plea.

Speaker:

He was too cute for me to resist any longer.

Speaker:

I withdrew what was left of my dignity

Speaker:

and threw my clothes on the

Speaker:

bed. “Now what?” I asked, resigned.

Speaker:

“Now help me carry all this stuff to the yard behind the house.

Speaker:

And before you ask:

Speaker:

no one will see us.”

Speaker:

At least I was reassured of the minimum of discretion in the situation.

Speaker:

We went out with the various items Ikita

Speaker:

needed for the ritual and headed for the field behind the hut.

Speaker:

I could clearly see that it was regularly used for gatherings.

Speaker:

The earth was trodden with many footprints around a large area with stones placed in a way that drew tribal glyphs.

Speaker:

The remains of an extinguished brazier sat in the centre of these symbols,

Speaker:

and I could smell various herbs and some that I knew which were more entertaining.

Speaker:

“Follow my instructions carefully, Matthew.”

Speaker:

Ikita patiently and precisely told me what to place and where.

Speaker:

The candles were placed evenly around the glyphs at points where the lines crossed.

Speaker:

Each one was then covered with this black powder that must have been rowan,

Speaker:

if my botany classes had taught me correctly.

Speaker:

As I finished, he lit the fire and sat down nearby to put various runes in front of him.

Speaker:

As he donned the skin,

Speaker:

I realised his position and expertise.

Speaker:

“Come and sit right before me.”

Speaker:

“What should I do now?”

Speaker:

I said as I did so.

Speaker:

“Nothing, I'm gonna start singing.

Speaker:

The only thing you must do

Speaker:

is to focus on the visions that come to you

Speaker:

and let yourself go.

Speaker:

He looked at me with affection and amusement as I folded my arms over my naked and chilly body.

Speaker:

I nodded my head in agreement.

Speaker:

Without waiting, he closed his eyes and began.

Speaker:

I had originally expected our rituals to follow the stereotypes of books and TV shows,

Speaker:

with drums and dances and all that.

Speaker:

Here, Ikita was not accompanied by any instruments.

Speaker:

There was only the beautiful sound of his voice.

Speaker:

At first, nothing happened except for a few graceful movements of his body.

Speaker:

Without stopping his tribal chant, he placed his hand on my arm,

Speaker:

grasping it gently,

Speaker:

before slowly sliding down and resting his palm against mine.

Speaker:

I responded to his gestures by instinct

Speaker:

without him having to explain anything.

Speaker:

Then I closed my eyes and everything around me faded away.

Speaker:

I was still in the forest,

Speaker:

but far from civilization.

Speaker:

The Moon was shining in a starless sky.

Speaker:

The wind was making the foliage sing,

Speaker:

accompanying the sounds of insects and small animals.

Speaker:

Right in front of me,

Speaker:

a perfectly white wolf was sitting

Speaker:

and staring at me with eyes full of mystery.

Speaker:

His gaze was familiar

Speaker:

and gave me a sense of security.

Speaker:

He stood up and approached me slowly.

Speaker:

I reached out my hand and he put his nose to it and licked me gently.

Speaker:

“Who are you?” I asked

Speaker:

but received no answer.

Speaker:

Suddenly the forest disappeared and only the moon was left to fill the sky.

Speaker:

The ground became a hot bloody pool stretching to the horizon.

Speaker:

A kind of rain began

Speaker:

but in the strangest way.

Speaker:

The drops started from the red liquid

Speaker:

and slowly rose to the sky.

Speaker:

This blood is yours.

Speaker:

I heard this voice from deep within me.

Speaker:

The Moon is your goddess.

Speaker:

Her reflection invaded me

Speaker:

and subjugated me.

Speaker:

My image is the mirror of your soul.

Speaker:

It was the wolf speaking to me.

Speaker:

No, it was me. Take on your heritage,

Speaker:

Matthew of the Wolf Clan.

Speaker:

All at once, a violent pain brought me back to the real world.

Speaker:

Ikita was still chanting,

Speaker:

but with more strength.

Speaker:

The words, which I could

Speaker:

barely understand, echoed in my mind like the sound of a huge belfry

Speaker:

as my body ached.

Speaker:

I had never known anything like this. I stood up

Speaker:

but immediately stumbled.

Speaker:

I could feel myself contorting as I changed.

Speaker:

My limbs were getting thinner and longer.

Speaker:

My insides were rearranging themselves with sucking noises that might have made me nauseous

Speaker:

if I wasn't in so much pain.

Speaker:

I wanted to scream,

Speaker:

but nothing but a gurgle came from my mouth.

Speaker:

My blood boiled from within.

Speaker:

The colours faded and the fire lost its redness.

Speaker:

My mind resigned itself to what I was experiencing,

Speaker:

and I stopped struggling.

Speaker:

The pain became distant

Speaker:

as if I were looking at someone else's.

Speaker:

My mouth and nose grew, as did my teeth,

Speaker:

into a powerful jaw with fangs.

Speaker:

The biting cold disappeared as white fur grew over my skin.

Speaker:

A strange sensation came over me

Speaker:

as I felt a tail emerge from my spine and unfurl.

Speaker:

I lay there for several minutes,

Speaker:

motionless, until Ikita finished.

Speaker:

He stood up and walked over to me and

Speaker:

tenderly stroked the fur on my chest.

Speaker:

“It's over. You're finally one of us now.”

Speaker:

I wanted to answer

Speaker:

but a plaintive canine whimper came from my throat.

Speaker:

“Don't worry.” He reassured me with a sympathetic smile.

Speaker:

“The first time is always a bit difficult,

Speaker:

but you'll eventually stop feeling anything with a few tries.”

Speaker:

I sat up slightly.

Speaker:

My body was no longer that of a human

Speaker:

but had become that of the wolf I had seen.

Speaker:

The colours had changed,

Speaker:

and distant shapes were now blurred.

Speaker:

What struck me most, however,

Speaker:

were my other senses.

Speaker:

My hearing was much better,

Speaker:

allowing me to hear the lapping of the stream running through the hamlet.

Speaker:

But my sense of smell.

Speaker:

smell... It was another world.

Speaker:

The first smell I perceived was that of the rowan tree

Speaker:

and the fire burning the fir logs.

Speaker:

From the other ones,

Speaker:

I knew that the day before, game meat had been cooked here.

Speaker:

I could even tell the number, gender, and age of all the people who were there.

Speaker:

Then I realised that the place was filled with the sweet smell of Ikita.

Speaker:

It intoxicated me

Speaker:

with its subtlety and complexity.

Speaker:

It evoked feelings in me that I could hardly cope with before.

Speaker:

I wanted to speak again

Speaker:

and instead let out a few friendly,

Speaker:

affectionate yelps.

Speaker:

“Wait a minute, Matthew,”

Speaker:

He sighed. He stepped back and laid his pelt gently on the ground.

Speaker:

There followed a vision of horror

Speaker:

in which Ikita metamorphosed in my way.

Speaker:

I slowly saw every part of his body transform into that of an adult wolf.

Speaker:

His fur was that of a plains wolf

Speaker:

and his ears were dark while his belly and tail were as white as my own.

Speaker:

He was still smaller than me,

Speaker:

as in our original form.

Speaker:

“We can talk now,” I heard in my mind.

Speaker:

“Can you really hear me?”

Speaker:

“Yes. We cannot speak verbally,

Speaker:

but the wolf spirits offer us the blessing of being able to express ourselves

Speaker:

through our souls alone.

Speaker:

alone." He approached me with a natural, confident step.

Speaker:

He rubbed first his head and then his torso against mine in a gesture

Speaker:

I could understand the meaning of.

Speaker:

After his bushy tail slid over my face,

Speaker:

he moved towards the edge of the forest.

Speaker:

“Follow me and discover this new world that is offered to you.”

Speaker:

I made no reply and ran after him through the trees and bushes.

Speaker:

We ran for many hours in the wilderness.

Speaker:

We jumped with great agility,

Speaker:

sniffed plants, and chased small animals.

Speaker:

I tasted the blood of my first prey without feeling embarrassed

Speaker:

or disgusted as it would for the human I was to be.

Speaker:

I felt in my natural element.

Speaker:

According to the stories that fascinated me as a child,

Speaker:

the word for what I had become was obvious.

Speaker:

“We are werewolves, aren't we?”

Speaker:

I asked Ikita.

Speaker:

“Not exactly.” He paused.

Speaker:

“We simply carry the blood of the Wolf Spirit in our veins.”

Speaker:

“It's not really any different...”

Speaker:

“We are not fairy-tale monsters!”

Speaker:

He explained, laughing.

Speaker:

“We are the guardians of this land as

Speaker:

was the Spirit that gave birth to us.”

Speaker:

“I would have said this morning that it was just a trivial belief,

Speaker:

but clearly I was wrong...”

Speaker:

My ears lowered as I felt guilty about my prejudice.

Speaker:

Ikita stepped forward

Speaker:

and placed his face close to mine,

Speaker:

our noses almost touching.

Speaker:

I felt a rush of emotion inside me

Speaker:

as he slowly licked the side of my muzzle.

Speaker:

I sensed something even newer in his smell.

Speaker:

Something that awakened a longing in me that I secretly felt

Speaker:

when we were still children.

Speaker:

“Come with me, Matthew...”

Speaker:

He whispered in a deep voice.

Speaker:

We went on for a few dozen metres

Speaker:

and reached the top of a cliff.

Speaker:

The view over the valley was as beautiful as a great artist's painting.

Speaker:

The evening was coming and the Moon, so divine,

Speaker:

was over the horizon.

Speaker:

The snow-covered mountains were shining with the last rays of sunlight filtering through the mist.

Speaker:

Ikita was sitting next to me watching this idyllic landscape.

Speaker:

Even as a wolf, he was still beautiful.

Speaker:

The graceful line of his body.

Speaker:

The harmony of the colours of his fur.

Speaker:

The shape of his eyes remained unchanged.

Speaker:

Everything about him reminded me of the human I had

Speaker:

always loved. Even in different bodies,

Speaker:

we were still ourselves.

Speaker:

“You are more resplendent than this great painting, my friend.”

Speaker:

I had expressed my thoughts without fear.

Speaker:

He turned his head towards me

Speaker:

and smiled in a lupine,

Speaker:

but still his own way.

Speaker:

“The frankness of the wolf is a nice thing, isn't it?”

Speaker:

“I love you Ikita…

Speaker:

I have wanted to tell you this for so long.

Speaker:

If you had come back the following summer,

Speaker:

I could have told you sooner.”

Speaker:

A form of sadness began to creep over me,

Speaker:

but it only lasted a moment,

Speaker:

as he moved closer to me to lick me once more.

Speaker:

“I always knew.”

Speaker:

He did it again in an even more intimate way.

Speaker:

“Let's catch up, shall we?”

Speaker:

I returned his attention with the same affection

Speaker:

and took the opportunity to smell his fur deeply.

Speaker:

I could sense his love and excitement.

Speaker:

The subtlety of that scent was there before when I got off the train.

Speaker:

It was even there when we were children.

Speaker:

Even though I was still human at the time,

Speaker:

I remembered what my blood, not my senses,

Speaker:

had perceived. We lay down, side by side, and continued to groom each other for a long time.

Speaker:

Naturally, my muzzle moved towards his belly,

Speaker:

and I eventually noticed that his manhood was already preparing itself

Speaker:

for what our hearts were seeking.

Speaker:

My licks were getting closer to that swollen bit of fur

Speaker:

in which his eager penis was growing with the proximity

Speaker:

of my nose. Once at its level,

Speaker:

I gave a slow and firm lick to the slightly protruding tip.

Speaker:

I tasted the strange liquid that beaded from it.

Speaker:

A pulse from his member shot more into my mouth

Speaker:

without me feeling any aversion.

Speaker:

On the contrary, I was even more excited.

Speaker:

I realised that my own intimacy was in the same state as his when his own tongue reached it.

Speaker:

A thrill of pleasure came over me

Speaker:

as new sensations were revealed.

Speaker:

I was experienced as a human,

Speaker:

but as a wolf, I was rediscovering

Speaker:

everything. I continued my action,

Speaker:

covering the whole of the sheath to his dark balls.

Speaker:

I could feel the shapes of his budding knot.

Speaker:

His body was reacting and contracting slightly with each touch.

Speaker:

I was not left out either

Speaker:

and felt my canine fluid gush out in small

Speaker:

successive spurts

Speaker:

as I felt the warmth of his muzzle around my sex,

Speaker:

my skin curled up by his lips.

Speaker:

I couldn't help but let out a moan of pleasure,

Speaker:

a feeling amplified by years of dreaming of this moment.

Speaker:

My knot swelled in his mouth,

Speaker:

and he pushed in as hard as he could.

Speaker:

My hips wanted to move as I ejaculated continuously.

Speaker:

I pulsed, again and again,

Speaker:

giving me intense pleasure with each contraction of my sex.

Speaker:

My fur was stained with my own cum dripping from his maw.

Speaker:

I stopped my work to lie down and let myself be invaded by this orgasm that would not stop.

Speaker:

“It's not the same as when we were young teenagers, is it?”

Speaker:

He said mischievously,

Speaker:

pulling his head away from my crotch.

Speaker:

“Clearly not, no…”

Speaker:

The pleasure had knocked me out and I could no longer find the will to move.

Speaker:

I stayed with my legs up and spread wide

Speaker:

while my member continuously deposited my semen on my belly with each jerk.

Speaker:

“I wish I could have done more with you.”

Speaker:

I sighed in disappointment.

Speaker:

“Don't worry. A wolf doesn't work as a human.

Speaker:

This pleasure you're feeling isn't going to stop just yet

Speaker:

and I can still enjoy myself.”

Speaker:

He smiled. “Get your tail out of the way, Matthew,

Speaker:

and enjoy yourself too.”

Speaker:

I understood immediately what he meant

Speaker:

and discovered the passage behind my scrotum.

Speaker:

I was still overwhelmed from my ongoing orgasm

Speaker:

and didn't need to relax any further.

Speaker:

Ikita stood over me,

Speaker:

framing me with his paws.

Speaker:

He looked into my eyes,

Speaker:

and I could see no wolf,

Speaker:

just my friend and childhood sweetheart.

Speaker:

He lowered himself,

Speaker:

placing his pelvis and sex behind mine.

Speaker:

I felt him probe the tip of his penis to find the entrance.

Speaker:

The juices of his arousal were spraying my anus.

Speaker:

“Go ahead, Ikita!”

Speaker:

No need to say more

Speaker:

as he immediately penetrated me.

Speaker:

This new feeling was divine even if quite painful.

Speaker:

But I didn't care,

Speaker:

we were finally one.

Speaker:

He sank down fully

Speaker:

and rested his chest on mine.

Speaker:

Our muzzles rubbed passionately,

Speaker:

licking, sniffing, nibbling.

Speaker:

My nose was filled with the scent of our love

Speaker:

and lust. He began to move his pelvis in and out.

Speaker:

At the same time,

Speaker:

the fur of his belly was sliding furiously over my sex.

Speaker:

My orgasm multiplied in intensity.

Speaker:

We were both moaning and panting as if we were running a marathon.

Speaker:

His testes were brushing the underside of my tail

Speaker:

and I could feel my genitals being compressed under his weight.

Speaker:

I felt resistance

Speaker:

and pressure inside me as I knew his knot was growing and tying us together.

Speaker:

I could imagine the pleasure he was feeling at that moment

Speaker:

was the same as mine.

Speaker:

This pleasure lasted for a few minutes until he came to a stop

Speaker:

and spread himself all over me.

Speaker:

His cum was pouring into me

Speaker:

as I was smearing our furs at the same moment.

Speaker:

I could feel the throbbing

Speaker:

of our sexes. “I love you so much, Matthew...”

Speaker:

I was in a trance

Speaker:

and couldn't respond or react.

Speaker:

I just wrapped my paws around him

Speaker:

and lay there in the grass with him.

Speaker:

The Moon was rising higher

Speaker:

and higher in the sky.

Speaker:

Still tied to Ikita,

Speaker:

I finally fell asleep peacefully,

Speaker:

sure of a quietude

Speaker:

that I thought would never disappear. **********

Speaker:

That evening was the most magical I have ever experienced.

Speaker:

I wanted to write it down in its entirety.

Speaker:

Ikita was the love of my life

Speaker:

even if our paths ended up

Speaker:

being brutally separated.

Speaker:

My initiation to the way of the Wolf

Speaker:

and the blood that flowed in my family was only

Speaker:

the prelude to a much greater

Speaker:

and dangerous journey.

Speaker:

My coming, our sharing,

Speaker:

the choice he didn't give me,

Speaker:

everything was tied to the secret I was to learn soon after I awoke.

Speaker:

I probably always blamed him.

Speaker:

But that's a story I may tell you on another day.

Speaker:

For now, I am too tired to write more.

Speaker:

May your howls reach the heavens of our goddess. It was a dark and stormy night, and this is 16pts Arial with no indents so it’s easy for the narrator to read…
