Shownotes

If asked, I think nearly everyone would love to have their everyday life feel more like vacation. But the question is: How? What, exactly, is the difference between regular life and vacation life?

I believe much of the difference lies in how you and I view things and approach all we need to accomplish. And because so much of it revolves around how we think and feel, I believe we can, with a small amount of thought-shift and some minor behavior modifications, learn how to make life more like vacation. Let’s talk about it.

“I especially like to feel connected with whoever else I might be on vacation with… not distracted, not sort of with a wandering mind. I wanna feel present.” – Dr. Sara Dill

What You’ll Learn

Small Group Coaching Program: Started Monday, May 8, 2023 but it’s not too late to join. There are still a few open slots. The program lasts 3 months, with 2 sessions per month, plus you receive unlimited written or email coaching in between sessions.

Don’t delay in signing up: there is a maximum of 10 physicians in the group. I keep it very small to be more intimate and so everyone can get coached every week if they want to. Sessions are not recorded (for more privacy).

Also, my Small Group Coaching Program has 6 CME AMA PRA Category 1 credits, which may make it easier to budget for or get reimbursed.
